SWAT shooting of Guerena ruled 'reasonable and justified'

The SWAT officers who fired more than 70 shots and killed Jose Guerena in his house have been vindicated by the Pima County Attorney's office.(Like they'd prosecute their own death squad!)
"Under the circumstances, and based upon our review of all the available evidence, we have concluded that the use of deadly forces by the SWAT Team members was reasonable and justified under the law. Accordingly, the Pima County Attorney's Office finds no basis to prosecute," according to the ruling on the shooting by Pima County Attorney Barbara LaWall.(Cunt.)
SWAT officers went to Guerena's house May 5 to serve a search warrant. Upon opening the front door, officers fired 71 shots into the house, killing Guerena.(Like a pack of gangstas, MOST of their shots fired missed their target and struck neighboring homes.)
Guerena never fired a shot, and deputies found a rifle with the safety on, according to the Sheriff's Department.(Maybe he nver fired a shot because the rifle was a drop gun?)
Guerena, his wife, Vanessa, and their 4-year-old son were home at the time.(They love to hit whole families and terrorize them).
While LaWall's office did find the deputies were "mistaken" when they said initially that Guerena had fired at them before they shot him, it was determined that they felt they were in danger when he raised his weapon "in their direction."(Yeah, they bust in with automatic weapons, his family had suffered a similar raid by gangsters impersonating cops a year ago-he was within his right but tell a tin badge god that...)
Once the shooting started, an officer fell to the ground.(Idiot shot the wall and it riccocheted) Other officers thought he had been shot and believed they were returning fire.(Guerena should have had a gun for real and shot back).
The findings said the SWAT team also clearly identified themselves before they moved in.(Watch the video that is BULLSHIT)
Two days before the operation detectives gave a briefing that said the Guerena family was suspected of being a well-organized, large scale drug trafficking organization, and that the suspected "muscle" of the organization lived at Guerena's home.(A DOUBLE SHIFT WORKING MINER IN A FUCKING DRUG RING?!)
Have a place to go after your attacked. Preferably a place no one you know knows about and your name is on nothing.

We all knew that this murder would be ruled as justified, long before this fascist liar opened her pie hole with her "ruling".
My questions are, Why have the citizens of Tuscon been so quiet about this murder happening in their midst? Why have they not mobbed up and stormed the Bastille? Why do they allow these murderers roam their streets with impunity?

That's what Americans have-they know the government is the proverbial beast but they cling o so tightly to the delusions spouted by that electronic happy box in everybody's home. The enemy is only too happy to feed those delusions their fellow travelers in the controlled big media feed us as they rob us of our time, money, lives.
To be sure, racism plays a part as well as delusions that because they conform they're part of the system.
