BENOIT FOOTAGE OF MIAMI POLICE EXECUTION OF AMERICAN-ER, PREY

0-25 seconds officers aim weapons at vehicle, at dead stop. No response. Comment at 8 seconds "they gonna kill this man."

10-15 seconds a fusliade of shots fired into the vehicle. At 25 seconds a light is shone into the vehicle. Officers continue to jockey for shooting positions. Photographer comments "if he ain't dead, he dead now."

30-40 seconds officers advance on vehicle, guns still drawn.

60 seconds officers begin to open doors on vehicle. Other officers fan out.

Break at approx 1:08, return to find more cops swarming the vehicle, and additional officers in shorts and white shirts roving in packs in a perimeter around potential witnesses. They spot photographer and he makes a run for it. Tells someone he's got it on tape.

Break at 1:44.

At 1:50 police surround photographer's vehicle, guns drawn. Police are not clear in the audio but photographer asks repeatedly "where can we go?"

ANALYSIS Looks like the cops found some people to shoot during a big weekend, and were "policing" up the cell phones and cameras.  Class and racial bigotry is well displayed by Miami Beach PD.
