RAPPOPORT: HOW TELEVISION WILL SHAPE THE NEW GUN-CULTURE IN AMERICA

How television will shape the new gun-culture in America

How television will shape the new gun-culture in America
by Jon Rappoport
January 15, 2013
www.nomorefakenews.com
Weapons are being fired all the time on television, but that happens on cop shows. Network programmers know the public will obsessively watch guns going off and bodies falling.
On the news, however, the issue of gun ownership is adjudicated independently of the glee that accompanies watching fictional people kill each other.
When it’s fantasy, the audience wants violence. When it’s real, the audience wants no violence.
Dealing with this schizoid condition would be a problem for the networks, were it not for the fact that there is a bridge between the two states of mind:
The good guys win.”
They win in every episode of every cop show. They always have. Decades of this operant conditioning lead the audience to expect it will happen in real life, where crime and guns and cops are involved.
So in the wake of Sandy Hook, for the public, the resolution must belong to the cops.
The idea that it might somehow belong to private citizens doesn’t sit right.
The cops win by controlling the guns.
For the television-watching public, that fits. It makes sense. In every crime series, the guns of the cops turn out to be superior to those of the criminals…so to speak.
And in real life, it translates into: take the guns from private citizens. Make the good guys win.
Logic is not part of this. The vision is of cops (and their allies) taking guns away from bad guys, who are then left powerless to commit murder. It’s simple and obvious and conclusive and satisfying…to a mind that’s been captured by television cop shows at a nine-year-old level and frozen there forever.
Bad guys had guns. Therefore, they could kill people. Now they don’t have guns. They can’t kill people.
The nonsense and illegality and unworkability of this vision is beside the point.
The myriad ways in which thousands of criminals obtain weapons is off the table as an issue. It’s too complex for a nine-year-old to consider.
As a corollary to this puerile solution to crime (take the guns), we have an equally insane command: the solution must apply to all 315 million people living in America.
Again, nine-year olds don’t pause to reflect on the logistics.
Enter the elite television anchor. Whether it’s the slick momma’s boy who crafts the image of a “post-Newton era of gun control” (Brian Williams, NBC), or a gray man who looks down his nose like a tightly wound FBI agent about to raid a warehouse full of weapons (Scott Pelley, CBS), or a blond can of syrup dripping maple tears as she weeps for America (Diane Sawyer, ABC), the mission is the same:
By gesture, facial expression, careful placement of not-quite-neutral words, let the viewing audience know that a corner has been turned; the way guns are viewed has changed once and for all; the tragedy at Sandy Hook is too deep; we cannot move on as before.
From the three networks, the message is delivered. This is a watershed moment for the CULTURE.
It’s the 9/11 of guns.
We will not only see new laws, and new executive orders from the president. “All civilized people” will talk and think about guns differently, just as they changed their minds about wearing animal fur. This is the program coming out of the gate.
We’ll see it performed six ways from Sunday on the news and on news magazine shows. Forever.
However, there is a glitch. In the world of fiction, movies, television, video games, trillions of dollars are riding on the public fantasy about guns. How do you change the culture when people are still hungry to spend their money on vicariously living out the shoot-’em-up blow-’em-up legends?
What about Hollywood actors, who have made a handsome living portraying vicious pricks and relentless cops, blasting thousands of rounds from assault weapons? Do you expect them to boycott those roles in the future? What roles will they play to satisfy the audience’s desire to experience violence? Kung Fu masters fighting other Kung Fu masters? Animals tearing their prey to pieces on open plains?
How many comedies can you sell about four idiots taking a road trip to Vegas?
The elite television anchors will go up against the cop shows on their own networks.
The outcome won’t be decided in a month or a year.
Painting all gun owners as Neanderthals takes time.
It takes a crazy concealed-carry Texas uncle here and there on sitcoms.
It takes a few dozen episodes of Law and Order, in which parents leave guns lying around for children to pick up and tragically use.
It takes a Lifetime movie about a video game designer, who enters a moral crisis when he sees his game come to life on the streets of small-town America, as kids riddle each other with bullets outside a barber shop.
It takes a movie about a fur-wearing psychopath mowing down a gay household.
The shows people love will morph into updated teaching moments, as the networks pray their ratings will hold.
On cop shows, you’ll eventually see this sort of thing: a team of black, brown, yellow, and white community organizers, working to rid a neighborhood of guns, is murdered, one at a time, by a rogue “serial killer” cop, who drinks heavily and has a psychotic fixation about the 2nd Amendment. Finally, a DHS squad blows the cop away —afterward expressing deep regret they had to use their 60 weapons with 600-round magazines.
Brian Williams, who maintains his deep abiding empathy for men out west with guns, will give you this:
“Today in Moosehead, California, police retrieved the very last gun owned in that town by a private citizen. But it came at a price.
John Anger, who at the age of 84 had been living all of his years in the house where he was born, was sitting on his back porch cleaning his grandfather’s Bushmaster rifle, when three children, cutting through his yard, as they always did, every day, coming home from school, saw Mr. Anger with his weapon, and obeyed those vital lessons they’d learned in school since the first grade.
They called the police. And the police came. With the children safely out of the way, a squad of eight DHS-certified men and women issued an order to Mr. Anger, who unfortunately was deaf and wasn’t wearing his hearing aid, which neighbors later said he called an ‘annoying Medicare contraption.’
Mr. Anger didn’t put down his rifle. This gave the police no choice.
John Anger is now lying in the Soames Mortuary on McGillicudy Street, in Moosehead, the last person in that town to own a gun. He is gone, but the children are safe tonight in their homes with their parents.”
60 Minutes will run a story about a rich banker who lives on his large estate in Virginia, and has decided he no longer wants to skeet-shoot. Instead, he’s donating that acreage to a “research project,” in which former gun owners are re-educated in the ways of non-violence.
If you think all this is frivolous, look at a few hundred hours of television from the 1950s, and then compare the content to today’s network programming. You’ll understand that more than money drives the evolution of popular culture.
Influencing minds is an ongoing preoccupation of the television medium.
It’s all about creating a new culture, when the order comes down to make it so.
Reality-formation. Fabric realignment in the Matrix.

The Matrix Revealed

In the case of guns and violence, the blueprint for changing the culture has been on the drawing board for some time. The television networks have planned how to make citizens think about guns the way they now think about animal fur.
Sandy Hook was the green light to put the blueprint into effect.

Scene in Pittsburgh early Sunday Jan. 13, 2012 after police shot at car during chase, wounding driver and his mother.

A man and his mother are in serious condition after being shot by five police officers in Pittsburgh early Sunday morning.
The incident started around 1:30 a.m. when the 37-year-old man ran a red light on 8th Avenue in Homestead, with his mother in the car.
Police then followed the car and chased the man at high speeds through Homestead, West Homestead and eventually down E. Carson Street on the South Side.
The man, who was wanted on traffic violations in Georgia, drove at high speeds and hit numerous parked cars along the way, according to police.
Pittsburgh Police Chief Nate Harper said officers attempted to use road spikes to slow down the driver’s vehicle, but he was able to avoid them, continuing toward the densely-populated South Side at a high rate of speed. Harper also said officers tried to call off the chase twice by backing off, in hopes that the driver would slow down or abandon the vehicle.
The chase eventually stopped when five off-duty officers working detail at the nearby bars shot at the car and it slammed into another parked car near 13th Street on the South Side.
The driver and the mother were both hit by bullets. Both were transported to the hospital and are in serious condition. cbslocal.com
HIGHLIGHTS

One witness said he saw police officers shoot the driver through the window of the car after it crashed and claims police never told the driver to put his hands up or step out of the car.
"I had just left the bar on the South Side and I heard a car crash and I turn around and as I was turning, I heard two gun shots," the witness told KDKA. "And I looked and a police officer had ran and jumped right on top of a car and fired into the window of the vehicle that had just crashed four times, it was pop, pop, pop, pop and after that it was dead silence."
"All of a sudden, the cops came over, pushed everyone out of the way," he said. "There was lights, sirens coming from both directions. It was craziness, something I'd never seen before."
Harper said no weapons or drugs were found in the car.
Officials say the five officers who shot at the car are on administrative leave with pay.
The District Attorney is currently investigating the incident.
It's not clear where the man and his mother were hit, or what injuries they sustained.
However, one woman who witnessed the shooting from a nearby cafe says the man in the car was alive when authorities pulled him out, but was not moving his right arm. She also says the woman in the car was shot through the right eye. Police have yet to comment on the woman's account. CBS News

JIM STONE: ON MEXICANS AND STUXNET INFECTED U.S. NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS

Poor unsuspecting Mexicans

Jim Stone, 17/01/2013

I went out looking for a calcium supplement I felt might help with a back problem a friend's wife was having. It had to be exactly the right chemistry (calcium citrate with vitamin D) so it took a while, and during my search for it, I came across this crime of a product.

As many people know, Fluoxitine Hydrochloride is Prozac. In Mexico, they sell it as Fluoxitina, and worse, they call it a "homeopathic natural medicine for depression". We all know what Prozac does. But what about this mouth rinse for children?

Here is my translation of what is on the box:

Mouth wash for children. Fluoxitil, in Fresh Strawberry Flavor!

Fluoride, Major protection against cavities!.

Now, there is something wrong with this. First of all, why is the name so close to being the Mexican name for Prozac? Why is this targeted toward children? In FRESH strawberry flavor? to REALLY encourage them to swallow it? I'd bet so.

There is another creepy side to all of this - is Fluoxitine what is really going into America's drinking water supply in the name of fluoride? It is well known by now that fluoride was used by hitler to keep the prison camp inmates docile. Perhaps it's a lot closer to Prozac than we all think.

It is somewhat well known by now that fluoride destroys the pineal gland, causes osteo porosis, and does indeed make people more docile, and all of these things are also done by SSRI antidepressants. It's also known that the elite scammers switch names and hide things, and the name of this particular fluoride rinse may well indeed say it ALL. After all, how many Americans go down to Mexico and buy fluoride mouth rinse for their children? Not many I guess, this would go un noticed in the U.S. so why not say it like it really is? And the mom - the main target of the elite would look at that name on the box and say, WOW, This sounds the same as Fluoxitina. This was for my child, so that little difference in the name can't mean a whole lot, can it? I'm feeling a little down today, how about some fluoxitine? END OF LIFE AS SHE KNEW IT.

Meanwhile little Pedro gets flushed down the emotional toilet bowl piece by piece, and Mommy never noticed or figured out why.

Mexico is now under attack the same way America is, and the elite scammers have chosen Fluoxitine for Mexico for a very good reason. Mexican families are VERY close. Often, generations live with each other in the same large house (this house is 6,000 square feet, of which I am renting 200.) Such homes are commonplace in Mexico, so if you want to get away with blowing people's emotional existence away in Mexico, you need to use a drug with an extremely long half life and wash out period. In the case of Fluoxitine, it will take up to 7 1/2 months to come down off of it after your last pill. That way, when people crash in Mexico, the families won't have any suspicions that the drug caused the crash because it will be a distant memory when the crash happens.

In America they get away with murder far more easily because the families are severely fractured and people do not even know their neighbors. People in America suffer alone.

Mexican doctors know absolutely nothing about what they are prescribing to people other than what is in a book of symptoms and cures. They can be easily scammed, and heck if America is doing it, they should do it too. Forget any real analysis of what is going on in Mexico. And even in America, where people are more aware of what is happening to them, the antidepressant scam worked. True, I'd say half the population caught onto the scam, but what about the other half? After talking to two different pharmacies in Mexico, I estimate 10 percent of Mexicans have been on fluoxitine long enough to wreck them. Mexico still has a chance.

Oh, but it's alcohol free, because they care. Notice the brand name - LACER. Yep, we've got this product LACED with something you really should avoid. Bright eyed happy slightly daffed out kids. Quasi star of David logo. No Kosher label, of course.

I am dead right with the Stuxnet cartoon

Take a look at this!

Failure to include analog readouts and over rides as safety equipment in ANY PLC setup, including Allen Bradley, Honeywell and others that do not use SCADA is sheer negligence in this day and age, SCADA is simply the first victim. ANYTHING that uses ladder logic or other software control, ANYTHING with a memory bank that has empty space can be targeted. This means even the old stuff from the 90's. Safe = pre programmed single burn ROM. That is the future of PLC's. Know your program size, and permanently burn it to exact bits, with NO RAM. Program change = new chip.

To keep industry safe we may very well be headed back to the old days, where PROM chips had to be erased with UV light before being set up with a new program that gets burned onto the chips with a special prom burner which uses voltages the read device cannot produce. This would keep costs down because chips could still be erased, and things would be fairly easy as well as secure. And when you have an enemy that basically runs the world and believes it has every right to blow you up on a whim, my mentioning this would make me their enemy #1.

Left unsaid in the article is the fact that Stuxnet and its clones are difficult to detect in an infected PLC, and there are no doubt tons of zombie infections in facilities world wide that are going completely un noticed, yet fully logged in to a dark hole in the ground where zionist controllers are silently waiting for the right time to tell them to activate. These viruses sit and learn what normal looks like before going active, so they can totally spoof the facility operators with bogus display readouts and back handed responses to control inputs while they tell the equipment to destroy itself and do the opposite of what the operators ask for. I hope the idiots in the American intelligence agencies that wrote the root code for the zionists are just down the road from facilities like Browns Ferry when the zionists decide to blow them up. Fair reward for stupidity. They should have had enough brains to know it was not going to stop with Iran.

"They" are especially pissed with that cartoon. And there has GOT TO be a reason.

That cartoon is important to them, because it says it all in ONE SHOT, and does a good job of it. Such a cartoon will make the rounds, get into the engineering rooms, etc, and the censors will no doubt be tasked to stop it.

-SO-

The best way to get around the censors will be to download the larger version, change the file name, and even better, convert the file type to your choice of PNG, JPEG, or compressed TIFF to change all of its attributes, and even better, resize the file before sending. That will really fluster the censors, as they will then be forced to hunt down something which appears to be random in the system. It can survive being downscaled to NO SMALLER than 800 pixels wide. When you downscale, make sure the small words on the gauges and PLC are clearly readable after you resize the image because they are key to telling people what really goes on, and were the 3 main parameters that were used to destroy Fukushima. A Jpeg compression setting of 90 should help to keep a small picture size readable.

The total mail censorship was unexpected and is what has clearly told me this needs to be done.

DAILY KOS KUM BUCKET LAYS OUT PLAN TO BAN GUNS...

How to Ban Guns: A step by step, long term process

It's nice that we're finally talking about gun control. It's very sad that it took such a terrible tragedy to talk about it, but I'm glad the conversation is happening. I hear a lot about assault weapon and large magazine bans, and whilst I'm supportive of that, it won't solve the problem. The vast majority of firearm deaths occur with handguns. Only about 5% of people killed by guns are killed by guns which would be banned in any foreseeable AWB.
Furthermore, there seems to be no talk about high powered rifles. What gun nuts don't want you to know is many target and hunting rifles are chambered in the same round (.223/5.56mm) that Lanza's assault weapon was. Even more guns are chambered for more powerful rounds, like the .30-06 or (my personal "favorite") 7.62x54R. Even a .22, the smallest round manufactured on a large scale, can kill easily. In fact, some say the .22 kills more people than any other round out there.
Again, I like that we're talking about assault weapons, machine guns, and high capacity clips. But it only takes one bullet out of one gun to kill a person. Remember the beltway sniper back in 2002? The one who killed a dozen odd people? Even though he used a bushmaster assault rifle, he only fired one round at a time before moving. He could have used literally any rifle sold in the US for his attacks.
The only way we can truly be safe and prevent further gun violence is to ban civilian ownership of all guns. That means everything. No pistols, no revolvers, no semiautomatic or automatic rifles. No bolt action. No breaking actions or falling blocks. Nothing. This is the only thing that we can possibly do to keep our children safe from both mass murder and common street violence.
Unfortunately, right now we can't. The political will is there, but the institutions are not. Honestly, this is a good thing. If we passed a law tomorrow banning all firearms, we would have massive noncompliance. What we need to do is establish the regulatory and informational institutions first. This is how we do it:
The very first thing we need is national registry. We need to know where the guns are, and who has them. Canada has a national firearms registry. We need to copy their model. We need a law demanding all firearms be registered to a national database. We need to know who has them and where they are. We need to make this as easy as possible for gun owners. The federal government provides the money and technical expertise, and the State police carry it out. Like a funded mandate. Most firearms already have a serial number on them, so it would really be a matter of taking the information already on the ATF form 4473 and putting it in a national database. I think about 6 months should be enough time.
Along with this, make private sales illegal. When a firearm is transferred, make it law that the registration must be updated. Again, make it super easy to do. Perhaps over, the internet. Dealers can log in by their FFLs and update the registration. Additionally, new guns are to be registered by the manufacturer. The object here is to create a clear paper trail from factory to distributor to dealer to owner. We want to encourage as much voluntary compliance as possible.
Now we get down to it. The registration period has passed. Now we have criminals without registered guns running around. Probably kooky types that "lost" them on a boat or something. So remember those ATF form 4473s? Those record every firearm sale, going back twenty years. And those have to be surrendered to the ATF on demand. So, we get those logbooks, and cross reference the names and addresses with the new national registry. Since most NRA types own two or (many) more guns, we can get an idea of who properly registered their guns and who didn't. For example, if we have a guy who purchased 6 guns over the course of 10 years, but only registered two of them, that raises a red flag.
Now, maybe he sold them or they got lost or something. But it gives us a good target for investigation. A nice visit by the ATF or state police to find out if he really does still have those guns would be certainly warranted. It's certainly not perfect. People may have gotten guns from parents or family, and not registered them. Perfect is the enemy of pretty darn good, as they say. This exercise isn't so much to track down every gun ever sold; the main idea would be to profile and investigate people that may not have registered their guns. As an example, I'm not so concerned with the guy who bought that bolt action Mauser a decade ago and doesn't have anything registered to his name. It's a pretty good possibility that he sold it, gave it away, or got rid of it somehow. And even if he didn't, that guy is not who I'm concerned with. I'm concerned that other guy who bought a half dozen assault weapons, registered two hunting rifles, and belongs to the NRA/GOA. He's the guy who warrants a raid.
So registration is the first step. Now that the vast majority are registered, we can do what we will. One good first step would be to close the registry to new registrations. This would, in effect, prevent new guns from being made or imported. This would put the murder machine corporations out of business for good, and cut the money supply to the NRA/GOA. As money dries up, the political capital needed for new controls will be greatly reduced.
There are a few other things I would suggest. I would suggest an immediate, national ban on concealed carry. A ban on internet sales of guns and ammunition is a no brainer. Microstamping would also be a very good thing. Even if the only thing it does is drive up costs, it could still lead to crimes being solved. I'm willing to try every advantage we can get.
A national Firearms Owner Identification Card might be good, but I'm not sure if it's necessary if we have a national database. We should also insist on comprehensive insurance and mandatory gun safes, subject to random, spot checks by local and federal law enforcement.
We must make guns expensive and unpopular, just like cigarettes. A nationwide, antigun campaign paid for by a per gun yearly tax paid by owners, dealers, and manufacturers would work well in this regard. We should also segway into an anti-hunting campaign, like those in the UK. By making hunting expensive and unpopular, we can make the transition to a gun free society much less of a headache for us.
I know this seems harsh, but this is the only way we can be truly safe. I don't want my kids being shot at by a deranged NRA member. I'm sure you don't either. So lets stop looking for short term solutions and start looking long term. Registration is the first step.
Tell Pres. Obama and democrats in congress to demand mandatory, comprehensive gun registration. It's the only way we can ban guns with any effectiveness.

GUIDE ON HOW TO TALK TO CHILDREN ABOUT SANDY HOOK 4 DAYS BEFORE MASSACRE

Guide on how to talk to children about Sandy Hook 4 days BEFORE massacre

We need more duct tape to keep our heads from exploding.
In addition to the four memorial-donation webpages for Sandy Hook victims which were created one to three days BEFORE the massacre, here’s another pre-massacre document.
It’s a PDF document counseling parents and teachers across America how to talk to their children about the terrible shooting deaths of 20 children and 6 adults on the morning of December 14, 2012, in the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. The document, titled “Talking With Your Children/Students About the Sandy Hook Elementary Shooting,” is the work of an organization called Crisis Management Institute (CMI).
Based in Salem, Oregon, with just a P.O. Box address instead of a physical locale, Crisis Management Institute describes itself as follows:
“Our mission at CMI is to help schools prevent crisis for individuals as well as the whole school population, and to plan and prepare such that each small response mitigates the likelihood of a larger crisis growing out of the current situation.  By providing solid foundational materials and cutting-edge online updates, we aim to give all schools a range of resources with which to face emerging challenges.”
Some of the “resources” CMI provides are short (1-2 pages) guides in PDF format posted on its website, such as “Talking With Your Children/Students About the Sandy Hook Elementary Shooting” (henceforth abbreviated as “Talking With…”) that you can read for yourself. You’ll see that the PDF document does not have a date for its creation. However, when a document is uploaded onto a website, it acquires an Uniform Resource Locater (URL), which is a specific character string that constitutes a reference to an Internet resource.
Think of the URL as the Internet address of a website, or of an article or picture within that website. Or in technical jargon, “Every URL consists of some of the following: the scheme name (commonly called protocol), followed by a colon, two slashes, then, depending on scheme, a server name (exp. http://ftp., http://www., smtp., etc.) followed by a dot (.) then a domain name, a port number, the path of the resource to be fetched or the program to be run, then and an optional fragment identifier.”
For example:
And so it is also with Crisis Management Institute’s online documents. Despite the absence of a date in CMI’s PDF document “Talking with…,” there are other ways to ascertain when “Talking With…” was uploaded to CMI’s website. That date is December 10, 2012, four days before the Sandy Hook massacre. Here’s the evidence:

1. Arlington Red Devils site

The Arlington Red Devils (ARD) is the website of the Arlington Local Schools in Ohio. According to an article on Investor Discussion Board, an alert Internet sleuth posting on the chat site GodLikeForums.com, found a posting on ARD about CMI’s “Talking With…” guide, with a link to the PDF document. Here’s a screenshot the sleuth took of the ARD post. Pay special attention to the two yellow circles I’ve drawn on the top left and bottom right of the screenshot.
Arlington Red Devils
Inside the bottom right yellow circle I drew is the date when the sleuth accessed the Arlington Red Devils’ website: 1/10/2013 (January 10, 2013).
Inside the top yellow circle I drew is the URL of CMI’s “Talking With…” document with its date of 2012/12/10 (December 10, 2012), which is FOUR days before the Sandy Hook massacre:
CMI Talking with URL
Since Jan. 10, however, that Arlington Red Devils page has been scrubbed. If you go to http://www.arlingtonlocalschools.com/2012/12/10/talking-with-your-children-about-the-sandy-hook-tragedy, you get sent to this page (http://www.arlingtonlocalschools.com/error) that says “Error 404 – document not found”. Good thing the sleuth had taken a screen shot of the ARD page on January 10, 2013!

2. The URL for “Talking With…” on CMI’s Website

But we don’t have to rely on the now-scrubbed Arlington Red Devils webpage. We can go directly to Crisis Management Institute’s website for its PDF document “Talking With Your Children/Students About the Sandy Hook Elementary Shooting.” Click here for the document. If CMI scrubs it by the time you try to access the document, I’ve saved the document in FOTM’s media library. Click here: Talking-With-Your-Children-About-the-Sandy-Hook-Elementary-Shooting/
Look at the URL of the document. It shows a date of 2012/10. Here’s a screenshot I just took of CMI’s “Talking With,” showing the URL on top:
CMI Talking with
Notice the document’s URL on top, and in the bottom right, the date when I took the screen shot: 1/16/2013 (for January 16, 2013).
Here’s an enlargement of the URL for “Talking With…,” showing the 2012/10 date:
CMI Talking with
The Spanish language version of the same “Talking With…” document has an URL date of 2012/12 (for Dec. 12, 2012), which is two days before the Sandy Hook massacre.

One document or webpage bearing a pre-massacre date may be due to a computer glitch. But we now have at least FIVE cases (I know of a 6th, which will be posted tomorrow).
And so, we must now ask ourselves why Crisis Management Institute — like the people who put up the “R.I.P. Victoria Soto” Facebook page, the United Way “Sandy Hook Support Fund,” the Sandy Hook Elementary Victims’ Fund, or the Fundraiser for Families Involved in Tragic Newtown, CT Shootings somehow knew, days in advance, there would be a massacre in Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012.
Oh, one more thing.
Crisis Management Institute’s director is a woman named Cheri Lovre.
Cheri LovreScreenshot of Cheri Lovre from a video she posted online, Dec. 16, 2012.
Cheri Lovre is an anti-gun gun-control advocate. Lovre posted an essay, “Talking About Gun Violence,” on a rabidly anti-gun site called Praying the Devil Back to Hell – HERE AND NOW!
This is below the website’s masthead:

Ban semi-automatic weapons and high capacity ammunition clips

pray the devil
And this is how the site describes itself:
We are people of faith, seeking to eliminate semi-automatic weapons and high capacity ammunition clips in our state, our nation, and around the world.  After the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, December 14, 2012, it is time for us to say ENOUGH!  There is no excuse for civilian possession of semi-automatic weapons or high capacity ammunition clips.  Our children will not be safe at school, in a mall, or in a theater until we take these weapons out of circulation!

OBAMA'S 23 EXECUTIVE ACTIONS ON YOUR GUNS

List of Obama’s 23 Executive Actions on "Gun Violence."

From the Wall Street Journal.
