The Tripwire
by D. van Oort & J.F.A. Davidson
From The Resister
“How we burned in the prison camps later thinking: What would things have been like if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive?”
– Alexander Solzhenitzyn, Gulag Archipelago
What would be the tripwire resulting in open rebellion? Examining the Bill of Rights, and considering EXISTING laws only, and not failed attempts, you will find that every clause has been violated to one degree or another.
Documenting those violations would fill volumes, and it is important to remember that only government can violate the exercise of unalienable individual rights and claim immunity from retribution. We omit martial law or public suspension of the Constitution as a tripwire. The overnight installation of dictatorship obviously would qualify as “the tripwire,” but is not likely to occur. What has occurred, what is occurring, is the implementation of every aspect of such dictatorship without an overt declaration. The Constitution is being killed by attrition. The Communist Manifesto is being installed by accretion. Any suggestion that martial law is the tripwire leads us to the question: what aspect of martial law justifies the first shot?
For much the same reason, we will leave out mass executions of the Waco variety. For one thing, they are composite abuses of numerous individual rights. Yet, among those abuses, the real tripwire may exist. For another, those events are shrouded in a fog of obfuscation and outright lies. Any rebellion must be based on extremely hard and known facts. Similarly, no rebellion will succeed if its fundamental reasons for occurring are not explicitly identified. Those reasons cannot be explicitly identified if, in place of their identification, we simply point to a composite such as Waco and say, “See, that’s why; figure it out.” Any suggestion that more Wacos, in and of themselves, would be the tripwire, simply leads us back again to the question: what aspect of them justifies rebellion?
For the same reasons, we leave out a detailed account of Ayn Rand’s identification of the four essential characteristics of tyranny. She identified them quite correctly, but together they are just another composite from which we must choose precipitating causes. These characteristics are: one-party rule, executions without trial for political offenses, expropriation or nationalization of private property, and “above all,” censorship.
With regard to the first characteristic of tyranny, what is the real difference between the Fabian socialist Republican Party and the overtly [Bolshevik] socialist Democratic Party? Nothing but time. Regarding the second we have the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team and the ATF’s enforcement branch. In action they simply avoid the embarrassment of a trial. Regarding the third, we have asset forfeiture “laws,” the IRS, the EPA, the FCC, the FDA, the Federal Reserve, the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division, and a myriad of other executive branch agencies, departments, and commissions whose sole function is to regulate business and the economy. Regulating business for the common good (fascism) is no different in principle than outright nationalization (communism).
However, the fourth characteristic of tyranny, censorship, is the obvious primary tripwire. When ideology and the reporting of facts and how-to instructions are forbidden, there is nothing remaining but to fight. Freedom of speech and persuasion — the freedom to attempt to rationally convince willing listeners — is so fundamental an individual right that without it no other rights, not even the existence of rights, can be enforced, claimed, debated, or even queried.
Does this censorship include the regulation of the “public” airwaves by the FCC, as in the censorship which prohibits tobacco companies from advertising — in their own defense — on the same medium which is commanded by government decree to carry “public service” propaganda against them? Does it include federal compulsion of broadcasters to air politically-correct twaddle for “The Children”? Does it include the Orwellian “Communications Decency Act”? Does it include any irrationalism “sexual harassment” or tribalist “hate speech” laws which prohibit certain spoken words among co-workers? The answer: unequivocally yes.
Although the above do not pertain to ideological or political speech, yet they are censorship and are designed to intimidate people into the acceptance of de facto censorship. We say that any abrogation of free speech, and any form of censorship, which cannot be rectified by the soap box, the ballot box, or the jury box, must be rectified by the cartridge box — or lost forever.
Americans have been stumbling over tripwires justifying overt resistance for well over 130 years. On one hand, we submit that gun confiscation is a secondary tripwire only. It is second to censorship because if speech is illegal we cannot even discuss the repeal of gun control, or any other population controls. If only guns are illegal, we may still convince people to repeal those laws. On the other hand, gun confiscation may be a sufficient tripwire because the primary one, censorship, can be fully implemented only after the citizenry has been disarmed.
Resistance, in the context of this article, means those legitimate acts by individuals which compel government to restrict its activities and authority to those powers delegated to the Congress by the people in the Constitution.
The distinction to be drawn here is that the objective of patriotic resistance is to restore original Constitutional government, not change the form of government. To this end we believe:
The enforcement of any laws — local, state, or federal — that through the action or inaction of the courts makes nugatory the individual means of resisting tyranny, justifies resistance.
The operative terms of the above statement are the parameters that must be defined and understood if resistance to tyranny and despotism is to be honorable, and for the cause of individual liberty, rather than anarchy resulting from a new gang of tyrants. Rebellion can never be justified so long as objective means of redress are available, which are themselves not subverted or rendered impotent by further or parallel subjective legislation.
The goal of patriots throughout the country must be the restoration of objective constitutional law and order. The failure to enforce a subjective law (i.e. the Communications Decency Act) does not justify that law existing, but it also does not justify resistance. This is because non-enforcement leaves avenues of redress, including the forbidden activity itself, still available. Should a lower court uphold or ignore a case that challenges subjective law, peaceable means of redress are still open by higher or lateral courts in another jurisdiction.
However, should the U.S. Supreme Court uphold subjective laws, or refuse to hear the cases challenging them, then the legislative, executive, and judicial branches have all failed to guarantee individual liberty, from the widest principles to the smallest details. A single refusal by the highest court in the land to overturn a whim-based subjective law, or to refuse to hear the case, is sufficient to justify resistance to that law because there is simply nowhere left to turn for further attempts at redress. At such time nobody is morally bound by that law. Tyranny gets one chance per branch.
America is either a constitutional republic or it is not. If we can restore our republic it will ultimately occur through reason, and reason will then lead our representatives to make unconstitutional those laws which, by any objective standard of justice, should have never been considered in the first place. However, we cannot assert our claim to restore our liberty if we but accede to a single socialist construct. Freedom and serfdom cannot coexist. We cannot have it both ways.
Life, and the means to preserve it, cannot coexist with disarmament. Liberty, and its rational exercise, cannot coexist with subjective constraints. Property, and its acquisition, use, and disposal cannot coexist with expropriation. The federal government’s first task is to obey the Constitution. It has refused. Our first task as free men is to force the government to obey it again. The Constitution of the United States of America is a constraint on the federal government, not on the individual.
Likewise, the constitutions of the various states are constraints on the state governments, not on the individual. The Constitution contains many provisions allowing the violation of our natural rights as free men by immoral and unethical men in government. The true heroes of the ratification debates were the Antifederalists, who secured Federalist guarantees that the Bill of Rights would amend the Constitution.
To their undying credit, the Federalists lived up to their promise. Nevertheless, only after constitutional limitations on government have been restored in their original form can we consider amending the Constitution to redress its very few remaining defects (for example, the absence of a separation of state and the economy clause).
Laws that make nugatory the means of resisting tyranny and despotism determine the tripwire. The creeping legislative erosion of the 2nd Amendment is not the only tripwire that justifies resistance. We submit that any gun control is a secondary tripwire. Not only because it can be effortlessly evaded, but also because it strengthens our cause. It is second only to censorship. If speech is illegal we can discuss neither repeal of gun control, or the repeal of any other unconstitutional “law.” Censorship is not a tripwire, it is THE tripwire. Thus, by default, censorship morally justifies rebellion.
Under censorship, no other rights, including the right to be free from censorship, can be advocated, discussed, or queried. It is incorrect to say that after censorship comes utter subjugation. Censorship is utter subjugation. There is no greater usurpation of liberty while remaining alive. After censorship come the death camps, and they are not a prerequisite of censorship, they are merely a symptom of it. Censorship qua censorship is sufficient in itself to justify open rebellion against any government that legislates, enforces, or upholds it.
However, that is not the half of it. Censorship is alone in being the only violation of individual rights that does not require actual enforcement or challenges in court, before rebellion is justified. When the government forbids you to speak or write, or use your own or a supporter’s property to address willing listeners or readers, that government has openly and forcibly declared that the art of peaceful persuasion is dead and will not be tolerated. Upon that very instant, all peaceful avenues of redress have been closed and the only possible method of regaining that liberty is force. Whenever we give up that force, we are not only ruined, we deserve to be ruined.
Censorship is already being “legally” imposed through accretion by compromisers, appeasers, and pragmatists within government at all levels. Note the demands by “progressive” organizations and self-appointed “civil rights” groups to ban so-called “hate” speech (they mean thought and debate), or “extreme” language (they mean principled dissent), or “paramilitary” books (they mean the knowledge of how to resist). When our government imposes censorship, it will be because our ability to use force to resist censorship no longer exists. Buying copies of The Resister is not yet prohibited; buying machine guns already is. Unwarranted search for unlicensed books has not yet occurred; unwarranted search for unlicensed weapons has already begun. As your unalienable right of peaceable discussion and dissent is being daily abridged, your right to peaceably assemble and associate in advocacy of your own self-defense, according to your own free will, has already been outlawed (courtesy of ADL’s “model” anti-militia legislation).
Unconstitutional federal agencies now arm themselves with weapons that you may not own, and train in tactics that you are prohibited from mastering. Before a government is sure you won’t resist, it will make sure you can’t resist.
The most irrational, contradictory, short-range, whimsical notion possible to men who claim the unalienable right to resist tyrannical government is the notion that they must first let their ability to resist be stripped from them before they have the right to use it. This is the argument of so-called conservatives who pish-tosh the notion of legislative “slippery-slopes,” and sycophantic adherents of a supreme Court that has no constitutionally delegated authority to interpret the Constitution in the first place. We reject the notion of mindless compliance with subjective “laws.” Subjective laws must be resisted on metaphysical and epistemological principles, moral and ethical grounds, and on constitutional and historical precedence.
No rational man desires ends without means. No rational man can be faced with his own imminent subjugation and truly believe that, once things are as bad as they can get, “sometime” “someone” will do “something” “somehow” to counteract that trend. Any man who counsels another to appeal to those mystical equivalents of “divine intervention” for “deliverance” from tyranny is our enemy by all principles conceivable within the scope of rational human intelligence.
The time to organize resistance is not after censorship, but before it. The time to prepare resistance is when our ability to resist is being threatened. The time to begin resistance is when that threat has been upheld or ignored by the courts. The unalienable rights that safeguard our ability to resist are limited to those which, if not violated, allow us to plan and use all materials necessary for resistance. We submit that only the following meet that criteria:
* freedom of speech and of the press, and the right to peaceably assemble–so that we may advocate ideas, report and discuss news, and instruct others how to carry out resistance activities (1st Amendment);
* the right to keep and bear arms — so that we may have appropriate force in our hands should we need it, and be trained to use such force as necessary (2nd Amendment);
* the right to be let alone — so that we may be free of government intrusion in our lives, liberty, and property (3rd Amendment);
* the right to be secure in our persons, dwellings, papers, and property from unwarranted, unaffirmed searches and seizures — so that our records, ideological materials, and weapons will remain in our hands (4th Amendment).
For the purpose of this discussion, we believe that no other rights are relevant because if every individual right other than those four were violated — although it would be an unspeakably evil act on the part of the government, justifying immediate and unforgiving resistance — their abridgement would not effect our ability to resist. If any of the first four amendments are infringed by legislation, enforced by executive power, and their abrogation is upheld or ignored by the courts, unremitting, forcible resistance, and aid and comfort to its citizen-soldiers, is a moral imperative for every single person who believes that life, liberty, and property are unalienable and self-existing, and not grants of government privilege.
The First Amendment Is Dead
I’m dead serious about this. No hyperbole. The First Amendment is truly dead. It has been on its last leg for many decades now, but it’s officially dead today. RIP 1A, 1791-2010.
I’m not talking about what was discussed here on The Cliffs. The regulation of broadband is a big deal, but not the final blow. I’m not talking about the DISCLOSE Act, which is going to be up for vote again in the next 1-3 days. I’m not talking about the ‘Cyber Security’ bill, which would allow the White House to shut down any web site deemed a danger.
These are all horrible things, but here’s the enabler for it all:
On Monday, the appeals court reversed the lower court’s ruling and said there’s no problem with the First Amendment because copyright law “addresses a substantial or important governmental interest.” This is, plainly speaking, ridiculous. The argument effectively says that the government can violate the basic principles of the First Amendment any time it wants, so long as it shows a “substantial or important government interest.” But that makes no sense. The whole point of the First Amendment was to protect citizens’ interests against situations where the government’s interests went against citizens’ interests. It should never make sense to judge a First Amendment claim on whether the government has “substantial or important” interests.
On top of that, the court basically said “Congress knows best” on this issue. Again, this seems to go against the entire point of the First Amendment and the important judicial protections of the First Amendment. The whole point of court oversight of Congress is because Congress doesn’t always know best. But here, the court has no problem deferring entirely to Congress:
“This deferential standard is warranted for two important reasons. First, Congress is “far better equipped” as an institution “to amass and evaluate the vast amounts of data bearing upon the legislative questions.” … Second, we owe Congress “an additional measure of deference out of respect for its authority to exercise the legislative power.”"
“Congress shall make no law…” has been replaced with “Congress can make any damn law it wants.”
All they have to do is say that they really really really really need to curb free speech because they think it’s important. Previous requirements that a law curbing speech be narrowly tailored to fit the substantial government interest are now gone. They can do whatever they want whenever they want.
Even if this goes to SCOTUS, it’ll take years. And then the other measures for cybersecurity, broadband regulation, and DISCLOSE will also have to be challenged, which will take years. Meanwhile, the information that the public was supposed to receive is stifled.
A lot of other things can happen in a couple of years.
Don’t be surprised when this site and others like it disappear within the next few months. When it goes down, it will not be coming back. I don’t have the money to fight them in court, and it’s doubtful the other bloggers in this corner of the ‘sphere do either.
Just like the NRA, big media and their lawyers will complain until the law is modified to exclude them, but little people like us will be left in the dark.

A OPEN LETTER TO THE ADULTS IN THE U.S. GOVERNMENT-STOP THE GULF OIL VOLCANO NOW
To the adults in the government reading this(you are), act now to take charge of the Gulf Oil Volcano and stop it. Today. Yes I know it was placed right on the end of the New Madrid fault line to not only pollute the oceans but to make stopping mean the potential to unleash a earthquake that will devastate the Midwest. Compared to the alternative... there is no alternative.
Get the enemies of all of us out of the way so that this oil volcano can be stopped, the damage to the Gulf of Mexico honestly begun to be repaired. This ecological false flag attack was deliberately conceived to devastate first America then in two years the entire planet with toxic air and rain making life on the surface of this planet impossible. This will mean you too. Do not think for one second that a species like us faced with extinction will NOT take you down with us. And if you don't act to stop this you will.
The Tea Party must be allowed to continue their rise and take power-no more vote fraud, or moves to stop a peaceable Second American Revolution. If for nothing else that it's in your own best interest in taking out the beast and begin a transistion to a more balanced arrangement between yourselves and the American People. The crisis can be used as a form of rehabilitation to a people mentally, chemically and spiritually drugged by (I will presume for argument's sake) our common enemy. The reforms that will be made in America can mean a graduated decrease in geopolitical tensions, a new economic cycle can start on the foundations of enviromental restoration, infrastructure repair, and a free hand in techonolgical innovation and entrepenurialship. A new era for Man can begin instead of some long-scripted apocalypse.
If you act your role can be spun as heroic and there can be a true partnership between you and us. If you don't act then you cannot expect not to be treated as enemy.
You know who I am. You're out of time. Act today.

GULF OIL VOLCANO: DEEPWATER 6 OIL SPILL A LONGER TERM PROBLEM
From The Oil Drum: reader comment about how much of a cataclysm this oil volcano really is:

Editors' note for first-time visitors: What follows is a comment from a The Oil Drum reader. To read what The Oil Drum staff members are saying about the Deepwater Horizon Spill, please visit the front page. (Were the US government and BP more forthcoming with information and details, the situation would not be giving rise to so much speculation about what is actually going on in the Gulf. This should be run more like Mission Control at NASA than an exclusive country club function--it is a public matter--transparency, now!)
OK let's get real about the GOM oil flow. There doesn't really seem to be much info on TOD that furthers more complete understanding of what's really happening in the GOM.
As you have probably seen and maybe feel yourselves, there are several things that do not appear to make sense regarding the actions of attack against the well. Don't feel bad, there is much that doesn't make sense even to professionals unless you take into account some important variables that we are not being told about. There seems to me to be a reluctance to face what cannot be termed anything less than grim circumstances in my opinion. There certainly is a reluctance to inform us regular people and all we have really gotten is a few dots here and there...
First of all...set aside all your thoughts of plugging the well and stopping it from blowing out oil using any method from the top down. Plugs, big valves to just shut it off, pinching the pipe closed, installing a new bop or lmrp, shooting any epoxy in it, top kills with mud etc etc etc....forget that, it won't be happening..it's done and over. In fact actually opening up the well at the subsea source and allowing it to gush more is not only exactly what has happened, it was probably necessary, or so they think anyway.
So you have to ask WHY? Why make it worse?...there really can only be one answer and that answer does not bode well for all of us. It's really an inescapable conclusion at this point, unless you want to believe that every Oil and Gas professional involved suddenly just forgot everything they know or woke up one morning and drank a few big cups of stupid and got assigned to directing the response to this catastrophe. Nothing makes sense unless you take this into account, but after you do...you will see the "sense" behind what has happened and what is happening. That conclusion is this:
The well bore structure is compromised "Down hole".
That is something which is a "Worst nightmare" conclusion to reach. While many have been saying this for some time as with any complex disaster of this proportion many have "said" a lot of things with no real sound reasons or evidence for jumping to such conclusions, well this time it appears that they may have jumped into the right place...
TOP KILL - FAILS:
This was probably our best and only chance to kill this well from the top down. This "kill mud" is a tried and true method of killing wells and usually has a very good chance of success. The depth of this well presented some logistical challenges, but it really should not of presented any functional obstructions. The pumping capacity was there and it would have worked, should have worked, but it didn't.
It didn't work, but it did create evidence of what is really happening. First of all the method used in this particular top kill made no sense, did not follow the standard operating procedure used to kill many other wells and in fact for the most part was completely contrary to the procedure which would have given it any real chance of working.
When a well is "Killed" using this method heavy drill fluid "Mud" is pumped at high volume and pressure into a leaking well. The leaks are "behind" the point of access where the mud is fired in, in this case the "choke and Kill lines" which are at the very bottom of the BOP (Blow Out Preventer) The heavy fluid gathers in the "behind" portion of the leaking well assembly, while some will leak out, it very quickly overtakes the flow of oil and only the heavier mud will leak out. Once that "solid" flow of mud is established at the leak "behind" the well, the mud pumps increase pressure and begin to overtake the pressure of the oil deposit. The mud is established in a solid column that is driven downward by the now stronger pumps. The heavy mud will create a solid column that is so heavy that the oil deposit can no longer push it up, shut off the pumps...the well is killed...it can no longer flow.
Usually this will happen fairly quickly, in fact for it to work at all...it must happen quickly. There is no "trickle some mud in" because that is not how a top kill works. The flowing oil will just flush out the trickle and a solid column will never be established. Yet what we were told was "It will take days to know whether it
worked"...."Top kill might take 48 hours to complete"...the only way it could take days is if BP intended to do some "test fires" to test integrity of the entire system. The actual "kill" can only take hours by nature because it must happen fairly rapidly. It also increases strain on the "behind" portion and in this instance we all know that what remained was fragile at best.
Early that afternoon we saw a massive flow burst out of the riser "plume" area. This was the first test fire of high pressure mud injection. Later on same day we saw a greatly increased flow out of the kink leaks, this was mostly mud at that time as the kill mud is tanish color due to the high amount of Barite which is added to it to weight it and Barite is a white powder.
We later learned the pumping was shut down at midnight, we weren't told about that until almost 16 hours later, but by then...I'm sure BP had learned the worst. The mud they were pumping in was not only leaking out the "behind" leaks...it was leaking out of someplace forward...and since they were not even near being able to pump mud into the deposit itself, because the well would be dead long before...and the oil was still coming up, there could only be one conclusion...the wells casings were ruptured and it was leaking "down hole"
They tried the "Junk shot"...the "bridging materials" which also failed and likely made things worse in regards to the ruptured well casings.
"Despite successfully pumping a total of over 30,000 barrels of heavy mud, in three attempts at rates of up to
80 barrels a minute, and deploying a wide range of different bridging materials, the operation did not overcome the flow from the well."
http://www.bp.com/genericarticle.do?categoryId=2012968&contentId=7062487
80 Barrels per minute is over 200,000 gallons per hour, over 115,000 barrels per day...did we seen an increase over and above what was already leaking out of 115k bpd?....we did not...it would have been a massive increase in order of multiples and this did not happen.
"The whole purpose is to get the kill mud down,” said Wells. “We'll have 50,000 barrels of mud on hand to kill this well. It's far more than necessary, but we always like to have backup."
Try finding THAT quote around...it's been scrubbed...here's a cached copy of a quote...

"The "top kill" effort, launched Wednesday afternoon by industry and government engineers, had pumped enough drilling fluid to block oil and gas spewing from the well, Allen said. The pressure from the well was very low, he said, but persisting."
"Allen said one ship that was pumping fluid into the well had run out of the fluid, or "mud," and that a second ship was on the way. He said he was encouraged by the progress."
http://www.houmatoday.com/article/20100527/ARTICLES/100529348
Later we found out that Allen had no idea what was really going on and had been "Unavailable all day"
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2010/05/27/interview_with_coast_guard_admiral_thad_allen_105775.html
So what we had was BP running out of 50,000 barrels of mud in a very short period of time. An amount far and above what they deemed necessary to kill the well. Shutting down pumping 16 hours before telling anyone, including the president. We were never really given a clear reason why "Top Kill" failed, just that it couldn't overcome the well.
There is only one article anywhere that says anything else about it at this time of writing...and it's a relatively obscure article from the wall street journal "online" citing an unnamed source.
"WASHINGTON—BP PLC has concluded that its "top-kill" attempt last week to seal its broken well in the Gulf of
Mexico may have failed due to a malfunctioning disk inside the well about 1,000 feet below the ocean floor.
The disk, part of the subsea safety infrastructure, may have ruptured during the surge of oil and gas up the well on April 20 that led to the explosion aboard the Deepwater Horizon rig, BP officials said. The rig sank two days later, triggering a leak that has since become the worst in U.S. history.
The broken disk may have prevented the heavy drilling mud injected into the well last week from getting far enough down the well to overcome the pressure from the escaping oil and gas, people familiar with BP's findings said. They said much of the drilling mud may also have escaped from the well into the rock formation outside the wellbore.
As a result, BP wasn't able to get sufficient pressure to keep the oil and gas at bay. If they had been able to build up sufficient pressure, the company had hoped to pump in cement and seal off the well. The effort was deemed a failure on Saturday.
BP started the top-kill effort Wednesday afternoon, shooting heavy drilling fluids into the broken valve known as a blowout preventer. The mud was driven by a 30,000 horsepower pump installed on a ship at the surface. But it was clear from the start that a lot of the "kill mud" was leaking out instead of going down into the well."
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704875604575280133577164268.html
There are some inconsistencies with this article.
There are no "Disks" or "Subsea safety structure" 1,000 feet below the sea floor, all that is there is well bore. There is nothing that can allow the mud or oil to "escape" into the rock formation outside the well bore except the well, because it is the only thing there.
All the actions and few tid bits of information all lead to one inescapable conclusion. The well pipes below the sea floor are broken and leaking. Now you have some real data of how BP's actions are evidence of that, as well as some murky statement from "BP officials" confirming the same.
I took some time to go into a bit of detail concerning the failure of Top Kill because this was a significant event. To those of us outside the real inside loop, yet still fairly knowledgeable, it was a major confirmation of what many feared. That the system below the sea floor has serious failures of varying magnitude in the complicated chain, and it is breaking down and it will continue to.
What does this mean?
It means they will never cap the gusher after the wellhead. They cannot...the more they try and restrict the oil gushing out the bop?...the more it will transfer to the leaks below. Just like a leaky garden hose with a nozzle on it. When you open up the nozzle?...it doesn't leak so bad, you close the nozzle?...it leaks real bad,
same dynamics. It is why they sawed the riser off...or tried to anyway...but they clipped it off, to relieve pressure on the leaks "down hole". I'm sure there was a bit of panic time after they crimp/pinched off the large riser pipe and the Diamond wire saw got stuck and failed...because that crimp diverted pressure and flow to the rupture down below.
Contrary to what most of us would think as logical to stop the oil mess, actually opening up the gushing well and making it gush more became direction BP took after confirming that there was a leak. In fact if you note their actions, that should become clear. They have shifted from stopping or restricting the gusher to opening it up and catching it. This only makes sense if they want to relieve pressure at the leak hidden down below the seabed.....and that sort of leak is one of the most dangerous and potentially damaging kind of leak there could be. It is also inaccessible which compounds our problems. There is no way to stop that leak from above, all they can do is relieve the pressure on it and the only way to do that right now is to open up the nozzle above and gush more oil into the gulf and hopefully catch it, which they have done, they just neglected to tell us why, gee thanks.
A down hole leak is dangerous and damaging for several reasons.
There will be erosion throughout the entire beat up, beat on and beat down remainder of the "system" including that inaccessible leak. The same erosion I spoke about in the first post is still present and has never stopped, cannot be stopped, is impossible to stop and will always be present in and acting on anything that is left which has crude oil "Product" rushing through it. There are abrasives still present, swirling flow will create hot spots of wear and this erosion is relentless and will always be present until eventually it wears away enough material to break it's way out. It will slowly eat the bop away especially at the now pinched off riser head and it will flow more and more. Perhaps BP can outrun or keep up with that out flow with various suckage methods for a period of time, but eventually the well will win that race, just how long that race will be?...no one really knows....However now?...there are other problems that a down hole leak will and must produce that will compound this already bad situation.
This down hole leak will undermine the foundation of the seabed in and around the well area. It also weakens the only thing holding up the massive Blow Out Preventer's immense bulk of 450 tons. In fact?...we are beginning to the results of the well's total integrity beginning to fail due to the undermining being caused by the leaking well bore.
The first layer of the sea floor in the gulf is mostly lose material of sand and silt. It doesn't hold up anything and isn't meant to, what holds the entire subsea system of the Bop in place is the well itself. The very large steel connectors of the initial well head "spud" stabbed in to the sea floor. The Bop literally sits on top of the pipe and never touches the sea bed, it wouldn't do anything in way of support if it did. After several tens of feet the seabed does begin to support the well connection laterally (side to side) you couldn't put a 450 ton piece of machinery on top of a 100' tall pipe "in the air" and subject it to the side loads caused by the ocean currents and expect it not to bend over...unless that pipe was very much larger than the machine itself, which you all can see it is not. The well's piping in comparison is actually very much smaller than the Blow Out Preventer and strong as it may be, it relies on some support from the seabed to function and not literally fall over...and it is now showing signs of doing just that....falling over.
If you have been watching the live feed cams you may have noticed that some of the ROVs are using an inclinometer...and inclinometer is an instrument that measures "Incline" or tilt. The BOP is not supposed to be tilting...and after the riser clip off operation it has begun to...
This is not the only problem that occurs due to erosion of the outer area of the well casings. The way a well casing assembly functions it that it is an assembly of different sized "tubes" that decrease in size as they go down. These tubes have a connection to each other that is not unlike a click or snap together locking action. After a certain length is assembled they are cemented around the ouside to the earth that the more rough drill hole is bored through in the well making process. A very well put together and simply explained process of "How to drill a deep water oil well" is available here:
http://www.treesfullofmoney.com/?p=1610
The well bore casings rely on the support that is created by the cementing phase of well construction. Just like if you have many hands holding a pipe up you could put some weight on the top and the many hands could hold the pipe and the weight on top easily...but if there were no hands gripping and holding the pipe?...all the weight must be held up by the pipe alone. The series of connections between the sections of casings are not designed to hold up the immense weight of the BOP without all the "hands" that the cementing provides and they will eventually buckle and fail when stressed beyond their design limits.
These are clear and present dangers to the battered subsea safety structure (bop and lmrp) which is the only loose cork on this well we have left. The immediate (first 1,000 feet) of well structure that remains is now also undoubtedly compromised. However.....as bad as that is?...it is far from the only possible problems with this very problematic well. There were ongoing troubles with the entire process during the drilling of this well. There were also many comprises made by BP IMO which may have resulted in an overall weakened structure of the entire well system all the way to the bottom plug which is over 12,000 feet deep. Problems with the cementing procedure which was done by Haliburton and was deemed as “was against our best practices.” by a Haliburton employee on April 1st weeks before the well blew out. There is much more and I won't go into detail right now concerning the lower end of the well and the troubles encountered during the whole creation of this well and earlier "Well control" situations that were revieled in various internal BP e-mails. I will add several links to those documents and quotes from them below and for now, address the issues concerning the upper portion of the well and the region of the sea floor.
What is likely to happen now?
Well...none of what is likely to happen is good, in fact...it's about as bad as it gets. I am convinced the erosion and compromising of the entire system is accelerating and attacking more key structural areas of the well, the blow out preventer and surrounding strata holding it all up and together. This is evidenced by the tilt of the blow out preventer and the erosion which has exposed the well head connection. What eventually will happen is that the blow out preventer will literally tip over if they do not run supports to it as the currents push on it. I suspect they will run those supports as cables tied to anchors very soon, if they don't, they are inviting disaster that much sooner.
Eventually even that will be futile as the well casings cannot support the weight of the massive system above with out the cement bond to the earth and that bond is being eroded away. When enough is eroded away the casings will buckle and the BOP will collapse the well. If and when you begin to see oil and gas coming up around the well area from under the BOP? or the area around the well head connection and casing sinking more and more rapidly? ...it won't be too long after that the entire system fails. BP must be aware of this, they are mapping the sea floor sonically and that is not a mere exercise. Our Gov't must be well aware too, they just are not telling us.
All of these things lead to only one place, a fully wide open well bore directly to the oil deposit...after that, it goes into the realm of "the worst things you can think of" The well may come completely apart as the inner liners fail. There is still a very long drill string in the well, that could literally come flying out...as I said...all the worst things you can think of are a possibility, but the very least damaging outcome as bad as it is, is that we are stuck with a wide open gusher blowing out 150,000 barrels a day of raw oil or more. There isn't any "cap dome" or any other suck fixer device on earth that exists or could be built that will stop it from gushing out and doing more and more damage to the gulf. While at the same time also doing more damage to the well, making the chance of halting it with a kill from the bottom up less and less likely to work, which as it stands now?....is the only real chance we have left to stop it all.
It's a race now...a race to drill the relief wells and take our last chance at killing this monster before the whole weakened, wore out, blown out, leaking and failing system gives up it's last gasp in a horrific crescendo.
We are not even 2 months into it, barely half way by even optimistic estimates. The damage done by the leaked oil now is virtually immeasurable already and it will not get better, it can only get worse. No matter how much they can collect, there will still be thousands and thousands of gallons leaking out every minute, every hour of every day. We have 2 months left before the relief wells are even near in position and set up to take a kill shot and that is being optimistic as I said.
Over the next 2 months the mechanical situation also cannot improve, it can only get worse, getting better is an impossibility. While they may make some gains on collecting the leaked oil, the structural situation cannot heal itself. It will continue to erode and flow out more oil and eventually the inevitable collapse which cannot be stopped will happen. It is only a simple matter of who can "get there first"...us or the well.
We can only hope the race against that eventuality is one we can win, but my assessment I am sad to say is that we will not.
The system will collapse or fail substantially before we reach the finish line ahead of the well and the worst is yet to come.
Sorry to bring you that news, I know it is grim, but that is the way I see it....I sincerely hope I am wrong.
We need to prepare for the possibility of this blow out sending more oil into the gulf per week then what we already have now, because that is what a collapse of the system will cause. All the collection efforts that have captured oil will be erased in short order. The magnitude of this disaster will increase exponentially by the time we can do anything to halt it and our odds of actually even being able to halt it will go down.
The magnitude and impact of this disaster will eclipse anything we have known in our life times if the worst or even near worst happens...
We are seeing the puny forces of man vs the awesome forces of nature.
We are going to need some luck and a lot of effort to win...
and if nature decides we ought to lose, we will....

On April 1, a job log written by a Halliburton employee, Marvin Volek, warns that BP’s use of cement “was
against our best practices.”
An April 18 internal Halliburton memorandum indicates that Halliburton again warned BP about its practices,
this time saying that a “severe” gas flow problem would occur if the casings were not centered more carefully.
Around that same time, a BP document shows, company officials chose a type of casing with a greater risk of
collapsing.
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/06/us/06rig.html?pagewanted=1&sq=at_issue_in_gulf&st=cse&scp=1
Mark Hafle, the BP drilling engineer who wrote plans for well casings and cement seals on the Deepwater
Horizon's well, testified that the well had lost thousands of barrels of mud at the bottom. But he said models
run onshore showed alterations to the cement program would resolve the issues, and when asked if a cement
failure allowed the well to "flow" gas and oil, he wouldn't capitulate.
Hafle said he made several changes to casing designs in the last few days before the well blew, including the
addition of the two casing liners that weren't part of the original well design because of problems where the
earthen sides of the well were "ballooning." He also worked with Halliburton engineers to design a plan for
sealing the well casings with cement.

BP, what we know

What could have happened
1. Before or during the cement job, an influx of hydrocarbon enters the wellbore.
2. Influx is circulated during cement job to wellhead and BOP.
3. 9-7/8” casing hanger packoff set and positively tested to 6500 psi.
4. After 16.5 hours waiting on cement, a negative test performed on wellbore below BOP.
(~ 1400 psi differential pressure on 9-7/8” casing hanger packoff and ~ 2350 psi on
double valve float collar)
5. Packoff leaks allowing hydrocarbon to enter wellbore below BOP. 1400 psi shut in
pressure observed on drill pipe (no flow or pressure observed on kill line)
6. Hydrocarbon below BOP is unknowingly circulated to surface while finishing displacing
the riser.
7. As hydrocarbon rises to surface, gas break out of solution further reduces hydrostatic
pressure in well. Well begin to flow, BOPs and Emergency Disconnect System (EDS)
activated but failed.
8. Packoff continues to leak allowing further influx from bottom.

I used to cover the energy business (oil, gas and alternative) here in Texas, and the few experts in the oil field -- including geologists, chemists, etc. -- able or willing to even speak of this BP event told me early on that it is likely the entire reserve will bleed out. Unfortunately none of them could say with any certainty just how much oil is in the reserve in question because, for one thing, the oil industry and secrecy have always been synonymous. According to BP data from about five years ago, there are four separate reservoirs containing a total of 2.5 billion barrels (barrels not gallons). One of the reservoirs has 1.5 billion barrels. I saw an earlier post here quoting an Anadarko Petroleum report which set the total amount at 2.3 billion barrels. One New York Times article put it at 2 billion barrels.
If the BP data correctly or honestly identified four separate reservoirs then a bleed-out might gush less than 2 to 2.5 billion barrels unless the walls -- as it were -- fracture or partially collapse. I am hearing the same dark rumors which suggest fracturing and a complete bleed-out are already underway. Rumors also suggest a massive collapse of the Gulf floor itself is in the making. They are just rumors but it is time for geologists or related experts to end their deafening silence and speak to these possibilities.
All oilmen lie about everything. The stories one hears about the extent to which they will protect themselves are all understatements. BP employees are already taking The Fifth before grand juries, and attorneys are laying a path for company executives to make a run for it.

BP, what we know
http://energycommerce.house.gov/documents/20100512/BP-What.We.Know.pdf

NUCLEAR DEVICE ONLY OPTION TO STOPPING OIL VOLCANO
This is no longer a problem of a runaway oil spill a mile beneath the waves, this is a geophysical cataclysm developing and the only way to staunch the EVER INCREASING FLOW is to tectonic shear the gusher shut.

EVACUATE THE GULF COAST NOW
First a fresh alert about the ever worsening Gulf Oil Volcano:
http://stevequayle.com/News.alert/10_Cosmic/100615.Gulf.sabotage.html
Look at the following information about moisture patterns from the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean:
You can draw a rough diagonal line from Northern Mexico through Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Lake Erie, Lake Ontario and the Saint Lawrence Seaway; anything to the East is a potential danger zone. Basically anywhere ANY Gulf or Atlantic sea moisture penetrates there you will have toxic air and toxic rain.
This is what's in the air over the Gulf of Mexico NOW:
The numbers they cite in the clip are from early May; with the concentration of crude oil CoreExit, hydrogen sulfide and other toxins...
http://www.infowars.com/may-levels-of-toxic-gases-in-gulf-back-up-claim-made-by-lindsey-williams/
Look at this map and you figure out where you stand from there...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
wkrg.com is reporting that oil fumes are now noticeable in downtown Mobile, Alabama. Other reports as far east as Pensacola, Florida.
One person in the article described it as "like smelling a gas station." It will only get worse in DOOMER DOUG's opinion.
Now you understand why our esteemed fuhrer is sending down 17,000 troops to the Gulf. They are, in DOOMER DOUG'S opinion, being prepositioned to "help" with the looming mass evacuations. The air quality in Mobile is described as "moderate" one up from good. In another month or so the air quality will be very bad. Already people with asthma and other respiratory issues are in trouble.
As bad as the oil gusher is now, it will get worse.
another issue is Tampa, Florida. Tampa has the largest fresh water desalting plant in the USA. 19 million gallons per day methings. It uses reverse osmosis filters which can easily be clogged with oil. Besides that, there is the nuclear power plant and the potential to clog its intake valves. clogged valves means emergency shutdown. So we are looking at lack of fresh drinking water and electric brownout/blackouts in Tampa, Florida if the oil slick gets there. The oil slick is heading east according to the wkrg.com media report. Assuming, which DOOMER DOUG does, it gets to Tampa we are looking at the collapse of fresh water and electric supplies.
Not sure where John Galt lives in Florida, but imagine he can fill us in on how bad the shutdown of the desalting and nuclear plants will be.
DOOMER DOUG is officially going on record as predicting mass evacuations from the Gulf by the end of July. Hope to be wrong, but think not. the relief wells will not be finished until early to mid August. 2 plus million gallons of oil spewing into the Gulf of Mexico daily. Another 45 days minimum. another 100 million gallons, 10 Exxon Valdez's worth.
This is bad. it is getting worse; then it will go critical. DOOMER DOUG is so angry at BP, Obama et al he can barely type.

Petroleum Engineer -Gulf Oil Rig Intentionally SabotagedThe Gulf Oil Volcano: an ecological 9/11. Sadly it makes perfect sense, it happened on April 20-a favorite date for these bastards. That is not the worst of it:
June 15, 2010
I CALLED THE ALEX JONES SHOW ON JUNE 10, 2010, TO SHARE SOME TRUTHS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IN THE GULF OIL DISASTER.
LINDSEY WILLIAMS WAS ON THE SHOW SHARING INFORMATION THAT HE RECIEVED FROM HIS ILLUMANTI FRIEND. THIS WAS WHEN MY CALL WAS TAKEN. AS I STATED, I WAS A PETROLEUM ENGINEER AND WORKED FOR HALLIBURTON AND BJ HUGHES ( THE OIL AND GAS SIDE OF HOWARD HUGHES COMPANIES). AS SOON AS THE GULF INCIDENT HAPPENED I TOLD MY WIFE AND FRIENDS THAT THIS WAS A SET-UP. GOLDMAN SACHS SELLING THEIR BP SHARES DAYS BEFORE THE DISASTER, NOT TO MENTION THE HEAD OF BP SELLING OVER A THIRD (3rd)OF HIS STOCK. WHY WOULD SOMEONE DO THAT UNLESS THEY HAD INSIDE INFORMATION. LINDSEY WILLIAMS ILLUMINATI FRIEND CLAIMS THAT IT WAS AN UNFORESEEN ACCIDENT. BALONEY !! EVEN HIS "FRIEND" DOSEN'T SHARE THE WHOLE TRUTH. STATE PENSION FUNDS ARE LOADED WITH OIL AND GAS COMPANY STOCKS. WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOING TO HAPPEN NOW ? PEOPLE BOYCOTTING BP GAS STATIONS AND BP'S STOCKS ARE GOING DOWN WORLDWIDE.
NOW, ABOUT THE DRILLING DEPTH..... WHAT WAS BEING TOLD TO THE MEDIA AND OTHERS WAS A LIE. THEY STATED THAT THE DEPTH WAS 13,000 FEET PLUS 5,000 FEET OF WATER. WE HAVE SINCE BEEN TOLD THAT IT IS 30,000 FEET BELOW THE SEA BED. THE RIG BLOWING-UP AND CATCHING FIRE, WAS A CLUE THAT ALERTED ME THAT THINGS BEING TOLD WERE NOT ACCURATE. THERE WAS A MAJOR COVER-UP GOING ON.
IT WAS REPORTED THAT AROUND 11:00 am, THE TOOL-PUSHER (THE MAN IN CHARGE OF THE RIG) HAD A HEATED ARGUEMENT WITH THE OIL COMPANY REPS. ABOUT USING (SALT WATER) INSTEAD OF DRILLING MUD TO DRILL THE WELL DEEPER. DRILLING MUD IS USED BECAUSE THE WEIGHT OF IT CAN BE ADJUSTED BASED ON THE PRESSURES THAT YOU COME UP AGAINST WHEN DRILLING. THE DEEPER YOU GO, SOMETIMES YOU WILL HIT GAS POCKETS AND THE WEIGHT OF THE MUD PLUS HOW MUCH OF IT IS IN THE PIPE CREATES HYDRO-STATIC WEIGHT AND THIS HELPS PREVENT BLOW-OUTS. THEN ABOUT 11:00pm, OR ELEVEN HOURS LATER THE RIG EXPLODED KILLING (11) ELEVEN RIG HANDS. 11, 11, 11, STRANGE.....
THEN THERE ARE ALSO BLOW-OUT PREVENTERS, CHECK VALVES AND MANY OTHER THINGS THAT TOOL-PUSHERS CAN USE TO MAKE SURE BLOW-OUTS DON'T HAPPEN. IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE BLOW-OUT PREVENTERS FAILED ...THAT THEY COULDN'T GET TO THE BUTTON TO ACTIVATE IT. THAT IS BULL. THERE ARE GAS SNIFFERS AND ALL SORTS OF PRECAUTIONARY DEVICES THAT ARE ON THESE RIGS. THESE ARE CHECKED DAILY BY THE CREWS AND HAVE TO BE SIGNED OFF ON WHEN THEY WERE INSPECTED AND WHO DID IT.
A TOOL-PUSHER DOESN'T GET TO THAT POSITION UNLESS HE HAS WORKED ON RIGS FOR YEARS AND STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM UP, AND KNOWS EVERY JOB ON THE RIG. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY HE LISTENED TO THE COMPANY REP OR ANYONE ELSE WHEN IT CAME TO SAFETY OF HIMSELF, HIS MEN AND THE RIG. I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THE 11 OTHER MEN ASKED TO LEAVE THE RIG AND THEY BROUGHT IN 11 REPLACEMENTS. BP PUT MONEY AND PROFIT AHEAD OF SAFETY. THERE WERE REPORTS OF PROBLEMS 3 TO 4 DAYS BEFORE THE WELL BLEW-OUT. THEY OR SOMEONE WANTED THIS TO HAPPEN. EVERYTHING WAS PURPOSELY DONE TO CAUSE THIS DISASTER.
YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT AT 5,000 FEET DOWN IN WATER YOU HAVE UNBELIEVEABLE PRESURE THAT CAN CRUSH SUBMARINES, PLUS THE TEMPATURE LEVELS AT THAT DEPTH CAN BE AS LOW AS BEING ON MT. EVEREST. EXAMPLE : THEIR FIRST TOP KILL FAILED BECAUSE THE CONCRET FROZE AND THE CAP BROKE APART BECAUSE OF THE FACTS STATED ABOVE. ANYONE WHO HAS DRILLED IN THE GULF SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT THE CONCRETE WOULD FREEZE AT THAT DEPTH. WHILE ALL OF THIS PLAYING AROUND IS GOING ON, THE WELL HEAD (OR WHAT IS LEFT IT) IS GETTING BIGGER BECAUSE THE SEDIMENT AND SAND COMING OUT OF THE WELL HEAD IS ACTING AS A SANDBLASTER IF YOU HAVE BEEN WATCHING, THE PRESURE AT THE WELL HEAD HAS NOT DECREASED BUT IS GETTING STRONGER EVEN THOUGH THE HOLE IS GETTING BIGGER. IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND. LIKE PUTTING A NOZZEL ON YOUR WATER HOSE. SMALLER HOLE, MORE PRESURE, LARGER HOLE, LESS PRESURE. THAT'S NOT HAPPENING....
LINDSEY WILLIAMS STATED THAT WHEN THEY STARTED TO PUMP MUD DOWN TO KILL THE WELL, THAT THEY WERE USING 30,000 HORSE POWER PUMPS AND THEY CAME TO BELIEVE THAT THERE WAS A CRACK OR SEPARTION OF THE PIPE DOWN HOLE, ( IN THE SEA FLOOR ) AND THE MUD FRACTURED THE SEA BED MORE THAN WHAT WAS ALREADY DONE BY THE BLOWOUT. THAT PIPE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CEMENTED IN FROM THE SEA BED DOWN TO WHAT EVER DEPTH THEY HAD SET THE PIPE BEFORE DRILLING DOWN FURTHER. ALSO NO "O" RINGS WERE PUT IN THE PIPE TO SEAL THE PIPE CONNECTIONS. THIS STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN. THEY CUT CORNERS DELIBERATELY AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY. SURVIVOR INTERVIEWS STATED THAT THEY TALKED SAFETY FIRST BUT, PUSHED THEM TO CUT TIME AND COST OR THEY WERE OFF THE RIG.
LINDSEY WILLIAMS ALSO STATED THAT HE WAS TOLD IT WAS LIKE A SPIDER WEB OF FRACTURES IN THE SEA BED AND AS MANY AS SIX (6) PLUMES COMING FROM FISSURES IN THE SEA FLOOR. THAT HAPPENED WHEN THEY (FRACKED) BROKE OPEN THE SEA FLOOR WHEN THE WELL BLEW OUT AND THEN EVEN MORE WHEN THEY PUMPED DOWN ALL THAT MUD THAT WENT OUT THROUGH THE BROKEN OR CRACKED PIPE APPROX. 1000 FEET BELOW THE SEA FLOOR THUS CAUSING THE SPIDER WEB OF FRACTURES TO INCREASE AND SPREAD OUT ALLOWING MORE GAS AND OIL TO COME TO THE SURFACE OF THE SEA FLOOR.
ALL THE WHILE BP HAS BEEN USING HIGHLY TOXIC DISPERSANTS TO HIDE HOW BAD THE DISASTER TRULY IS. NO UP CLOSE REPORTERS, NO FLY ZONES OVER THE GULF, AND PRIVATE SECURITY PEOPLE RUNNING OFF ANYONE WITH A CAMERA OR ASKING QUESTIONS, AND THREATENING WITH ARREST. DOESN'T LOOK TRANSPARENT TO ME.
I BELIEVE THAT THEY HAVE TAPPED INTO ABIOTIC OIL WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF GASES WITH IT. THE PRESURE THAT IS PUSHING THIS OUT OF THE HOLE IS COMING FROM NEAR THE CENTER OF THE EARTH. IT IS LIKE A LARGE OIL AND GAS RESEVOIR THAT KEEPS REPLENTISHING ITSELF SITTING ON TOP OF A VOLCANO. THAT'S WHY THE PRESURE DOESN'T DECREASE. LINDSEY WILLIAMS STATED THAT HE WAS TOLD THAT THIS PRESURE WAS 70,000 PSI ( PER SQUARE INCH )WHEN THE WELL BLEW.
THERE HAS BEEN TALK OF A NUCULAR OPTION. LINDSEY WILLIAMS STATED THAT THEY WERE CONSIDERING GOING DOWN ONE OF THE TWO (2) ANGLED RELIEF WELLS THEY ARE DRILLING. THESE RELIEF WELL ARE ONLY GOING TO MAKE THINGS WORSE BECUSE BY DRILLING THEM YOU ARE GOING TO WIDEN THE ALREADY FRACTURED SEA BED. IN OTHER SITUATIONS WHEN A RELIEF WELL(S)WERE DRILLED, IT WOULD BE DRILLED TO HELP RELIEVE THE PRESURE OF A BLOWN OUT WELL WHICH HAD DRILLED INTO A RESERVOIR.
THIS IS NOT A RESERVIOR...... AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A RESERVIOR .....
RUSSIA HAS DRILLED SEVERAL SUPER DEEP WELLS AND HAS RUN INTO SIMILAR PROBLEMS.
RUSSIA HAS USED THE NUCLEAR OPTION SUCCESSFULLY, BUT THAT WAS NOT THROUGH 5000 FEET OF WATER, THE DRILLING WAS DONE ON GROUND.
WHAT THEY DID TO CORRECT THEIR PROBLEM WILL NOT WORK FOR BP BECAUSE THEY HAVE 5000 FEET OF WATER, PLUS THE WATER PRESURE, THE COLD TEMPERATURES, WELL HEAD PRESURES, AND ALL WORK BEING DONE BY ROBOTICS.
IF THEY WERE TO SET OFF A NUCLEAR BLAST TO CLOSE OFF THIS RUPTURE - THINGS WOULD GO FROM BAD TO WORSE. YOU COULD IGNITE THE GASES AND OIL AND BLOW OPEN THE SEA FLOOR, WHICH COULD CAUSE THE EARTH TO SHIFT OR CAUSE A WOBBLE, OR POSSIBLY A TSUNAMI. WITH ALL THE EARTH QUAKES AND ACTIVE VOLCANOS WE'VE GOT GOING ON... THEN ADD TO THAT THE TECTONIC PLATES BEING AT THE MOUTH OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER... YOU HAVE A MAJOR WORLDWIDE PROBLEM.
THIS WILL NEVER BE FIXED....
I HAVE SUGGESTED BUILDING A HUGE FUNNEL AND TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN ( LIKE THE TIN MAN'S HAT ) AND PLACE IT OVER THE WELL HEAD. ATTACTCH PIPE TO THE SPOUT AND ALLOW THE WELL TO BLOW THE OIL AND GAS UP. ONCE THE GAS AND OIL REACHES THE SURFACE; OIL GOES INTO THE TANKERS... GAS GETS BURNED OFF. YOU COULD MAKE THIS FUNNEL OUT IF NON-RIP PLASTIC OR WHATEVER, AND USE THE SUBMURGEABLES TO TAKE IT DOWN TO THE SEA FLOOR AND OVER THE WELL.
IF IT WASN'T FOR THE FACT THAT THE FIRST TRUMPET JUDGEMENT HASN'T HAPPENED, I WOULD SAY THAT THIS WAS THE SECOND TRUMPET JUDGEMENT THAT STATED: A GREAT MOUNTAIN BURNING WITH FIRE WAS CAST INTO THE SEA: AND THE THIRD PART OF THE SEA BECAME BLOOD:
AND A THIRD PART OF THE CREATURES WHICH WERE IN THE SEA, AND HAD LIFE, DIED; AND THE THIRD PART OF THE SHIPS WERE DESTROYED.
I AM SURE THAT I HAVE PROBABLY LEFT SOME THINGS OUT BUT IT'S LATE AND I'M TIRED. I HOPE PEOPLE CAN GET A PICTURE OF HOW BAD THINGS TRULY ARE AND THE FACT THAT IT IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER ANYTIME SOON.

Gulf Coast Explosive TsunamiTo anyone reading this and living in the South and along the East Coast EVACUATE NOW.

Hawk
LAST NIGHT ON COAST TO COAST AM , RICHARD C. HOAGLAND, CITING INSIDER SOURCES IN BP AND IN U.S. GOVERNMENT, SAID THAT A GAS BUBBLE APPROXIMATELY 15-20 MILES ACROSS 10+ FEET HIGH NEAR THE WELL HEAD OF THE BP GULF WELL , HAD FORMED AND THAT IT MAY CAUSE A MASSIVE EXPLOSION WITHIN WEEKS OR MONTHS.
HE SAID THAT THE PRESSURE AT THE WELL WAS 100,000 PSI AND THAT WHEN THE GAS EXPLODES , IT WOULD BE LIKE A MT. ST. HELENS GOING OFF UNDERWATER THAT WOULD CREATE A HUGE TSUNAMI THAT WOULD TRAVEL AT 400-600 MPH , SINK ALL VESSELS WITHIN MILES, DRIVE THE OIL , HAZARDOUS DISPERSANTS, AND GASSES INLAND WITHIN MINUTES.
HE DESCRIBED FLORIDA MAY IN FACT GET THE BRUNT OF IT WHEN IT BLOWS THOUGH OTHER STATES WOULD BE AFFECTED AS WELL AND THAT THE PEOPLE ALONG THE GULF HAD BETTER BE TOLD BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SOON AS IT IS LIKELY THAT THE GOVERNMENT WILL NEED TO EVACUATE THEM TO PROTECT THEM FROM THE MASSIVE EXPLOSION AND TSUNAMI AS WELL AS THE HEALTH HAZZARDS OF THE OIL, DISPERSANTS, AND GASSES. HE WAS HIGHLY CRITICAL OF OBAMA DOWN THERE EATING SEAFOOD AND PROMISING A CLEAN-UP , WHILE IT SHOULD BE TREATED AS A WAR SITUATION. HE CONCURS THAT WITH THE ABIOTIC POSSIBILITIES THAT IF THIS BLOWS THAT OIL COULD FLOW FOREVER .
THIS IS ANOTHER SLANT ON WHY AN EVACUATION OF 40 MILLION PEOPLE ALONG THE GULF IS PROBABLY GOING TO HAPPEN SOON.
AS I TOLD YOU YESTERDAY THE GULF MILITARY COMMAND IS GIVING MULTIPLE MESSAGES OF EXTREMLY LONG LENGTH ON THE INTEROPERABILITY TRUNKING COMM SYSTEM.....PERHAPS SELECTIVELY TO CONTAIN THE WHOLE TRUTH WITHIN COMPARTMENTS. I ALSO GOT FROM A SOURCE THAT THE COAST GUARD IS NOW IN THE PROCESS OF CALLING UP ANY FORMER COAST GUARD OFFICERS, AND SEAMEN ...OFFERING ENTICEMENTS TO COME BACK INTO SERVICE QUICKLY. ALSO ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS AT VENICE , LA. AND AT NEW IBERIA, LA. ARE SHOWING HEALTH ENDANGERING LEVELS OF TOXIC HYDROGEN SULFIDES AND BENZENE GASSES.
THIS EVAC WILL HAVE TO COME SOON OR MILLIONS WILL MOST LIKELY DIE....
Look at the following information about moisture patterns from the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean:
East of the Rocky Mountains, air of Pacific origin has become relatively dry, and its importance as a source of precipitation is replaced by moist air from the Gulf of Mexico. The influence of Gulf air extends northward well into Canada. Annual precipitation increases to the east and south under the more frequent intrusions of moist air from the Gulf and the Atlantic. The greatest annual precipitation is along the Gulf coast and the southern end of the Appalachians.
This is what's in the air over the Gulf of Mexico NOW:
The numbers they cite in the clip are from early May; with the concentration of crude oil CoreExit, hydrogen sulfide and other toxins...

May Levels of Toxic Gases in Gulf Back Up Claim Made by Lindsey Williams
Infowars.com
June 12, 2010
Appearing on the Alex Jones Show earlier in the week, pastor Lindsey Williams said that gases — Hydrogen Sulfide, Benzene, Methylene Chloride, and other toxic gases — pose a greater risk to human health than the presence of oil washing up on Gulf of Mexico beaches. Williams said the EPA is not reporting on the amount of gases escaping from the BP oil gusher. However, the second video below suggests the EPA has released data on the amount of Hydrogen Sulfide and Benzene in the air in Louisiana.
Health Effects of Hydrogen SulfideThere are persistent rumors that the US Military and Homeland Security are gearing up for a massive staged evacuation of the immediate Gulf Coast and Florida. Why wait? The South's gone.
H2S is classed as a chemical asphyxiant, similar to carbon monoxide and cyanide gases. It inhibits cellular respiration and uptake of oxygen, causing biochemical suffocation. Typical exposure symptoms include:
L
O
W 0 – 10 ppm Irritation of the eyes, nose and throat
M
O
D 10 – 50 ppm Headache
Dizziness
Nausea and vomiting
Coughing and breathing difficulty
H
I
G
H 50 – 200 ppm Severe respratory tract irritation
Eye irritation / acute conjunctivitis
Shock
Convulsions
Coma
Death in severe cases
Prolonged exposures at lower levels can lead to bronchitis, pneumonia, migraine headaches, pulmonary edema, and loss of motor coordination.
Health Effects of Exposure to Benzene (from the CDC):
- The major effect of benzene from long-term exposure is on the blood. (Long-term exposure means exposure of a year or more.) Benzene causes harmful effects on the bone marrow and can cause a decrease in red blood cells, leading to anemia. It can also cause excessive bleeding and can affect the immune system, increasing the chance for infection.
- Some women who breathed high levels of benzene for many months had irregular menstrual periods and a decrease in the size of their ovaries. It is not known whether benzene exposure affects the developing fetus in pregnant women or fertility in men.
- Animal studies have shown low birth weights, delayed bone formation, and bone marrow damage when pregnant animals breathed benzene.
- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has determined that benzene causes cancer in humans. Long-term exposure to high levels of benzene in the air can cause leukemia, cancer of the blood-forming organs.
People who breathe in high levels of benzene may develop the following signs and symptoms within minutes to several hours:
* Drowsiness
* Dizziness
* Rapid or irregular heartbeat
* Headaches
* Tremors
* Confusion
* Unconsciousness
* Death (at very high levels)

Look at this map and you figure out where you stand from there...
ON PERMANENT EVACUATION...
First, you have to have a place to go. Do a Google search of foreclosures(don't worry the economy's still in free fall there's plenty to choose from.) Select a city(NOT Chicago, Flint or Detroit if you can help it)... a smaller town from west of the red line. Get what money you can get together, go to the next foreclosure auction and bid. Or go to http://craigslist.org/ to a town out of the danger zone rent a home, which might be better. You could try squatting-will work later on with the inevitable unrest and potential for civil war when everyone's herded into the FEMA camps and disarmed. Now, you want to just be moving before you get profiled as one of those preppers or survivalists or some other subversive. Take the opportunity to get a whole group together and concentrate on a few small towns or one town you will be able to survive and defend each other much better that way.
If you get this message later than today 6/15/2010 then evacuate through as many side roads as you can. Get a quality road atlas, figure out more than one route. You will probably hit bridges across the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers, which will become choke points. Unless you get a ferry across or travel light and get a boat, you will likely be stopped there and wind up in a camp with everything you have left stolen from you. Why I say get out of the danger zone now before they get their operation going.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is to the adults in the US Government: if the inbreeds and their hand puppets are allowed to have their way the entire planet is going to become dead. That toxic oil volcano will at best keep churning out oil and hydrogen sulfide and God knows what else. British Petroleum will keep spraying CoreExit. The vast oil plumes will reach the Atlantic and the Gulf Stream will carry that poison to the coasts of Europe, Africa, South America, the Indian Ocean and eventually the Pacific. Storms feeding off ANY water with the poisons in them will contaminate whatever land and water they travel upon, sicken and murder whoever is in the path of even the mildest of rain clouds originating from those waters. In two years there will be no rains that will not be toxic.
Of course we're likely to be starved to death from the lack of food, fighting over the lack of food, or die in nuclear blast from the nations in the death throes of attempting to survive in such a hopeless situation. Which is upon us now. Obama and BP are playing a game of pretending to do something while making the problem worse. They obviously perpetrated this ecological false flag attack on the entire planet. What happens next is up to you, and upon you will be whether the Earth and it's peoples can be saved. Make your choice now whether or not this is allowed to continue.

Oil fumes in downtown mobile alabama

REPUDIATING YOUR DEBTS? BETTER BE READY TO FIGHT OR RUN...
The best defense is to not be where you're listed on your driver's license, debt notes-nothing. Live anon in an apartment or room for cash, use a P.O.box registered to your last address... obviously you move and don't update.
The beast lured our fathers and grandfathers into indebtedness, calling it "credit", making it very hard to get so they erroneously saw being in their debt bondage as having a false value. Then with that false value set in the enemy(what else are they?)gradually eased the availability and terms... not the interest rates of course... until the whole nation was in debt.
And as we went on decades of consumer spending, the enemy used our money to buy up industry, hollowed out our economy and got everyone into tens of thousands of dollars of debt. Now that they've stolen our means of living(from them)they're foreclosing on the country. Jefferson's warning about bankers eventually dispossessing future Americans of their own country has come to pass.
Repudiate the debt. All of it. The enemy has waged war against us, strike back. Article below:

PR Push Against Strategic Defaulters Underway (Is There a Debtors’ Prison in Your Future?)
A good Washington DC contacts told me that a public relations/media push to demonize those who decide to walk away from mortgages they can still afford to pay (aka “strategic defaulters”) is underway. Expect to see a good bit of moral fervor as those who choose to cut their losses are attacked as immoral, irresponsible, and abusive.
There is a wee problem with the “blame the ruthless borrower” narrative. Banks who acted in a similarly ruthless manner have trained their customers to behave the same way. This shift in prevailing attitudes is the logical and inevitable result of financial firm, taking an increasingly predatory posture toward their customers. Borrowers are responding in kind, by taking a cold-blooded and legalistic look at their agreements with lenders.
So now they are going to try to stuff the genie back in the bottle by castigating borrowers who treat their obligations as “just business”, the way banks do. But the problem with this little narrative is that the bank haven’t simply been pig-headed about adherence to their often pig-headed contracts (and before you argue otherwise, go read your full credit card agreement, which at Bank of America runs to 30 pages, or a home equity line of credit agreement, and then we can talk). It’s that even with doing everything possible to skew the playing field in their favor, they still had to be rescue en masse. Having been deadbeats and strategic defaulters of the first order, they continue to manifest their characteristic unmitigated gall via (through proxies and ads) hectoring the public about honorable behavior.
Now it is true that this is in fact a very destructive trend. A calculating, contract-driven mindset eats away at the foundations of commerce. When I was young, it was possible to deal with most clients on a handshake (I’d still write the arrangements up, but it was mainly a device for confirming that we had heard each other correctly). Now pretty much every one I know has very carefully crafted agreements precisely because if things stray outside the bounds initially contemplated, it is much less likely that the party on the other side of the table will try to reach a middle of the ground resolution. It is now the norm that parties to a contract will try to exploit ambiguous or unforeseen situations to their advantage.
Now this is a destructive trend. An erosion of trust leads to much greater contracting and dispute-resolution costs, a de facto tax on all commerce. As I discuss in ECONNED at greater length, it’s prohibitively costly and time consuming to negotiate agreements that contemplate every scenario. It would be far better if the banksters were to lead by example; most consumers would be delighted to deal with an institution that hadn’t forgotten the notion of reciprocity (which is why many consumers are switching to community banks and credit unions). But they no doubt want the average Joe to toe the line while they carry on with their use of complexity and opacity to shift hidden risks and fees on to overmatched customers.
One example comes, in of all places, a Republican motion to recommit (an amendment to a bill when it is on the floor made by the minority party). Now narrowly, one might well agree with the idea behind this amendment (to prevent people who strategically default, which will be difficult to define in any tidy way, from using FHA programs). But look at this section, which is roughly 2/3 of the entire amendment:
Strategic Defaults
A strategic default occurs when a borrower decides to stop paying their mortgage even though they can still afford their payments. It is usually undertaken by those who owe more on their mortgage than their home is currently worth.
The Wall Street Journal has reported on families that have chosen to stop paying their mortgage and instead use the extra money they are saving each month to “buy season tickets to Disneyland…take a Carnival cruise to Mexico…” and go out to dinner more often.
Companies have even sprung up to capitalize on the new trend with websites advising people (for a fee) on how to go about a strategic default. These companies actually advertise that after a few years an individual who chooses to default on their mortgage should be able to buy a home again, including through government loan agencies.
60 Minutes reported on individuals who defend their decision to strategically default saying, “…with the money savings that I will have in four to six years, I’m confident I’ll have money to buy my way into a house if I want to.”
Strategic defaults raise costs for responsible borrowers, many of whom may currently be struggling to make their mortgage payment themselves, but who take their obligations to pay their debts seriously. The MTR would ensure that no one who chooses to simply stop paying their mortgage, even though they can afford to do so, is able to benefit in the future from the government’s FHA program.
But it might be more straightforward to restore debtors’ prison. David Walker of the Peterson Institute seems fond of them:
