LIBERTY IS NOT FREEDOM

LIBERTY IS NOT FREEDOM

Most people are under the impression that the words "freedom" and "liberty" are synonymous.  They're not.

The legal definition of liberty from: http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/liberty

The state of being free; enjoying various social, political, or economic rights and privileges The concept of liberty forms the core of all democratic principles. Yet, as a legal concept, it defies clear definition.
The modern conception of liberty as implying certain fundamental or basic rights dates back to the writings of seventeenth- and eighteenth-century theorists such as Francis Hutcheson and John Locke. Hutcheson believed that all people are equal and that they possess certain basic rights that are conferred by Natural Law. Locke postulated that humans are born with an innate tendency to be reasonable and tolerant. He also believed that all individuals are entitled to liberty under the natural law that governed them before they formed societies. Locke's concept of natural law required that no one should interfere with another's life, health, liberty, or possessions. According to Locke, governments are necessary only to protect those who live within the laws of nature from those who do not. For this reason, he believed that the power of government and the rule of the majority must be kept in check, and that they are best controlled by protecting and preserving individual liberties. Locke's philosophies gave rise to the Separation of Powers and the system of checks and balances that are the basis of U.S. government.
Limitless freedom is untenable in a peaceful and orderly society. Yet, the founders of the United States were concerned that individual liberty interests be adequately protected. Echoing Locke's natural-law theory, the Declaration of Independence states that all people have inalienable rights, including the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Similarly, the Preamble to the Constitution outlines the Framers' intent to establish a government structure that ensures freedom from oppression. It reads, in part, "We the People … in Order to … secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity…." The Bill of Rights sets forth a number of specific protections of individual liberties.
Through these documents, U.S. citizens are guaranteed Freedom of Speech, press, assembly, and religion; freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures; and freedom from Slavery or involuntary servitude. Criminal law and procedure require that a person may not be detained unlawfully and that a person who is accused of a crime is entitled to reasonable bail and a Speedy Trial. The right to be free from unlawful detention has been interpreted to mean not only that the government may not deprive a person of liberty without Due Process of Law, but also that a citizen has a right "to be free in the enjoyment of all his faculties; to be free to use them in all lawful ways; to live and work where he will; to earn his living by any lawful calling; and to pursue any livelihood or vocation" (Allgeyer v. Louisiana, 165 U.S. 578, 17 S. Ct. 427, 41 L. Ed. 832 [1897]). State governments may not regulate individual freedom except for a legitimate public purpose and only by means that are rationally designed to achieve that purpose (see Nebbia v. New York, 291 U.S. 502, 54 S. Ct. 505, 78 L. Ed. 940 [1934]).
The liberties guaranteed to individuals are not granted without restriction. Throughout U.S. history, the U.S. Supreme Court has held that individual freedom may be restricted when necessary to advance a compelling government interest, such as public safety, national security, or the protection of the rights of others.
Of course the legal definition of liberty is hard to define, it make the entire word a legal strawman to be granted, smeared, or taken away as expedient by your public servants.  You can say under liberty you have a 'right' to protest-yet you have to acquire a permit to do such a thing.

Military personnel are GRANTED liberty from duty.

If something sold to you as a 'freedom' is sold with restriction, it's not freedom.  The patriot movement uses the word interchangeably with freedom in grievous error, as American tyrants can grant liberty all day long and at the same time find a different tact toward subverting that same purported liberty.

Liberty is granted by one's masters.  It is a creed for slaves-a few bones with some strands of meat thrown to them... to you.  Those bones can, have, and are being taken away from you.

Freedom is what you naturally have, or take.  Freedom is something you choose to do-or not.  There is no compromise with Freedom, there is no asking permission to exercises one's Freedom.

Liberty is a trap.  The word's treatment by the general public as a synonym of Freedom is the bait, but the snare is that you're asking permission of someone that YOU hold above you to do or say something.

Freedom, you just do it.

Liberty's exercise is regulated by those you hold above you.  There are restrictions and penalties for exceeding those restrictions-and of course there are the commonly accepted restrictions to wallpaper over the trap that you're not exercising Freedom.

Freedom requires you to be responsible to yourself.  To Do The Right Thing which is the Golden Rule: do not unto others that which you wouldn't do unto yourself.  This when held under Jesus' one commandment to Love God and Love Others as you do yourself, in an environment conducive to normal loving relationships means you exercise your Freedom and nobody else has to worry because you by your self-restraint aren't going to:

*Steal
*Lie
*Damage their property
*Murder them

That's it.  Those that are afraid of true Freedom call it 'anarchy'.  It requires no bureaucrats or police forces to manage millions of moral, Free people.  That is why classical Christian self-restraint has been systematically purged.  I mean, you dig out a old Leave It To Beaver cassette and you don't see Wally and Beaver on a busted up city street corner doing a drive by on their competitors... or for that matter snitching to the nearest bureaucrat about a neighbor growing organic vegetables on their front lawn to cover over holes dug to fix a natural gas pipeline.  And you can certainly not dig up a Andy Griffin Show tape and see ol' Sheriff Andy and his goofy sidekick in tactical black carrying fully automatic weapons busting up organic co-ops or shooting friendly dogs, or planting drug evidence on a coveted property-then conducting a raid that... well, golly gee the home owner "resisted"... read he got hosed by those government granted machine guns.

That is the trap of liberty.

The word liberty in the hands of the lawyer caste running America is as dangerous to one's Freedom as is the word reasonable.

The word reasonable simply means some slick politician/ambulance chaser uses his well-honed rhetorical skills to hustle you out of what's yours.  Most importantly your Freedom, but your wealth and property are what's generally coveted, and with defending yourself in their courts they take your time.  Be advised that everyone from the cops to the court personnel, the judge, prosecutor and whatever shyster you hire to hustle you of your money are on the same team.

You're their opposition.  You're their enemy.

And so as to make things run as smoothly as possible they will 'reason' with you as to why they have to steal your money for fines and court costs, why they have to vandalize your property because your organic garden in the front lawn violates their ordinances, why Sheriff Andy and Deputy Fife had to hose your friendly dog come running... had to hose your spouse because he picked up a gun to defend his property when those oath traitors come busting in your door to steal your property that they coveted and planted drug evidence to justify the raid.

Those lawyers want you to play their court game-and if they have to they'll do a jury trial, and get twelve stooges and/or idiots to find you guilty anyway after the prosecutor 'reasons' in front of them and states yes you have Liberty to own the property they had to plant drug evidence on (oops they don't mention that part), have Liberty to plant organic food-just not in the front that's not allowed.  And most certainly don't make that organic food available at a co-op.

Homeboys Wally and the Beaver come busting in and do a home invasion?  Well under our system of laws while we do have 'liberty' as a tenant of 'our' society, you shot those two minors with an unregistered handgun so you have to pay for your crime against THEIR society and go to prison and face the wrath of Wally and Beav's homies up in the joint....

Being Free means shooting all the above enemies on sight when they try their crap and do it under the banner of 'liberty'.

uge crowds gathering and marching in solidarity with Occupy Oakland's branch of the Occupy Worldwide Movement have shut down the port of Oakland as of 5:30:pm:pdt. Crowds and marchers gathered as the day progressed and are mounting and surging at this hour.
Oakland city officials including Mayor Jean Quan and Oakland Police Chief Howard Jordan are addressing the local television media, speaking in conciliatory terms and appealing for calm.
Chanting "Our streets! Our port! Power to the people!" crowds are swirling through the port area and are scattered through the streets of downtown Oakland all the way back to the city's civic center where the controversy began nearly a week ago with a police raid on the Occupy Oakland encampment at Frank Ogawa Plaza.
There are unconfirmed reports that Oakland Police are coalescing around the entryway to the port to prevent the marchers from blocking it.
Reports that the Oakland Bay Bridge has been shut down can not be confirmed. Check back for updates as the evening progresses.

FUKUSHIMA HOT PARTICLES IN AMERICA

Scientist Marco Kaltofen Presents Data Confirming Hot Particles

Washington, DC - October 31, 2011 – Today Scientist Marco Kaltofen of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) presented his analysis of radioactive isotopic releases from the Fukushima accidents at the annual meeting of the American Public Health Association (APHA). Mr. Kaltofen’s analysis confirms the detection of hot particles in the US and the extensive airborne and ground contamination in northern Japan due to the four nuclear power plant accidents at TEPCO’s Fukushima reactors. Fairewinds believes that this is a personal health issue in Japan and a public health issue in the United States and Canada.
Hi, I'm Arnie Gundersen from Fairewinds.

Scientist Marco Kaltofen Presents Data Confirming Hot Particles from Fairewinds Associates on Vimeo.
It is October 31st, 2011. This is a video that contains scientific information that we have been wanting to share with you for a long time. Today, in Washington D.C. at 8:30 in the morning, scientist Marco Kaltofen gave a presentation to some doctors who are part of the American Public Health Association. The paper is now on our website, next to this video.
To summarize the paper, citizens, some doctors and scientists, some bloggers, some farmers, around the world provided samples to Mr. Kaltofen who analyzed them for Fukushima radiation. An example of what he found is a slide that contains air filters from cars in Japan and in the United States. Cars in the United States hardly have any radiation in their air filters. Cars in Tokyo had quite a lot, way too much. Cars in Fukushima Prefecture were incredibly radioactive.
Now I think it is important because the nuclear industry will say, well everything is radioactive and therefore we should not worry. Well, the Seattle data shows that not everything is radioactive. And it shows that the people in Japan received enormous exposures of particles into their lungs and into their digestive systems, during the course of the accident.
Another piece of information is that Fairewinds viewers were able to send in children's shoes from Japan. Mr. Kaltofen has data that clearly show that the concentration of cesium on the kid's shoelaces was astronomically high, around 80 disintegrations per second. What does that mean? Kids tie their shoes, their hands get radioactive and it goes into their G.I. tract. If it is on the ground, it is in the dust in the playground and it is in their lungs. I think that between the two, the air filters and the children's shoes, it shows that there is a severe personal health problem in Japan that will manifest itself in cancers over the next 10 or 20 years.
Now Mr. Kaltofen did not just look at Japan. He set up monitoring stations in the United States as well. Two of the three monitoring stations in the United States did show hot particles in the air in April. Since then, there have not been any hot particles. But in April, it is clear that, at the worst of the accident, hot particles were wafted across the Pacific and deposited in Seattle and in Boston at least. There is also data that indicates contamination on the ground in the Cascades, which are a mountain range right up against the Pacific Ocean.
So I think we have two problems here. In Japan, there is a personal health issue and what that means is that individuals have received enough radiation that there is going to be a statistically meaningful increase in cancers in Tokyo and especially in Fukushima Prefecture.
In the United States, it is a different story. It is a public health issue and not a personal health issue. What that means is that we will never know who is the individual who got cancer from Fukushima. But we can be sure that the radiation did reach here and that there will be an increase in cancers, especially on the West Coast where the Rocky Mountains stopped most of the radiation and deposited it on the ground.
So, this paper was given to the American Public Health Association. And here it is a public health issue. We cannot run and we cannot hide. But the radiation is up and down the West Coast and then also scattered about the rest of the United States.
In Japan, it is a different story. They need to aggressively go after the contamination that has been discovered. It is so obvious on these air filters and on children's shoes. It takes a concerted national effort, not a haphazard effort of chasing hot spots, in order to reduce the amount of radioactivity that is on the soil and in the air in Japan right now.
And the last thing the paper shows is that it is wrong to have a 10 mile evacuation planning zone. Clearly, the damage can extend out as far as Tokyo. We need to look at emergency planning and evacuations well beyond the 10 miles that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission uses here and the 12 miles that the Japanese used during the accident. You may recall that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission said that Americans needed to evacuate 50 miles from Fukushima at the peak of the accident. Well, if it is good enough for Americans living in Japan, that same criteria should be good enough for Americans living in the United States.
The data in Mr. Kaltofen's paper came from citizens. It came from farmers. It came from scientists. It came from bloggers. It was an effort by individuals and not government. I think if we had relied on the government to get us this information, we never would have gotten it. So it is an important achievement for all of us, to recognize that together, using the internet, we can all provide information for scientists to use, to come to rational decisions on public policy.
This November we are asking for your support so we can continue our scientific analysis and these educational videos. There is a donate button on the Fairewinds site and we would appreciate it if you considered a financial contribution.
Thank you very much. We will keep you informed.

FUKUSHIMA AND THE JAPANESE CULTURE OF DECEIT

The costly fallout of tatemae and Japan's culture of deceit

There is an axiom in Japanese: uso mo hōben — "lying is also a means to an end." It sums up the general attitude in Japan of tolerance of — even justification for — not telling the truth.
First — defining "telling the truth" as divulging the truth (not a lie), the whole truth (full disclosure) and nothing but the truth (uncompounded with lies) — consider how lies are deployed in everyday personal interactions.
Let's start with good old tatemae (charitably translated as "pretense"). By basically saying something you think the listener wants to hear, tatemae is, essentially, lying. That becomes clearer when the term is contrasted with its antonym, honne, one's "true feelings and intentions."
Tatemae, however, goes beyond the "little white lie," as it is often justified less by the fact you have avoided hurting your listener's feelings, more by what you have gained from the nondisclosure.
But what if you disclose your true feelings? That's often seen negatively, as baka shōjiki ("stupidly honest"): imprudent, naive, even immature. Skillful lying is thus commendable — it's what adults in society learn to do.
Now extrapolate. What becomes of a society that sees lying as a justifiably institutionalized practice? Things break down. If everyone is expected to lie, who or what can you trust?
Consider law enforcement. Japan's lack of even the expectation of full disclosure means, for example, there is little right to know your accuser (e.g., in bullying cases). In criminal procedure, the prosecution controls the flow of information to the judge (right down to what evidence is admissible). And that's before we get into how secretive and deceptive police interrogations are infamous for being.
Consider jurisprudence. Witnesses are expected to lie to such an extent that Japan's perjury laws are weak and unenforceable. Civil court disputes (try going through, for example, a divorce) often devolve into one-upmanship lying matches, flippantly dismissed as "he-said, she-said" (mizukake-ron). And judges, as seen in the Valentine case (Zeit Gist, Aug. 14, 2007), will assume an eyewitness is being untruthful simply based on his/her attributes — in this case because the witness was foreign like the plaintiff.
Consider administrative procedure. Official documents and public responses attach organizational affiliations but few actual names for accountability. Those official pronouncements, as I'm sure many readers know due to arbitrary Immigration decisions, often fall under bureaucratic "discretion" (sairyō), with little if any right of appeal. And if you need further convincing, just look at the loopholes built into Japan's Freedom of Information Act.
All this undermines trust of public authority. Again, if bureaucrats (like everyone else) are not expected to fully disclose, society gets a procuracy brazenly ducking responsibility wherever possible through vague directives, masked intentions and obfuscation.
This is true to some degree of all bureaucracies, but the problem in Japan is that this nondisclosure goes relatively unpunished. Our media watchdogs, entrusted with upholding public accountability, often get distracted or corrupted by editorial or press club conceits. Or, giving reporters the benefit of the doubt, it's hard to know which lyin' rat to pounce on first when there are so many. Or journalists themselves engage in barely researched, unscientific or sensationalistic reporting, undermining their trustworthiness as information sources.
Public trust, once lost, is hard to regain. In such a climate, even if the government does tell the truth, people may still disbelieve it. Take, for example, the Environment Ministry's recent strong-arming of regional waste management centers to process Tohoku disaster ruins: Many doubt government claims that radioactive rubble will not proliferate nationwide, fanning fears that the nuclear power industry is trying to make itself less culpable for concentrated radiation poisoning by irradiating everyone (see www.debito.org/?p=954!)!
Apologists would say (and they do) that lying is what everyone in positions of power does worldwide, since power itself corrupts. But there is the matter of degree, and in Japan there is scant reward for telling the truth — and ineffective laws to protect whistle-blowers. It took a brave foreign CEO at Olympus Corp. to come out recently about corporate malfeasance; he was promptly sacked, reportedly due to his incompatibility with "traditional Japanese practices." Yes, quite so.
This tradition of lying has a long history. The Japanese Empire's deception about its treatment of prisoners of war and noncombatants under the Geneva Conventions (e.g., the Bataan Death March, medical experiments under Unit 731), not to mention lying to its own civilians about how they would be treated if captured by the Allies, led to some of the most horrifying mass murder-suicides of Japanese, dehumanizing reprisals by their enemies, and war without mercy in World War II's Pacific Theater.
Suppressing those historical records, thanks to cowardice among Japan's publishers, reinforced by a general lack of "obligation to the truth," has enabled a clique of revisionists to deny responsibility for Japan's past atrocities, alienating it from its neighbors in a globalizing world.
Even today, in light of Fukushima, Japan's development into a modern and democratic society seems to have barely scratched the surface of this culture of deceit. Government omerta and omission kept the nation ignorant about the most basic facts — including reactor meltdowns — for months!
Let me illustrate the effects of socially accepted lying another way: What is considered the most untrustworthy of professions? Politics, of course. Because politicians are seen as personalities who, for their own survival, appeal to people by saying what they want to hear, regardless of their own true feelings.
That is precisely what tatemae does to Japanese society. It makes everyone into a politician, changing the truth to suit their audience, garner support or deflect criticism and responsibility.
Again, uso mo hoben: As long as you accomplish your goals, lying is a means to an end. The incentives in Japan are clear. Few will tell the truth if they will be punished for doing so, moreover rarely punished for not doing so.
No doubt a culturally relativistic observer would attempt to justify this destructive dynamic by citing red herrings and excuses (themselves tatemae) such as "conflict avoidance," "maintaining group harmony," "saving face," or whatever. Regardless, the awful truth is: "We Japanese don't lie. We just don't tell the truth."
This is not sustainable. Post-Fukushima Japan must realize that public acceptance of lying got us into this radioactive mess in the first place.
For radiation has no media cycle. It lingers and poisons the land and food chain. Statistics may be obfuscated or suppressed as usual. But radiation's half-life is longer than the typical attention span or sustainable degree of public outrage.
As the public — possibly worldwide — sickens over time, the truth will leak out.

MORE ON MF GLOBAL: CLIENTS WERE SLATED TO GET SCREWED FROM THE START

CFTC: MF Clients Will Not Be Bailed Out
Posted by Ann Barnhardt - November 3, AD 2011 11:34 AM MST
It's pretty much official. MF clients who have had their money stolen will get absolutely no relief from the Federal Government. The propaganda line they are using is that the MF theft of client funds represents "the freedom to fail". Yes, that's right. The CFTC and Obama regime are going to wash their hands of the entire thing - even though MF's audit was under the jurisdiction of the CFTC - and then point to the fact that the government did not intervene on behalf of the clients as PROOF of their "dedication to free market capitalism". Full citation here.
So Corzine took a massive suicidal position on European PIIG bonds with, I'm assuming, the big banks as the counterparty.
And let's be crystal clear on one thing: that son of a bitch Corzine knew EXACTLY what he was doing. This isn't a case of "stupid". This is stone-cold malice aforethought.
When the MF position got bad, Corzine stole the cash in the segregated MF customer accounts and sent it to the big banks, which will now send a cut to Obama. And the CFTC, who, along with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, were the responsible regulatory bodies, is now calling this a simple case of firm failure and a shining example of capitalism.
THIS coming from the same Obama regime who has been handing out $500 million dollar government "loans" right and left to fake solar companies set up by political cronies that they KNEW would fail, were set up to fail, and were purely a means to loot the United States Treasury. The gall of these Marxist scumbags to turn around and lecture anyone on capitalism and "freedom to fail" is beyond the pale. It's just evil. That's what it is. It's evil incarnate.
Up next: Look for all MF clients to be branded and vilified by the Obama regime and the media as uber-wealthy "1%" greedy fat-cats who deserved to lose their money. After all, only evil, greedy billionaires trade futures.
Yeah, like my friend in Abilene, Texas who works his butt off as an cattle order buyer. Or my friend in Meade, KS who backgrounds feeder cattle. Yeah. They're "billionaires" who deserve to have their money stolen.

W.R.O.L. (Part 1)
Posted by Ann Barnhardt - November 2, AD 2011 9:40 PM MST
New acronym for those of you who don't know it already: W.R.O.L. = Without Rule of Law. Sadly, the MF Global clients are learning first-hand what WROL is and what it feels like. This is just the very, very beginning of WROL in (what once was) the United States.
I have talked to several cattle industry contacts who had accounts with MF Global. They have been calling me looking for guidance and assurance that everything is going to be okay and that they are going to be made whole. Sadly, for me to tell them any such thing would be boldfaced lying on my part. And so I tell them the truth.
As of this writing, the amount of customer segregated funds that are missing and have been stolen from MF Global customers stands at a staggering $1.5 Billion, more than double the initial estimate from Monday of $700 million. I will not be the least bit surprised if the $1.5 Billion figure is ultimately revised up even more.
As I laid out earlier, MF was charging very, very high margin requirements relative to the rest of the industry. I suspect that MF (Corzine) was doing this as a means of raising additional interest-free capital.
Quick story. I decided to start my IB in the fall of 2005, and traveled to Chicago to interview FCMs. To my shock, I learned on that trip that the majority of the money made by IBs and FCMs (at that time) was not commissions, but rather the INTEREST on the customer segregated funds. All of the free cash in client accounts, meaning that money not tied up in margin requirements, was invested by the FCM in US Treasury paper. Every month the FCM and the IB would then split the interest income. The FCM I eventually went with offered me a 50-50 split on my office's free cash at the 90 day T-Bill rate. I was very surprised by this dynamic. Having worked in a branch office up until that point, I had always been told that paying interest on customer free cash balances was IMPOSSIBLE, and the only way for customers to earn interest on their funds was to buy T-Bills themselves as initial margin "collateral", if you will. Since T-Bill purchases were in large denomination blocks, all but the largest clients were effectively shut-out of this option. I thought that was just the way it was.
No, no. The reason I was told that interest payments were impossible is because the interest income was a MAJOR income stream for the branch manager. Immediately I was very, very uncomfortable with the idea of clandestinely profiting off of my customers' opportunity interest expense. So, here is what I did. I offered the FCM a 60-40 split, with the FCM getting 60 percent IF and ONLY IF they would calculate and credit my customers' accounts with the remaining 40% every month. I felt it right to pay the FCM more than their usual take for having to go through the extra step and labor of doing these interest credits for each account every month. And, my customers recaptured 40% of their opportunity interest expense (at 90-day T-Bill rates), which effectively cheapened up their commission rate, and in some cases eliminated it completely. It also set me apart, because at that time I was one of the only, if not THE only IB in the United States that paid interest to all of my clients as a built-in matter of policy, and I was able to advertise that fact. And finally, I made exactly the same amount of money that I had initially assumed I would make - namely my commission payout. Win-Win-Win. That, along with a genuine and unique knowledge of my business and field thanks to training I received from an old-timer cattleman, is how a 29 year old girl became a fairly good-sized livestock and grain brokerage firm.
Ever since the last meltdown, the Fed has synthetically suppressed interest rates. T-Bill rates dropped from around 5% to just epsilon above zero and have been that way for years now. I haven't paid any interest to anyone in years because there is no interest income whatsoever from T-Bills.
People are honestly trying to justify MF Global and Corzine's theft by stating that FCMs have sure had it rough these past two years because they have made no money on interest. Uh, like that is some sort of an excuse for STEALING CUSTOMER FUNDS?
As I laid out earlier this week, MF had some seriously inflated margin requirements. It appears that Corzine did this because he viewed the excess cash in the customer segregated accounts as "interest-free capital". Why borrow money from a bank at interest when you can use your customers' money interest free? Who cares if it is illegal? You're Jon Effing Corzine. You are Barry Obama's top Wall Street fundraiser. The laws don't apply to YOU.

W.R.O.L. (Part 2)
Posted by Ann Barnhardt - November 2, AD 2011 9:39 PM MST
And now back to the concept of WROL. I have told the MF Global customers that I have spoken to this week that they should spiritually accept the fact that all of their money is gone. IF there is any reparation, it will take a very long time, and it will be far less than what was stolen from them. This way, if they do get any money back, they will be pleasantly surprised and won't let this consume their spirits and blacken their hearts. And yeah, I'm completely serious. HEAR ME OUT.
Granted, at this, every single person has become upset and said, "There should be a law to keep this from happening! The government should be able to recover our money!"
And here is where the conversation gets really, really unpleasant.
There WAS a law. There WAS a very, very strict law. WAS. Past tense. What we are seeing right now is what every single culture that has been conquered by Marxists has experienced: the elimination of the Rule of Law. This nation is no longer a nation of laws. It is a nation of men. The law no longer matters. All that matters is who you are and who you know. Jon Corzine is part of the Marxist-Obamaist cabal, and therefore laws do not apply to him.
Further, the government that you, up until now, have turned to in order to enforce the Rule of Law is now itself the entity that is stealing from you. In other words, there is absolutely NO ONE to turn to for law enforcement because the is no Rule of Law. Technically, your County Sheriff chould have jurisdiction over this, but in reality if your County Sheriff made any move toward enforcing the law and holding Jon Corzine or any of the rest to account, your County Sheriff would himself be removed, arrested or killed by the lawless Marxist-Obamaist regime.
Do you understand now? Do you understand the gravity of what is happening? Let me tell you about the Ukraine in the early 1930s. Stalin was ruling the Soviet Union with an iron fist, and wanted to get rid of the Ukrainian population which he deemed a threat to his power. Beginning in 1931, local Soviet administrators began refusing to provide the Ukrainian farmers with seed wheat. The farmers, watching the planting window close rapidly, were eventually BEGGING the Soviet administrators and central planners for seed. None was ever provided. When the next harvest came around, the Soviet administrators demanded full-quota harvest production from the Ukrainian farmers. The stunned and livid farmers reminded the Soviets that they had refused to give them any seed at planting time, and thus there was no crop. The Soviets then accused the farmers of hiding and hoarding the wheat harvest from them. The men and working-aged boys were summarily executed on the spot as "counterrevolutionaries". The women and children were left to starve. Cannibalism set in, and many mothers, driven insane with hunger, killed and ate their children. By the end of 1933, millions of Ukranians, both urban and peasant farmers, were dead of a manufactured and completely unnecessary mass starvation, with estimates ranging from 3-5 million dead.
"How can they do this to us? How can they get away with this? Surely there must be someone we can report them to. Surely there is someone who will help us."
Not in a Marxist state. Marxists will rape you and rob you blind and then kill you when you don't display your undying gratitude to them for doing it, and beg them for more. The MF Global victims are learning this lesson right now. Sadly, I fear that what happened to MF is going to eventually become systemic via outright theft and confiscation, and via inflation, which will render all assets held in U.S. dollars essentially worthless. And because this is all being done willfully and consciously by your own Federal Government, there will be no one to turn to to "make it right" or to enforce the Rule of Law.
