Update on related case of Dyer, JULY4PATRIOT
I have not posted any new updates on these cases for a long while, I post only when allowed to put out info. All of you have been so kind, so helpful, and loyal to our site and its cause as a resource for those wrongfully arrested. I thank you for this.
October 13, 2010 there was to be a trail. Cps has been demanding Dyer sign a doc saying he was guilty, BEFORE his own abuse trial, along with a demand to take CPS abuse classes for two years with his girl friend. This family has been harassed, non stop. Yesterday, there was a trial set, to address these issues.
The judge, never allowed this due process take place. Without seeing Dyers evidence the judge ordered Dyers girlfriend and child leave him and the family may not see this little girl. The judge also said if the trial did take place he would remove the girlfriends child, today, regardless of the evidence.

I sat for 4 hours alone tonight with tears streaming down my face. Doing the best I could to fill M16 magazines, prep body armor, and adjust my gear , barely able to see. During this time there must have
been a thousand questions that ran through my head. The main one. How
can the government take our children without due process? How can they
destroy a family without hearing both sides of a story..... refusing to
hear both sides of a story. Now, you may be wondering how I could have
such strong feelings about the family in NH, but the truth is, this
isn't about them. This is a story about my family.
I had court today against CPS. Was supposed to be a cut and dry case. Here's the back story. I have been charged with rape of a child. Most of you know the background of those charges, some of you may not. The evidence against
me is the allegation itself. That is all. Since they have no other
evidence and are angry that I was found not guilty of my Federal
charges, they have attempted time and time again to goad me into either
admitting guilt or fighting them with violence. They have been
unsuccessful and have now decided to attack my family as a last resort. A
lot of you know that my wife admitted to cheating on me and doing drugs
in 2009 which caused me to file for divorce and attempt to fight for
custody, resulting in her filing false charges on me that were
eventually dropped. Later in 2009, I started a relationship with a woman
that has been a close family friend since 2005. She has a daughter that
is 6 and I have been in her life for 5 of those years. She even calls
me dad and I always think of her as my daughter (I will refer to her as
such in the rest of this story). Those 2 girls are the best thing that's
ever happened to me. She is a patriot and fully awake. Her daughter
asks when mommy and I are getting married so we can be a family. I
explain to her that we ARE a family. Not having a government document
doesn't lessen our familial bond, but again I am proved wrong by that
government.
I try not to cry as I'm thinking about this next sentence. Tonight I got on my knees beside the the bed with my daughter and said the last bedtime prayer that I ever will with her, and kissed her on the
forehead for the last time. She has no idea that tonight was the last
time that shell see me. All I can do now is sit and cry with her mother
as the tyrannical government has now stolen my family from me because of
my refusal to back down or shut up.
The CPS case. Because there were allegations of child sexual abuse made against me, and because I live with a child in my home, CPS stepped in, back in April and told me that I could never be
alone with the child. I gladly cooperated, wanting no trouble from the
agency after the horror stories I have heard. We decided to allow my
daughter to stay with my parents at night (which she adamantly refers to
as her Grandma and Grandpa). CPS came to my home on several occasions
and one time I told them they could not enter my home without some type
of paperwork. The deputy with her said "You don't have a choice" and
opened the door to allow the CPS worker in. I had no way to defend my
home since my 2nd amendment rights have been suspended until 2013. CPS
informed me that they were going to take her daughter if she continued
to allow her to associate with me. I explained to the worker that this
is because of false allegations and I will be found not guilty at my
trial. She sternly informed me that it didn't matter if I was found not
guilty. They didn't have to uphold the same level of evidence as a
criminal court. All they have to have is a belief that harm "may" come
to the child at some time in the future. As far as she and CPS(called
DHS here) were concerned, I was a child molester and even if I get found
not guilty, that changes nothing because once CPS has you down as
having a "history" it doesn't go away. And even if I move to another
state, they will contact the CPS in that state and report that I am a
child molester. Next CPS told us that in order to keep from having court
involvement, all I had to do was to take a sexual predator class where I
would be forced to admit that I am a child molester and go through
therapy to correct the "condition". Well of course being a free American
that can't be forced to give my money to an agency that is corrupt,
forfeit my time to their agenda for something I didn't do, and violate
my 5th amendment rights... I said no. So the CPS and DA file a
"deprived" case against my girlfriend in an attempt to take her daughter
away from us on the following grounds 1.####### has allowed her
daughter to associate with Charles Dyer even after learning of his
propensity to sexually abuse children. 2. ######## has refused to follow
a voluntary service plan. I don't have the paper in front of me, if I
made a mistake, Ill correct it at a later time, but these were the
reasons for taking her from our home. Yet, they were unable to take
emergency action and remove her from the home because there was no
evidence of abuse and the CPS worker had done a 30 minute taped
interview with the child and declared that no abuse, sexual or other had
ever occurred. This brings us to court today.
The court hearing. (Or lack there of). After months of researching Oklahoma state law and family court case laws outlining what they can and CAN NOT take your child for, we showed up this morning
quite positive that we would win this case. Not to mention we showed up
with a video tape of my wife admitting to drug use, adultery, and
willingness to commit perjury to win our custody dispute.... and an
audio tape of the CPS worker saying there was "no eminent threat" to the
child. We were ready to go to war. My girlfriend went into the court
room with our court appointed attorney.(we are broke from fighting my
cases). The attorney placed our case paperwork all over the table and
was ready to fight. The DA called the attorney out of the courtroom. She
came back and informed my girlfriend that the judge was going to rule
that I have no contact with her daughter whatsoever. My GF argued with
the attorney and asked how they could do this without seeing our
evidence and that this wasn't right. The attorney said that she needed
to sign paperwork agreeing not to allow me to see her daughter and she
would take non-offender sex abuse classes/therapy. If she refused and
made the judge do a hearing AT ALL, that he would adjudicate her child
as deprived. (At which time the child can be taken as a ward of the
state.) She argued with her attorney and DA about the situation. That it
was not right or fair that the judge would rule before ever hearing her
evidence. How could the judge not care? That's his job isn't it? After
a lengthy argument, she requested to speak to me in the hallway. Once I
found out about the situation, I was floored with the same questions.
While speaking to the attorney, a man motioned to our attorney to come
to him. He spoke in a low tone to her saying that if her client refused
to sign the agreement, that the child would be adjudicated deprived.
That's all I could hear as I was listening the best I could and they
were standing about 15 feet away. Then he turned to me and said "What
are you looking at? You got a problem with me?" I responded " I didn't
say shit to you. What's YOUR problem?" He then said that I had nothing
to do with this and wasn't going to impact his case and told me that I
needed to stay out of this before my GF loses her child. I was
astonished at the aggressiveness of this man. Only to have my GF later
tell me..... wait for it..... THAT was the judge...... (I will confirm
100% before I post his information and contact number). We
were appalled an confused about what was going on. There is no longer a
presumption of innocents in this country. We knew at this point that the
judge had no care about what we had to say or the peoples rights that
he is charged with protecting. He was bought and paid for by someone
with much more power than we have. My GF agreed to sign the document and
went back into the courtroom. The attorney went to the back with the
judge once again and when she came back, she informed my GF that now he
want the Dyers' completely out of it and they can have no contact with
her daughter (obviously because of the hallway incident). That means
that my mother (nurse) of 68 years of age with a perfect record and my
father (Preacher) of 73years of age with a speeding ticket in the 80's
are no longer allowed to be around a child that they refer to as their
grand child. I thank god I have my parents tonight. If they did not
allow me to live with them, the government would have faced me with a
very easy decision tonight of being homeless until I found a place to
stay or kicking my GF and daughter out on the street. My daughter will
now spend thanksgiving and Christmas without her dad and I will be alone
without my best friend or daughter. Our family was shattered today by
CPS and a corrupt judge, with absolutely no evidence presented and our
rights grievously trampled on.
After thought. My girlfriend has cried almost constantly for the last 11 hours. She looked up at me today with watery eyes and pain in her heart as I embraced her and she asked me "What do we do? How do
we fight against this? How can we keep them from doing this to us?" I
pulled her close to me so she could not see the tears that were welling
up in my eyes, because I knew the only answer I could give her was one
that I couldn't bare for her to hear. One that brings us back to
the beginning of this story. Filling M16 magazines, prepping body armor,
and adjusting my gear. My heart is broken. My will to continue fighting
the legal process with petitions and the use of law, a flickering
flame, all but extinguished by mistreatment, lies, threats, stripping of
rights,multiple false arrests, and continual constitutional violations.
To what length is a normal American expected to continue to use the
legal system? Is it after their rights have been stripped, their homes
invaded, their families destroyed, their children stolen, and the legal
system refuses to even make a simple attempt at defending a persons
rights? Please ask yourself that after you finish reading this. At what
point would you stand up and say no more?

Alert patriots!!!!!!! J4Ps girlfriends daughter was seized by the CPS even after he and his GF
followed their demands that he could not be around her pending his trial
in Jan.The couple even had the girl sent to Tennessee to his sisters
home and gave the sister custody until this mess could be resolved! CPS
seized the girl in Tennessee and at this time that's were J4Ps
Girlfriend, Amanda's Daughter is being held!!!!
We are planning a protest in Duncan Ok at 9:00Am Monday at the courthouse in Duncan!!
All who can come please do!! I will be there along with J4P, Layton, Neo
Patriot and OD Brooks!! We need a good showing to show these corrupt
Traitors that we as people are sick of this behavior from them!!

OCTOBER 7, 1940: THE DAY THAT SHOULD HAVE LIVED IN INFAMY

October 7, 1940: The Day That Should Have Lived in Infamy
On October 7, 1940, exactly fourteen months before the infamous attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, Lieutenant Commander Arthur H. McCollum penned a memorandum, recommending that the United States government provoke the Japanese into attacking America, and thus, allowing America to enter WWII with the American people fully behind the decision. The memorandum is called the McCollum memo, and there is little mention of it in history textbooks.
Over the years there were rumors that "FDR allowed the Pearl Harbor attack to happen" but these were cast aside as crackpot conspiracy theories, backed by zero evidence. But such dismissals didn't work when Robert Stinnett published his book "Day Of Deceit: The Truth About FDR and Pearl Harbor" in 1999. Stinnett, a decorated WWII veteran and author, requested files about the attack, and the events preceding it, through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). He discovered that FDR not only knew about the attack in advance, but that his administration did everything it could to cause a Japanese attack on America. One of the most important pieces of information that Stinnett came across was the McCollum memo, which outlined eight points that the FDR administration could do to instigate a dramatic response by the Japanese without the Congress, or the American people getting too suspicious, like cutting off economic ties with Japan, refusing it oil, establishing relations with Japan's main enemy, China, and other provocations. Stinnett's book is centered on the new historical evidence that he gathered, which is rigorously documented.
He gave an interview to Douglas Cirignano in 2002 about how he came to his conclusion that the FDR administration pushed America into a war that the majority of the American people were dead set against prior to the attack on December 7. The interview is archived at the Independent Institute, and it is called "Do Freedom of Information Act Files Prove FDR Had Foreknowledge of Pearl Harbor?" An excerpt:
Another claim at the heart of the Pearl Harbor surprise-attack lore is that Japan’s ships kept radio silence as they approached Hawaii. That’s absolutely untrue, also?
Stinnett: That is correct. And this was all withheld from Congress, so nobody knew about all this.
Until the Freedom of Information Act.
Stinnett: Yes.
Is this statement true?—If America was intercepting and decoding Japan’s military messages then Washington and FDR knew that Japan was going to attack Pearl Harbor.
Stinnett: Oh, absolutely.
You feel it’s as simple as that?
Stinnett: That is right. And that was their plan. It was their “overt act of war” plan that I talk about in my book that President Roosevelt adopted on October 7, 1940.
You write that in late November 1941 an order was sent out to all US military commanders that stated: “The United States desires that Japan commit the first overt act.” According to Secretary of War Stimson, the order came directly from President Roosevelt. Was FDR’s cabinet on record for supporting this policy of provoking Japan to commit the first overt act of war?
Stinnett: I don’t know that he revealed it to the cabinet. He may have revealed it to Harry Hopkins, his close confidant, but there’s no evidence that anybody in the cabinet knew about this.
I thought you wrote in your book that they did...That some of them were on record for...
Stinnett: Well, some did. Secretary of War Stimson knew, based on his diary, and also probably Frank Knox, the Secretary of Navy knew. But Frank Knox died before the investigation started. So all we have really is Stimson, his diary. And he reveals a lot in there, and I do cite it in my book...You must mean his war cabinet. Yes. Stimson’s diary reveals that nine people in the war cabinet—the military people—knew about the provocation policy.
Even though Roosevelt made contrary statements to the public, didn’t he and his advisors feel that America was eventually going to have to get into the war?
Stinnett: That is right. Well, his statement was, “I won’t send your boys to war unless we are attacked.” So then he engineered this attack—to get us into war really against Germany. But I think that was his only option. I express that in the book.
Who was Lieutenant Commander Arthur McCollum and what was his connection to the Pearl Harbor attack?
Stinnett: He worked for Naval intelligence in Washington. He also was the communications routing officer for President Roosevelt. So all these intercepts would go to Commander McCollum and then he would route them to the President. There’s no question about that. He also was the author of this plan to provoke Japan into attacking us at Pearl Harbor. And he was born and raised in Japan.
McCollum wrote this plan, this memorandum, in October 1940. It was addressed to two of Roosevelt’s closest advisors. In the memo McCollum is expressing that it’s inevitable that Japan and America are going to go to war, and that Nazi Germany’s going to become a threat to America’s security. McCollum is saying that America’s going to have to get into the war. But he also says that public opinion is against that. So, McCollum then suggests eight specific things that America should do to provoke Japan to become more hostile, to attack us, so that the public would be behind a war effort. And because he was born and raised in Japan, he understood the Japanese mentality and how the Japanese would react.
Stinnett: Yes. Exactly.
Has the existence of this memo from Commander McCollum ever been revealed to the public before your book came out?
Stinnett: No, no. I received that as pursuant to my FOIA request on January 1995 from the National Archives. I had no idea it existed.
FDR and his military advisors knew that if McCollum’s eight actions were implemented—things like keeping the Pacific fleet in Pearl Harbor, and crippling Japan’s economy with an embargo—there was no question in their minds that this would cause Japan—whose government was very militant—to attack the United States. Correct?
Stinnett: That is correct, and that is what Commander McCollum said. He said, “If you adopt these policies then Japan will commit an overt act of war.”
Is there any proof that FDR saw McCollum’s memorandum?
Stinnett: There’s no proof that he actually saw the memorandum, but he adopted all eight of the provocations—including where he signed executive orders...And other information in Navy files offers conclusive evidence that he did see it.
The memo is addressed to two of Roosevelt’s top advisors, and you include the document where one of them is agreeing with McCollum’s suggested course of action.
Stinnett: Yes, Dudley Knox, who was his very close associate.
The “splendid arrangement” was a phrase that FDR’s military leaders used to describe America’s situation in the Pacific. Can you explain what the “splendid arrangement” was?
Stinnett: The “splendid arrangement” was the system of twenty-two monitoring stations in the Pacific that were operated by the United States, Britain, and the Dutch. These extended along the west coast of the United States, up to Alaska, then down to Southeast Asia, and into the Central Pacific.
These radio monitoring stations allowed us to intercept and read all of Japan’s messages, right?
Stinnett: Absolutely. We had Japan wired for sound.
You claim that the “splendid arrangement” was so adept that ever since the 1920’s Washington always knew what Japan’s government was doing. So to assert that we didn’t know the Japanese were going to bomb Pearl Harbor would be illogical?
Stinnett: That is correct.
Why was Stinnett able to come up with an accurate and complete picture about the infamous Pearl Harbor attack when all others failed, particularly Congress? Historian H. Arthur Scott Trask explains the reasons in his review of the book called "The Conspiracies of Empire.":
"How did Stinnett manage to uncover the truth when congressional investigations (in both 1945-1946 and 1995) failed to do so? The answer lies in Stinnett’s intelligence, integrity, and unflagging research effort (lasting 17 years), qualities that we know from experience are all too lacking in congressional investigations. But it also lies in a crucial Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by the author in 1983. In that year, Stinnett learned of the existence of the Pacific War communications intelligence files of the United States Navy (a top secret file containing over one million documents relating to U.S. communication intelligence before and during the war). The author’s request was at first denied, but in 1994 the navy decided to declassify the records, or at least most of them. As the Stinnett soon discovered, key intercepts and documents were kept back, some were missing from the records, and other documents had been altered to conceal vital information. However, enough information was released, perhaps inadvertently, to enable Stinnett to piece together the truth."
Nobody in the mainstream media has interviewed Stinnett since the book's publication. In the interview with Cirignano, Stinnett said that besides a few favorable reviews by the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and other newspapers, the media has been silent. The truth about the real origins of America's entry into WWII is effectively censored, as is the truth about 9/11. "Neither ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, or Fox News have carried a word," Stinnett says.
What is the lesson that we can derive from the U.S. government's duplicity in the Pearl Harbor attack? Do we excuse FDR because Hitler died, the Nazis were crushed, freedom was saved, and America was seen as the land of heroes? Some say yes. After all, what if Germany defeated the British, and was on the verge of beating the Soviet Army, what would America do then? Wait like a dead dog, and pray that the Nazis wouldn't cooperate with fascist insiders in America to overthrew its constitutional government, or that Hitler wouldn't invade by sea? Wasn't it smarter to draw America into the European conflict, and use its great resources, and powerful military to destroy a global menace? Sure, 3,000 people had to die, but nothing can be done without a necessary sacrifice.
I don't see the attack that way, but I do understand this point of view, and it is logical in a warped way. But, I ask; what did the American people gain by defeating the Nazis? Millions of suburban homes, and nationwide highways, that's about it. Meanwhile, the U.S. government hired Nazi scientists, established repressive institutions like the CIA, and grew its military into an unstoppable anti-democratic machine - a "military-industrial-congressional-complex," as Eisenhower described it at the end of his presidency.
What did America's victory in WWII really achieve? The American people crushed a global menace in Europe, while helping to create a global menace in their own backyard. And that global menace has overthrown democratically elected countries, killed millions of people, assassinated world leaders (including its own in 1963), committed terrorist acts, and war crimes across the world; all things that a global menace like Nazi Germany would've done, except America's shrewd, elite-owned government did these crimes with a little more grace, behind a democratic facade.
Trask tackled the immoral dimensions and innate hypocrisy in American foreign policy in his review of Stinnett's book:
"Here we have yet another example of Americans making use of the doctrine that the end justifies the means. Americans are quick to deny the ethical legitimacy of this doctrine when it is presented to them as a naked proposition, yet there is no doctrine that they more readily turn to in order to justify morally questionable practices. Do not those who defend the nuclear holocaust of Hiroshima and Nagasaki argue as their first line of defense that it was morally justified because it saved American lives? And can we not expect to hear in the near future from those who can no longer deny the truth, "Roosevelt’s duplicity was justified because it was necessary to stop Hitler." The Christian’s response to this question was articulated by Paul two thousand years ago: "And why not say, ‘Let us do evil that good may come’? – as we are slanderously reported and as some affirm that we say. Their condemnation is just." (Romans 3:8 NKJV).
We owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. Stinnett. Not only has he uncovered the truth behind Pearl Harbor, but in so doing he has exposed one of the greatest cover stories, or con jobs, of all time – American prewar naval intelligence and high command as keystone cop. After sixty years, America’s brave band of revisionist historians have been vindicated, while her servile crop of court historians have been pretty much disgraced."
It is interesting that after seventy years the U.S. empire resorts to the same tricks to get its way in the global arena. Nine years ago, on October 7, 2001, America invaded Afghanistan after the September 11 attacks, another infamous example of government deception about another "surprise attack." This time, though, American leaders didn't just allow the attack to happen in America, they orchestrated it from scratch.
It is in some ways comforting to know that the age of government terror and official deception did not begin on September 11, 2001, because it probably means that we are near the end of an age, whereas December 7, 1941 was only the beginning.
Stinnett's book is important because it is not just another work of history to be put away under the "old news" category, it draws lessons that are relevant for today's world, when America is in the middle of another manufactured war. The book helps reveal the big lie that "American power secures the free world." Once we know that this is not true, and that the American people and the whole world have been lied to by U.S. leaders about America's true history in the last seventy years, then we are more likely to change the current course by the treasonous U.S. government that is pushing the world towards destruction, and global chaos.
When asked by Cirignano about why he thought the book was important for our times, Stinnett answered:
Stinnett: It’s important because it reveals the lengths that some people in the American government will go to deceive the American public, and to keep this vital information—in our land of the First Amendment—from the people. And that’s against everything I believe in.

You write that in late November 1941 an order was sent out to all US military commanders that stated: “The United States desires that Japan commit the first overt act.” According to Secretary of War Stimson, the order came directly from President Roosevelt. Was FDR’s cabinet on record for supporting this policy of provoking Japan to commit the first overt act of war?
Stinnett: I don’t know that he revealed it to the cabinet. He may have revealed it to Harry Hopkins, his close confidant, but there’s no evidence that anybody in the cabinet knew about this.
I thought you wrote in your book that they did...That some of them were on record for...
Stinnett: Well, some did. Secretary of War Stimson knew, based on his diary, and also probably Frank Knox, the Secretary of Navy knew. But Frank Knox died before the investigation started. So all we have really is Stimson, his diary. And he reveals a lot in there, and I do cite it in my book...You must mean his war cabinet. Yes. Stimson’s diary reveals that nine people in the war cabinet—the military people—knew about the provocation policy.
Even though Roosevelt made contrary statements to the public, didn’t he and his advisors feel that America was eventually going to have to get into the war?
Stinnett: That is right. Well, his statement was, “I won’t send your boys to war unless we are attacked.” So then he engineered this attack—to get us into war really against Germany. But I think that was his only option. I express that in the book.
Who was Lieutenant Commander Arthur McCollum and what was his connection to the Pearl Harbor attack?
Stinnett: He worked for Naval intelligence in Washington. He also was the communications routing officer for President Roosevelt. So all these intercepts would go to Commander McCollum and then he would route them to the President. There’s no question about that. He also was the author of this plan to provoke Japan into attacking us at Pearl Harbor. And he was born and raised in Japan.
McCollum wrote this plan, this memorandum, in October 1940. It was addressed to two of Roosevelt’s closest advisors. In the memo McCollum is expressing that it’s inevitable that Japan and America are going to go to war, and that Nazi Germany’s going to become a threat to America’s security. McCollum is saying that America’s going to have to get into the war. But he also says that public opinion is against that. So, McCollum then suggests eight specific things that America should do to provoke Japan to become more hostile, to attack us, so that the public would be behind a war effort. And because he was born and raised in Japan, he understood the Japanese mentality and how the Japanese would react.
Stinnett: Yes. Exactly.
Has the existence of this memo from Commander McCollum ever been revealed to the public before your book came out?
Stinnett: No, no. I received that as pursuant to my FOIA request on January 1995 from the National Archives. I had no idea it existed.
FDR and his military advisors knew that if McCollum’s eight actions were implemented—things like keeping the Pacific fleet in Pearl Harbor, and crippling Japan’s economy with an embargo—there was no question in their minds that this would cause Japan—whose government was very militant—to attack the United States. Correct?
Stinnett: That is correct, and that is what Commander McCollum said. He said, “If you adopt these policies then Japan will commit an overt act of war.”
Is there any proof that FDR saw McCollum’s memorandum?
Stinnett: There’s no proof that he actually saw the memorandum, but he adopted all eight of the provocations—including where he signed executive orders...And other information in Navy files offers conclusive evidence that he did see it.
The memo is addressed to two of Roosevelt’s top advisors, and you include the document where one of them is agreeing with McCollum’s suggested course of action.
Stinnett: Yes, Dudley Knox, who was his very close associate.
The “splendid arrangement” was a phrase that FDR’s military leaders used to describe America’s situation in the Pacific. Can you explain what the “splendid arrangement” was?
Stinnett: The “splendid arrangement” was the system of twenty-two monitoring stations in the Pacific that were operated by the United States, Britain, and the Dutch. These extended along the west coast of the United States, up to Alaska, then down to Southeast Asia, and into the Central Pacific.
These radio monitoring stations allowed us to intercept and read all of Japan’s messages, right?
Stinnett: Absolutely. We had Japan wired for sound.
You claim that the “splendid arrangement” was so adept that ever since the 1920’s Washington always knew what Japan’s government was doing. So to assert that we didn’t know the Japanese were going to bomb Pearl Harbor would be illogical?
Stinnett: That is correct.
Why was Stinnett able to come up with an accurate and complete picture about the infamous Pearl Harbor attack when all others failed, particularly Congress? Historian H. Arthur Scott Trask explains the reasons in his review of the book called "The Conspiracies of Empire.":
"How did Stinnett manage to uncover the truth when congressional investigations (in both 1945-1946 and 1995) failed to do so? The answer lies in Stinnett’s intelligence, integrity, and unflagging research effort (lasting 17 years), qualities that we know from experience are all too lacking in congressional investigations. But it also lies in a crucial Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by the author in 1983. In that year, Stinnett learned of the existence of the Pacific War communications intelligence files of the United States Navy (a top secret file containing over one million documents relating to U.S. communication intelligence before and during the war). The author’s request was at first denied, but in 1994 the navy decided to declassify the records, or at least most of them. As the Stinnett soon discovered, key intercepts and documents were kept back, some were missing from the records, and other documents had been altered to conceal vital information. However, enough information was released, perhaps inadvertently, to enable Stinnett to piece together the truth."
Nobody in the mainstream media has interviewed Stinnett since the book's publication. In the interview with Cirignano, Stinnett said that besides a few favorable reviews by the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and other newspapers, the media has been silent. The truth about the real origins of America's entry into WWII is effectively censored, as is the truth about 9/11. "Neither ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, or Fox News have carried a word," Stinnett says.
What is the lesson that we can derive from the U.S. government's duplicity in the Pearl Harbor attack? Do we excuse FDR because Hitler died, the Nazis were crushed, freedom was saved, and America was seen as the land of heroes? Some say yes. After all, what if Germany defeated the British, and was on the verge of beating the Soviet Army, what would America do then? Wait like a dead dog, and pray that the Nazis wouldn't cooperate with fascist insiders in America to overthrew its constitutional government, or that Hitler wouldn't invade by sea? Wasn't it smarter to draw America into the European conflict, and use its great resources, and powerful military to destroy a global menace? Sure, 3,000 people had to die, but nothing can be done without a necessary sacrifice.
I don't see the attack that way, but I do understand this point of view, and it is logical in a warped way. But, I ask; what did the American people gain by defeating the Nazis? Millions of suburban homes, and nationwide highways, that's about it. Meanwhile, the U.S. government hired Nazi scientists, established repressive institutions like the CIA, and grew its military into an unstoppable anti-democratic machine - a "military-industrial-congressional-complex," as Eisenhower described it at the end of his presidency.
What did America's victory in WWII really achieve? The American people crushed a global menace in Europe, while helping to create a global menace in their own backyard. And that global menace has overthrown democratically elected countries, killed millions of people, assassinated world leaders (including its own in 1963), committed terrorist acts, and war crimes across the world; all things that a global menace like Nazi Germany would've done, except America's shrewd, elite-owned government did these crimes with a little more grace, behind a democratic facade.
Trask tackled the immoral dimensions and innate hypocrisy in American foreign policy in his review of Stinnett's book:
"Here we have yet another example of Americans making use of the doctrine that the end justifies the means. Americans are quick to deny the ethical legitimacy of this doctrine when it is presented to them as a naked proposition, yet there is no doctrine that they more readily turn to in order to justify morally questionable practices. Do not those who defend the nuclear holocaust of Hiroshima and Nagasaki argue as their first line of defense that it was morally justified because it saved American lives? And can we not expect to hear in the near future from those who can no longer deny the truth, "Roosevelt’s duplicity was justified because it was necessary to stop Hitler." The Christian’s response to this question was articulated by Paul two thousand years ago: "And why not say, ‘Let us do evil that good may come’? – as we are slanderously reported and as some affirm that we say. Their condemnation is just." (Romans 3:8 NKJV).
We owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. Stinnett. Not only has he uncovered the truth behind Pearl Harbor, but in so doing he has exposed one of the greatest cover stories, or con jobs, of all time – American prewar naval intelligence and high command as keystone cop. After sixty years, America’s brave band of revisionist historians have been vindicated, while her servile crop of court historians have been pretty much disgraced."
It is interesting that after seventy years the U.S. empire resorts to the same tricks to get its way in the global arena. Nine years ago, on October 7, 2001, America invaded Afghanistan after the September 11 attacks, another infamous example of government deception about another "surprise attack." This time, though, American leaders didn't just allow the attack to happen in America, they orchestrated it from scratch.
It is in some ways comforting to know that the age of government terror and official deception did not begin on September 11, 2001, because it probably means that we are near the end of an age, whereas December 7, 1941 was only the beginning.
Stinnett's book is important because it is not just another work of history to be put away under the "old news" category, it draws lessons that are relevant for today's world, when America is in the middle of another manufactured war. The book helps reveal the big lie that "American power secures the free world." Once we know that this is not true, and that the American people and the whole world have been lied to by U.S. leaders about America's true history in the last seventy years, then we are more likely to change the current course by the treasonous U.S. government that is pushing the world towards destruction, and global chaos.
When asked by Cirignano about why he thought the book was important for our times, Stinnett answered:
Stinnett: It’s important because it reveals the lengths that some people in the American government will go to deceive the American public, and to keep this vital information—in our land of the First Amendment—from the people. And that’s against everything I believe in.

I know that a lot of fans of my writings are expecting another “get in yur bunker and clutch them thar guns and Bibles” type of story but this is, in my humble opinion, a reasonably well thought out picture of America just one to two years from now unless a massive if not tectonic shift in government and the apathy of the citizens occurs within the next ninety days. There will be readers from the lunatic left who will blame the events about to occur in our nation on those evil capitalists and bankers who were unwilling to work with the poor, downtrodden citizens and help them to save their homes, their property, and their standard of living. On the other hand the RINO right will blame excessive government meddling, insensitivity to the needs of the “system” to operate as it was with less regulation, and of course, the current administration for the upcoming disaster.
In reality it is you and I who are responsible for what is about to happen, because we voted for and trusted people into these positions within the economic and political realm to act as responsible caretakers of the power assigned to them, becoming too lazy to engage in oversight, too busy getting “more” in our homes and driveways if not more of a home than to participate and reject the policies and changes which have been inserted into our nation’s economic and political systems over the last eighty years.
Thus the question arises, how does the collapse of the housing system created by a closet Socialist in the person of one Franklin Delano Roosevelt, create the very power vacuum he and his ilk attempted to fill by packing the Supreme Court and creating legislative nightmares of which some still haunt us today? The system as envisioned with shared government oversight and participation within a system of banking and commerce has run full circle as many warned it would during the 1930′s. The insertion of the government as a participant in the marketplace all but guaranteed new standards for home lending on an almost annual basis initially, and an almost quarterly basis in the current era.

To understand where we are going as a society it is not necessary to rehash the goals of this administration nor the leftist elites who have been drifting our society towards a Statist form of government since 1893. The quote from the 1880′s book by Professor Richard Ely’s book An Introduction to Political Economy, Chapter V is still appropriate to this discussion:
“The danger to freedom appears to be a very real one. It is frankly admitted that up to a certain point there is a tendency on the part of government to improve as its functions increase. But would this hold with the indefinite extension of the sphere of government? Let us admit that our livelihood would depend on the efficiency of government all the force and energy which now go into private services would be turned into public channels. But what would happen if, in spite of all precautions, some unscrupulous combination should secure the control of government?”
The entirety of the socialist experiment is summed up in the statement above as I surmised in my piece of May 2009 titled “Blame Wisconsin” where I outlined how the Marxist/Progressive movement evolved from a test tube case environment in Wisconsin into a national ideal under Theodore Roosevelt. Fast forward to FDR, Truman, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, etc. and the evolution of our modern housing finance system should not be shocking nor as disturbing once you pause and reflect on a little history. The plan all along was to insure a universal standard of living for the lower 90% of the population where income distribution was approximately equal and the mercantile class with the cooperation of the banking system and Federal government would insure the economy would function adequately to provide equilibrium of opportunity while providing the mask of capitalism to cover for their exercise of power and oversight.
Fast forward to the era where we are in which began shortly after the Long-Term Capital Management (LTCM) which almost destroyed the financial system due to the Russian debt default in 1998 and has now culminated in the greatest era of financial strife for the U.S. economy since the Great Depression. The danger is this time that there is no safety net other than the threat of hyperinflation from the Federal Reserve and the guarantee that our government (aka, Taxpayers) will undertake any and all actions to preserve the system’s status quo, shaky as that is. Thus to preserve a standard of living being eroded by the very powers entrusted to oversee and manage the economy now lies with the ability or gullibility of the average citizen to accept the ideas about to be presented for the “common good.”
The Average American’s Perilous Addiction To Things
The conversion that evolved with the moral revolution of the 1960′s from a “Greatest Generation” economic model where saving and frugality were usurped by the Baby Boomers consumerism model of owning “stuff” including one or two homes, several cars, televisions, etc., even if the financial means were unavailable at that moment to acquire the goods desired. The economic theory of housing during this evolution included the false impression provided that real estate in the form of a home was an “investment” and that this item should be used not just as a home, but to build a nest egg for the future and if possible use it during the good times to leverage up and acquire more items or investments of any type.
As the past two decades have demonstrated, the average American citizen has become addicted to the art of acquisition, even if they can not afford the items in question by using leverage to spread the payments of months, years, or in the case of a home, decades. The model worked well with modest inflation from the post-Volcker era until the late 1990′s but when LTCM imploded, the managers of America’s and Europe’s financial system realized that the stakes needed to be raised and the accelerated use of credit by the citizenry was a necessity if the bankers were to recover their losses from both the Savings and Loan disaster coupled with the ill advised ventures within the developing world. Hence the creation of new investing instruments for average citizens to participate with plus the evolution of creative financing for real estate purchases or investing were developed. The creation of the first bubble worked beyond their wildest dreams as the tech bubble demonstrated in the late 1990′s, inflating equity markets in many nations to levels that were only dreamed of during that era. The popping of that bubble and the wealth destruction in conjunction with the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 only increased the desperation of the political and financial class, which helped to enhance the evolution of the “ownership society” President Bush envisioned and the bankers salivated over so profits could be as leveraged as much as their balance sheets.
The American citizen’s additional credit card guaranteed by GSE’s like Fannie and Freddie enabled many to take advantage of Greenspan’s new bubble in the last decade and instead of saving to plan for a second or retirement home, the first home was refinanced at a very low rate and the equity extracted to buy “things.” Some of those “things” Americans purchased were courtesy of the belief that this was the ground floor for a real estate boom and you had to get into it now as “real estate always goes up” and this was the time to lock in a mortgage for that budding vacation home, time share, or future retirement home now. I believe that part of the boom was the famous myth propagated by both Realtors and bankers alike was that real estate always goes up in price so you had best get your slice of the American Dream now. This belief fueled speculation not just by professional real estate investors but by middle class citizens who viewed home equity extraction as an excuse to acquire those things their years of hard work had left them “due” and an opportunity to join the upper strata of society without having to work as hard to obtain that distinction. These middle class “investors” figured out the house flipping game at the very end of the bubble, just as they had discovered again the joys of using home equity to purchase stocks and other diverse investments in the 2005-2008 era.
Those beliefs along with the total destruction of housing values and retirements for three generations of Americans co-existing in our society now provides the formula for a national will to accept new ideas to preserve what they believe they have always deserved. Thus one of those dangerous intersections in history is upon us again and the next ninety days will do more to determine the course than any action we have seen since the fateful events of 1859 and 1860.
Preserving the Status Quo With Change
The crisis we face tonight and through the first crisp winter days of the new year will move with dazzling speed and keep historians busy for decades writing about it. The news from Monday was bleak, between the crisis of the “robo-signers” in the processing of foreclosures at the various major institutions to the continuing deterioration of home purchases as report after report is issued by the government and the National Association of Realtors. The most disturbing report was from Amherst Securities, LLC in an article on DNSNews.com October 4th ( Amherst: One of Five Borrowers Could Lose Their Homes ) where they postulate:
If governmental policy on foreclosure prevention does not change, 11.5 million borrowers are in danger of losing their homes, according to the analysts at Amherst Securities Group LP.
The staggering figure put forth by the mortgage investment brokerage equates to one out of every five borrowers – an astronomical 20 percent default rate that Amherst says “politically cannot happen.”
1 in 5 gang, let that sink in. If you think that a change in policy will not occur to stop such an event, you, the reader are on crack. The United States government for all of its flaws, devious or not, is not ignorant nor are the political and banking elites of whom we have given charge to manage the economy. The first course of action that will be undertaken has already been rumored with the idea that spread like wildfire throughout the financial system today of a ninety day mortgage moratorium would be imposed by the Federal Government to allow the system to clean up the mess created by the back log of fraudulent and erroneous paper trails. Unfortunately for the government, this does nothing but forestall the day of reckoning as the loss of valuation for many of the distressed homeowners speculated on in the Amherst report above is so grave that even if the homeowners wore able to work out a “sponsored” refinancing program, they would not have any equity for twenty years if housing prices resumed their normal pace of price appreciation.
This means that more creative solutions will have to be engaged in and that is the danger I foresee in our immediate future. Thus “change” to preserve the status quo or to prevent millions more citizens from losing their homes and accompanying crashing of a large portion of the financial system will be the order of the day. What does that sort of action entail beyond the prior solutions postulated like forced forbearance, government loan modifications, or worse?
The “Or Worse” Solutions to Repair the Housing Crisis and Start of Our National Nightmare
Everything in this section is pure speculation on my part as the author, but when you look at some of the proposals of this administration and the financial community it is not that far fetched. The bottom line is that the American system used to finance and purchase homes is irrevocably broken. The blame can be spread to both political parties, the Wall Street Ponzi game, and the irresponsible behavior of the banking community which was initiated under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and culminated with the then CEO of Goldman Sachs, one Hank Paulson the U.S. Treasury Secretary to be, persuading the government to release the limitations on leverage which allowed the mortgage and debt securitization industry to explode in less than two years. This expansion of the credit bubble did not lift all ships equally so the Congress stuck its nose under the tent and accelerated the reduction in standards which allowed totally unqualified buyers to purchase homes who now in turn are abandoning them or part of the problem by the millions.
Thus the solutions become quite obvious and palatable to the members of the financial community because their losses will be minimized if not eliminated and the future liabilities the responsibility of others. The first proposal I look for is a massive expansion of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac system under the auspices of a Republican House with strong support from the banking system and the administration to either merge the agencies and create a super housing authority or new GSE (Government Sponsored Enterprise). Within this newly chartered instrument, the government will buy upwards of ninety-five percent of all mortgages, securitized or not, on the market at no less than ninety cents on the dollar plus assume the role for one hundred percent of origination for all mortgages under $750,000 nationally. This would still leave the banking system with the “appearance” of having some private role in the mortgage origination business, while in reality less than 2% of all mortgages created would be their responsibility and they would have the ability to manage the qualifications as they used to, on a case by base basis with strict fiduciary oversight.
Once this super GSE is in place, the mortgages for all delinquent homeowners could be purchased using the power of the taxpayer and the process of selective forbearance begun. This is not only a process which relieves the banking system of the stress of mortgage servicing (unless they wish to act as a contractor to the government, which they would have to initially as the system is created) and the torrid pace of default, but installs a program where jobs are created for former employees who specialize in mortgage finance and accounting, this time though as a government employee. The process of forbearance would be relatively straightforward and the homeowner would be forced into an obligation of thirty to sixty years refinancing based on income, age, and geographical criteria. If the homeowner declines the terms, the government would foreclose then seize the property in question and using a newly expanded Internal Revenue Service have the ability to collect deficiency payments for upwards of a decade to recoup some of their lost investment. This might sound insane but this is the type of radical solution you should be looking for as the alternative is worse than the collapse of late 2008.
That is only the precursor of our national nightmare however.
Imagine a world where you must report to a government official in a bank or other financial institution, maybe even a government office building to apply for a mortgage. Think about the new “green” wave of regulatory bureaucracy plus OSHA style ergonomic designs which will be instituted to “protect” the government’s investment in you the homeowner. For example if a husband and wife of eight years with two children walked into a home that they felt they could afford, the government regulatory regime could determine that this particular home is not ergonomically friendly enough for their children and the transportation costs in carbon would be excessive as the husband and/or wife would live too far from their place of employment. Sound insane? Review the stories emanating from the Mother Country of Jolly Old England regarding absurd regulations and government meddling in their citizen’s daily affairs.
Take this one example then consider the consequences of Kelo v. City of New London decision which could force a homeowner who are current with their payments out of their homes as the Federal Government owns all of the properties within a subdivision and their presence disrupts the ideal of economic diversity because they did not need nor want a government mortgage and their inhabiting of that property could make the new residents feel inferior, thus causing emotional distress. Or worse, if the one homeowner refuses to sell to a potential government sponsored buyer because the seller feels the price is inferior to market conditions the government could force the price to meet the standards of the bureaucratically established level of financing to match the price or use eminent domain to seize the property at the price level some beanie head feels is “just” for the GSE to pay.
This goes far beyond the concepts of financing, buying, and selling homes however. The entire real estate industry will end up subservient to a government master in Washington, D.C. Want to build a new subdivision? Better submit the homes to a standardized review to the Department of Housing Development team. Want to modify your GSE financed home by building a tool shed in the back? Fill out GSE form 4417-E/109.1367 available at your local bank’s GSE department or Federal office building and pray they approve it before the apocalypse. Want to sell to the family that wants to pay cash for the home instead of waiting for the minority who has the fifty year mortgage financing that is offering you 4% less? Nope, that would be discrimination and you no longer have control over property which technically belongs to the people.
See where this is leading?
Once the bankers and government elect to divert full control of the residential real estate market, or at least a majority of it, to Federal control, all private property rights cease in the United States. Want to grow a garden? Apply at the appropriate Federal agencies like the Department of Agriculture. Want to add a pool or a patio? Better hope the EPA carbon impact study doesn’t prevent that from happening. The U.S. will not only have legal physical control of your property outside of the home, but the inside where smart electrical grid systems will become mandatory, ten ounce water conserving slow flush toilets, twenty second showers, and those stupid General Electric Chi-Com manufactured mercury loaded curly bulbs being the only ones permitted. You will comply or the government will penalize you for abusing their home and regulations.
The final straw will expand control into the areas of landlord and property management which shall be regulated via the government buying up those property’s loans and lastly small scale commercial real estate enterprises as the community banking system will implode without direct government intervention and soon. In the end this probably leaves less than twenty percent of all domestic real estate concerns either invested in or owned outright by private entities. With the preservation of the banking system, pension funds invested in REITs, plus the potential “Municide” or collapse of the municipal bond system (as I’ve been warning about since 2008) as a result of the housing collapse, there is little doubt in my mind that this devious yet effective plan to usurp private property rights will be sold as the only solution to the banking and housing crisis without allowing the entire economy to fail and reset. This new initiative will be reinforced with a bailout of the municipal bond system and states which are teetering on default so as to sell support for the program proposed and both political parties will be involved in the process to give it that “bi-partisan” appearance. Knowing the average American’s desire to obtain and keep “things” including their future retirement or home be it ten months or ten years out, look for the political and financial elites to act in a Machiavellian manner which leaves those freedoms God gave us and our Founding Fathers codified as a distant memory to those of us pining for the good old days.

How the Housing Crisis Will End the U.S.A. as We Know It

I know that a lot of fans of my writings are expecting another “get in yur bunker and clutch them thar guns and Bibles” type of story but this is, in my humble opinion, a reasonably well thought out picture of America just one to two years from now unless a massive if not tectonic shift in government and the apathy of the citizens occurs within the next ninety days. There will be readers from the lunatic left who will blame the events about to occur in our nation on those evil capitalists and bankers who were unwilling to work with the poor, downtrodden citizens and help them to save their homes, their property, and their standard of living. On the other hand the RINO right will blame excessive government meddling, insensitivity to the needs of the “system” to operate as it was with less regulation, and of course, the current administration for the upcoming disaster.
In reality it is you and I who are responsible for what is about to happen, because we voted for and trusted people into these positions within the economic and political realm to act as responsible caretakers of the power assigned to them, becoming too lazy to engage in oversight, too busy getting “more” in our homes and driveways if not more of a home than to participate and reject the policies and changes which have been inserted into our nation’s economic and political systems over the last eighty years.
Thus the question arises, how does the collapse of the housing system created by a closet Socialist in the person of one Franklin Delano Roosevelt, create the very power vacuum he and his ilk attempted to fill by packing the Supreme Court and creating legislative nightmares of which some still haunt us today? The system as envisioned with shared government oversight and participation within a system of banking and commerce has run full circle as many warned it would during the 1930′s. The insertion of the government as a participant in the marketplace all but guaranteed new standards for home lending on an almost annual basis initially, and an almost quarterly basis in the current era.

To understand where we are going as a society it is not necessary to rehash the goals of this administration nor the leftist elites who have been drifting our society towards a Statist form of government since 1893. The quote from the 1880′s book by Professor Richard Ely’s book An Introduction to Political Economy, Chapter V is still appropriate to this discussion:
“The danger to freedom appears to be a very real one. It is frankly admitted that up to a certain point there is a tendency on the part of government to improve as its functions increase. But would this hold with the indefinite extension of the sphere of government? Let us admit that our livelihood would depend on the efficiency of government all the force and energy which now go into private services would be turned into public channels. But what would happen if, in spite of all precautions, some unscrupulous combination should secure the control of government?”
The entirety of the socialist experiment is summed up in the statement above as I surmised in my piece of May 2009 titled “Blame Wisconsin” where I outlined how the Marxist/Progressive movement evolved from a test tube case environment in Wisconsin into a national ideal under Theodore Roosevelt. Fast forward to FDR, Truman, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, etc. and the evolution of our modern housing finance system should not be shocking nor as disturbing once you pause and reflect on a little history. The plan all along was to insure a universal standard of living for the lower 90% of the population where income distribution was approximately equal and the mercantile class with the cooperation of the banking system and Federal government would insure the economy would function adequately to provide equilibrium of opportunity while providing the mask of capitalism to cover for their exercise of power and oversight.
Fast forward to the era where we are in which began shortly after the Long-Term Capital Management (LTCM) which almost destroyed the financial system due to the Russian debt default in 1998 and has now culminated in the greatest era of financial strife for the U.S. economy since the Great Depression. The danger is this time that there is no safety net other than the threat of hyperinflation from the Federal Reserve and the guarantee that our government (aka, Taxpayers) will undertake any and all actions to preserve the system’s status quo, shaky as that is. Thus to preserve a standard of living being eroded by the very powers entrusted to oversee and manage the economy now lies with the ability or gullibility of the average citizen to accept the ideas about to be presented for the “common good.”
The Average American’s Perilous Addiction To Things
The conversion that evolved with the moral revolution of the 1960′s from a “Greatest Generation” economic model where saving and frugality were usurped by the Baby Boomers consumerism model of owning “stuff” including one or two homes, several cars, televisions, etc., even if the financial means were unavailable at that moment to acquire the goods desired. The economic theory of housing during this evolution included the false impression provided that real estate in the form of a home was an “investment” and that this item should be used not just as a home, but to build a nest egg for the future and if possible use it during the good times to leverage up and acquire more items or investments of any type.
As the past two decades have demonstrated, the average American citizen has become addicted to the art of acquisition, even if they can not afford the items in question by using leverage to spread the payments of months, years, or in the case of a home, decades. The model worked well with modest inflation from the post-Volcker era until the late 1990′s but when LTCM imploded, the managers of America’s and Europe’s financial system realized that the stakes needed to be raised and the accelerated use of credit by the citizenry was a necessity if the bankers were to recover their losses from both the Savings and Loan disaster coupled with the ill advised ventures within the developing world. Hence the creation of new investing instruments for average citizens to participate with plus the evolution of creative financing for real estate purchases or investing were developed. The creation of the first bubble worked beyond their wildest dreams as the tech bubble demonstrated in the late 1990′s, inflating equity markets in many nations to levels that were only dreamed of during that era. The popping of that bubble and the wealth destruction in conjunction with the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 only increased the desperation of the political and financial class, which helped to enhance the evolution of the “ownership society” President Bush envisioned and the bankers salivated over so profits could be as leveraged as much as their balance sheets.
The American citizen’s additional credit card guaranteed by GSE’s like Fannie and Freddie enabled many to take advantage of Greenspan’s new bubble in the last decade and instead of saving to plan for a second or retirement home, the first home was refinanced at a very low rate and the equity extracted to buy “things.” Some of those “things” Americans purchased were courtesy of the belief that this was the ground floor for a real estate boom and you had to get into it now as “real estate always goes up” and this was the time to lock in a mortgage for that budding vacation home, time share, or future retirement home now. I believe that part of the boom was the famous myth propagated by both Realtors and bankers alike was that real estate always goes up in price so you had best get your slice of the American Dream now. This belief fueled speculation not just by professional real estate investors but by middle class citizens who viewed home equity extraction as an excuse to acquire those things their years of hard work had left them “due” and an opportunity to join the upper strata of society without having to work as hard to obtain that distinction. These middle class “investors” figured out the house flipping game at the very end of the bubble, just as they had discovered again the joys of using home equity to purchase stocks and other diverse investments in the 2005-2008 era.
Those beliefs along with the total destruction of housing values and retirements for three generations of Americans co-existing in our society now provides the formula for a national will to accept new ideas to preserve what they believe they have always deserved. Thus one of those dangerous intersections in history is upon us again and the next ninety days will do more to determine the course than any action we have seen since the fateful events of 1859 and 1860.
Preserving the Status Quo With Change
The crisis we face tonight and through the first crisp winter days of the new year will move with dazzling speed and keep historians busy for decades writing about it. The news from Monday was bleak, between the crisis of the “robo-signers” in the processing of foreclosures at the various major institutions to the continuing deterioration of home purchases as report after report is issued by the government and the National Association of Realtors. The most disturbing report was from Amherst Securities, LLC in an article on DNSNews.com October 4th ( Amherst: One of Five Borrowers Could Lose Their Homes ) where they postulate:
If governmental policy on foreclosure prevention does not change, 11.5 million borrowers are in danger of losing their homes, according to the analysts at Amherst Securities Group LP.
The staggering figure put forth by the mortgage investment brokerage equates to one out of every five borrowers – an astronomical 20 percent default rate that Amherst says “politically cannot happen.”
1 in 5 gang, let that sink in. If you think that a change in policy will not occur to stop such an event, you, the reader are on crack. The United States government for all of its flaws, devious or not, is not ignorant nor are the political and banking elites of whom we have given charge to manage the economy. The first course of action that will be undertaken has already been rumored with the idea that spread like wildfire throughout the financial system today of a ninety day mortgage moratorium would be imposed by the Federal Government to allow the system to clean up the mess created by the back log of fraudulent and erroneous paper trails. Unfortunately for the government, this does nothing but forestall the day of reckoning as the loss of valuation for many of the distressed homeowners speculated on in the Amherst report above is so grave that even if the homeowners wore able to work out a “sponsored” refinancing program, they would not have any equity for twenty years if housing prices resumed their normal pace of price appreciation.
This means that more creative solutions will have to be engaged in and that is the danger I foresee in our immediate future. Thus “change” to preserve the status quo or to prevent millions more citizens from losing their homes and accompanying crashing of a large portion of the financial system will be the order of the day. What does that sort of action entail beyond the prior solutions postulated like forced forbearance, government loan modifications, or worse?
The “Or Worse” Solutions to Repair the Housing Crisis and Start of Our National Nightmare
Everything in this section is pure speculation on my part as the author, but when you look at some of the proposals of this administration and the financial community it is not that far fetched. The bottom line is that the American system used to finance and purchase homes is irrevocably broken. The blame can be spread to both political parties, the Wall Street Ponzi game, and the irresponsible behavior of the banking community which was initiated under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and culminated with the then CEO of Goldman Sachs, one Hank Paulson the U.S. Treasury Secretary to be, persuading the government to release the limitations on leverage which allowed the mortgage and debt securitization industry to explode in less than two years. This expansion of the credit bubble did not lift all ships equally so the Congress stuck its nose under the tent and accelerated the reduction in standards which allowed totally unqualified buyers to purchase homes who now in turn are abandoning them or part of the problem by the millions.
Thus the solutions become quite obvious and palatable to the members of the financial community because their losses will be minimized if not eliminated and the future liabilities the responsibility of others. The first proposal I look for is a massive expansion of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac system under the auspices of a Republican House with strong support from the banking system and the administration to either merge the agencies and create a super housing authority or new GSE (Government Sponsored Enterprise). Within this newly chartered instrument, the government will buy upwards of ninety-five percent of all mortgages, securitized or not, on the market at no less than ninety cents on the dollar plus assume the role for one hundred percent of origination for all mortgages under $750,000 nationally. This would still leave the banking system with the “appearance” of having some private role in the mortgage origination business, while in reality less than 2% of all mortgages created would be their responsibility and they would have the ability to manage the qualifications as they used to, on a case by base basis with strict fiduciary oversight.
Once this super GSE is in place, the mortgages for all delinquent homeowners could be purchased using the power of the taxpayer and the process of selective forbearance begun. This is not only a process which relieves the banking system of the stress of mortgage servicing (unless they wish to act as a contractor to the government, which they would have to initially as the system is created) and the torrid pace of default, but installs a program where jobs are created for former employees who specialize in mortgage finance and accounting, this time though as a government employee. The process of forbearance would be relatively straightforward and the homeowner would be forced into an obligation of thirty to sixty years refinancing based on income, age, and geographical criteria. If the homeowner declines the terms, the government would foreclose then seize the property in question and using a newly expanded Internal Revenue Service have the ability to collect deficiency payments for upwards of a decade to recoup some of their lost investment. This might sound insane but this is the type of radical solution you should be looking for as the alternative is worse than the collapse of late 2008.
That is only the precursor of our national nightmare however.
Imagine a world where you must report to a government official in a bank or other financial institution, maybe even a government office building to apply for a mortgage. Think about the new “green” wave of regulatory bureaucracy plus OSHA style ergonomic designs which will be instituted to “protect” the government’s investment in you the homeowner. For example if a husband and wife of eight years with two children walked into a home that they felt they could afford, the government regulatory regime could determine that this particular home is not ergonomically friendly enough for their children and the transportation costs in carbon would be excessive as the husband and/or wife would live too far from their place of employment. Sound insane? Review the stories emanating from the Mother Country of Jolly Old England regarding absurd regulations and government meddling in their citizen’s daily affairs.
Take this one example then consider the consequences of Kelo v. City of New London decision which could force a homeowner who are current with their payments out of their homes as the Federal Government owns all of the properties within a subdivision and their presence disrupts the ideal of economic diversity because they did not need nor want a government mortgage and their inhabiting of that property could make the new residents feel inferior, thus causing emotional distress. Or worse, if the one homeowner refuses to sell to a potential government sponsored buyer because the seller feels the price is inferior to market conditions the government could force the price to meet the standards of the bureaucratically established level of financing to match the price or use eminent domain to seize the property at the price level some beanie head feels is “just” for the GSE to pay.
This goes far beyond the concepts of financing, buying, and selling homes however. The entire real estate industry will end up subservient to a government master in Washington, D.C. Want to build a new subdivision? Better submit the homes to a standardized review to the Department of Housing Development team. Want to modify your GSE financed home by building a tool shed in the back? Fill out GSE form 4417-E/109.1367 available at your local bank’s GSE department or Federal office building and pray they approve it before the apocalypse. Want to sell to the family that wants to pay cash for the home instead of waiting for the minority who has the fifty year mortgage financing that is offering you 4% less? Nope, that would be discrimination and you no longer have control over property which technically belongs to the people.
See where this is leading?
Once the bankers and government elect to divert full control of the residential real estate market, or at least a majority of it, to Federal control, all private property rights cease in the United States. Want to grow a garden? Apply at the appropriate Federal agencies like the Department of Agriculture. Want to add a pool or a patio? Better hope the EPA carbon impact study doesn’t prevent that from happening. The U.S. will not only have legal physical control of your property outside of the home, but the inside where smart electrical grid systems will become mandatory, ten ounce water conserving slow flush toilets, twenty second showers, and those stupid General Electric Chi-Com manufactured mercury loaded curly bulbs being the only ones permitted. You will comply or the government will penalize you for abusing their home and regulations.
The final straw will expand control into the areas of landlord and property management which shall be regulated via the government buying up those property’s loans and lastly small scale commercial real estate enterprises as the community banking system will implode without direct government intervention and soon. In the end this probably leaves less than twenty percent of all domestic real estate concerns either invested in or owned outright by private entities. With the preservation of the banking system, pension funds invested in REITs, plus the potential “Municide” or collapse of the municipal bond system (as I’ve been warning about since 2008) as a result of the housing collapse, there is little doubt in my mind that this devious yet effective plan to usurp private property rights will be sold as the only solution to the banking and housing crisis without allowing the entire economy to fail and reset. This new initiative will be reinforced with a bailout of the municipal bond system and states which are teetering on default so as to sell support for the program proposed and both political parties will be involved in the process to give it that “bi-partisan” appearance. Knowing the average American’s desire to obtain and keep “things” including their future retirement or home be it ten months or ten years out, look for the political and financial elites to act in a Machiavellian manner which leaves those freedoms God gave us and our Founding Fathers codified as a distant memory to those of us pining for the good old days.

So I finally got around to joining the Tea Party-Tea Party Patriots to be precise: www.teapartypatriots.org and I am glad. Tea Party Patriots is the most decentralized, the most proactive, filled with real Americans who are their own leaders, who know how to say NO, who want genuine change. Of course I had to sign up…
Genuine change; actually going in and scrapping lawyer-made anti-freedom laws, rules, regulations, downsizing the beast, repatriating the CAFR investments(1), bringing the troops home from guarding the oil pipelines and poppy fields(2). Cut the beast down to size and much the economic and political burden will be removed from the American People. Bring the Gulf of Mexico destroying megacorporations(3) and traitor-run media conglomerates under heel will be a formality-THEN you will see an American renaissance…
…Well, if the national Tea Party campaigns work and Washingon’s cleaned up there’s still the state offices to clean up-tens of thousands of petty tyrants brought up under the most corrupt political system on Earth. All of them will do what they must to hold onto power and save a military coup they will retain their offices and power.
Do you know where the real power lies? The real power over our daily lives, the power we have to contend with on a daily basis? Local government: it’s your local government who:
*Imposes property taxes “for the children”; miss a payment to your landlord they take the home you’ve worked your whole life for, sell it at a tax foreclosure auction for a fraction of its value.
*Deny your Right to Bear Arms in defense of self, family, community.
*Deny your Free Speech, requiring their permit. If you’re a Tea Partier then maybe you won’t even get that permit.
*Has armed men pretty much immune from prosecution ambush you on public roads for driving a few miles over the speed limit, or for some rust on your car if you’re in Pennsylvania, or whatever else they can get away with calling a “code infraction”.
All that is but the tip of the iceberg; local politicians, their cronies and their local rich patrons sew up the contracts for themselves, do their best to monopolize the economic flow in their communities through them.
If you have a problem you can talk to their code enforcers. Not peace officers or even cops-code enforcers. They write the codes. They will get you and yours one way or another and if you’re in the way well, maybe you’ll get pulled over for speeding or weaving, maybe they’ll smell alcohol on you or just plant drugs they copped from the street dealer padding their retirement fund. Same dealer that might’ve gotten someone you known hooked on crack or meth or heroin. Maybe got someone hooked on drugs that you once loved.
Worse, these local oath traitors are allowed to do all the above in exchange for advancing the agendas of others. Look up “agenda 21”(4) and if it crops up in your local government it means your local gangsters are subcontractors of far more evil people both in public office who want to take more from you and those Marxists in academia who want to continue a generations-long campaign of subverting the Land of the Free into the next Communist Paradise.
I mean, Obama’s president and he was brought up by communists, mentored by arch American communist Bill Ayers-leader of the 60’s Weather Underground terrorist organization… who turned from bombings to penetrating and taking over academia so as to churn out generations… of the same traitors who run your local, state, national governments(5). These traitors are backed by think tanks like the Ford Foundation, Rand, Carnegie Institute, Council on Foreign Relations. You should read what they write in their journals like Foreign Affairs, the Financial Times, you’d understand what they’re about. They in turn are funded by the ultra rich-monopoly men whose inbred psychotic families want absolute power, utter domination-as long as you breathe you are competition.. no, that’s not accurate; as long as you and I breathe we’re slated for extermination because they want the whole damn planet for themselves. At any rate, it is ultimately their agenda for the gradual breakdown of Our America that has brought us to this perilous state of affairs.
That’s pretty much the extant of the problem.
It is systemic. Therefore we must have systemic solutions. That means sweeping the entire government clean from top to bottom. Which means having local victories as well as state and national victories, yet there isn’t much glamour in winning local election… yet that’s where most of this country’s tyranny eminates from-had any pleasant experiences with your local city hall lately? Ever? What’s that enemy catch phrase? “Think Globally, act Locally?” Do likewise. (6)
Fight the enemy where they’re weakest-all these local elections only attract a few percentage points of voters, total. Believe it or not you have a model by which to achieve this: the GIs of Athens TN in 1946. Oath Keepers all they came back to a classic Boss Hogg political machine that made its money off rousting these heroes after they came home fighting Hitler and Tojo. Not having their treasonous criminal activity under color of law, the GIs formed a campaign ticket for EVERY OFFICE. They wanted to sweep THEIR government clean of those deluded criminals who thought themselves massah. They had to as they were over the top… about as bad as about every town in America today.
So they put together their campaign ticket, got their family and friends involved, held meetings, made speeches. And on election day, August 2, 1946, they won… after some notorious troubles the Cantrell political machine caused but being GIs they outmatched those thugs with revolvers. (7)
So, full campaign tickets to sweep local governments clean. Has to be that way-not single office seekers who even if they won would be all but useless with the rest of the gov. filled with crooks and traitors. Talk to people where they’re coming from not from where you’re coming from. You got where you’re at because at some point you had an epiphany about how our country really is, and you chose the proverbial red pill. A lot of people haven’t had enough in the way of political observation nor experience at the hands of the beast to that critical level you or I have, so you have to start with that little push to have that epiphany. Provided they take that proverbial red pill you can go from there-or get called a f*cking a**hole but them’s the breaks.(8)
And we of the Tea Party need a demonstrator model; a town where we can cash in all the CAFR funds long siphoned off and invest in slashing taxes and giving out most generous grants to local citizens… who arent’ the local Boss Hoggs… Americans really don’t have a clue by and large just how enslaved they are. Most really don’t. And to gain their vote, their support we need to show them just what Freedom really is.
So do you know what would help? Support from the state and national Tea Party candidates. If for nothing else to let the prospective voter know that the slate of Tea Party candidates they’re being asked to vote for aren’t alone in their assessment of the critical condition of our nation.
Reciprocity; we support a state or national candidate they must campaign locally for those Tea Party candidates seeking local office. Support from their campaign offices would go a long way toward alleviating the resource and experience shortfalls local candidates face against entrenched opposition… entrenched CORRUPT opposition-it’s not beyond a lot of them to plant drugs in your campaign office then have a snitch report said drugs for a SWAT raid.
So, reciprocity-the local candidates add the state and federal candidates into their campaign, just like the two headed national party we know as the Democrats and Republicans. They of course rely on the local level 1.)your apathy and despair, and 2.)contributions from their rich patrons. Well, it’s the same at the state and national level as well-but the beast is vulnerable at the local level! I’m telling you; if the Tea Party can concentrate their manpower and resources on a handful of towns with a particularly unctuous pack of criminals running it, defeat them in election, institute reforms and report the results far and wide the whole nation could be ours in but a few election cycles.
We of the Tea Party have arisen because of the repeated broken promises, the betrayals of those who promised reform, who promised to stop the deliberate destruction of our nation. It does us no good to hold those we raise up… or who at least claim Tea Party… to higher standards than we have the likes of Reagan, Gingrich, et al.
Reciprocity: these Tea Party celebrity candidates want to truly be part of the Second American Revolution they have to play ball and actively support genuine local candidates and build the Tea Party into the people-led political machine it has to be in order to win the political front of this Second American Revolution. We can and must do better from our national candidates.
If you don’t demand reciprocity from your national and state Tea Party candidates the local front will be lost before it starts. Without a grass roots base the state and national Tea Party efforts will be at the mercy of the same traitors with too much money that have penetrated every hierarchy based organization corrupted every candidate and chairman. We who have been in this struggle have seen it all before and seeing it repeat in certain organizations who rely too much on a few people giving orders, on celebrity candidates artificially raised to be the proverbial heroines on white horses.
Therefore, those that wave the Tea Party banner at the state and national level, they have to give support and guidance(the kind that wins elections)to local candidates. We cannot be the force necessary to win the Second American Revolution peacefully if we continue to permit ourselves to be hustled by well trained puppets who deliberately ignore the need for coat tails.
You remember that old political term? Coat tails are the lower level candidates that an office seeker going for higher office gets elected, and so far between Ron Paul and truthfully the current crop of Tea Party candidates and wannabes-no it’s not happening. Coat tails are how political machines are built and maintained. Coat tails will give the American People a real choice-continued slavery or a shot at true Freedom. Coat tails mean active support for local campaigns; providing advertising, logistical support, people on the phone, banners and advertising produced and speeches leveling the plain truth at the People. Because the American People have been lied and lulled and hypnotized to the point of national destruction.
Of course there’s one other requirement of reciprocity: respect. That means not imposing upon local Tea Party campaigns… not ideological baggage, nor any incompetent guidance. Certainly not anyone out to sabotage the campaign and the movement in general but it should be obvious that anyone who reveals themselves to be a traitor needs to be kicked to the curb. Hard. No elitists masquerading as populists either, we’ve had more than enough of two-faced career politicians! We have got to do better or we can either pick up the rifle or pack it in.

What the Tea Party needs from its candidates if the country is to be taken back peacefully.

So I finally got around to joining the Tea Party-Tea Party Patriots to be precise: www.teapartypatriots.org and I am glad. Tea Party Patriots is the most decentralized, the most proactive, filled with real Americans who are their own leaders, who know how to say NO, who want genuine change. Of course I had to sign up…
Genuine change; actually going in and scrapping lawyer-made anti-freedom laws, rules, regulations, downsizing the beast, repatriating the CAFR investments(1), bringing the troops home from guarding the oil pipelines and poppy fields(2). Cut the beast down to size and much the economic and political burden will be removed from the American People. Bring the Gulf of Mexico destroying megacorporations(3) and traitor-run media conglomerates under heel will be a formality-THEN you will see an American renaissance…
…Well, if the national Tea Party campaigns work and Washingon’s cleaned up there’s still the state offices to clean up-tens of thousands of petty tyrants brought up under the most corrupt political system on Earth. All of them will do what they must to hold onto power and save a military coup they will retain their offices and power.
Do you know where the real power lies? The real power over our daily lives, the power we have to contend with on a daily basis? Local government: it’s your local government who:
*Imposes property taxes “for the children”; miss a payment to your landlord they take the home you’ve worked your whole life for, sell it at a tax foreclosure auction for a fraction of its value.
*Deny your Right to Bear Arms in defense of self, family, community.
*Deny your Free Speech, requiring their permit. If you’re a Tea Partier then maybe you won’t even get that permit.
*Has armed men pretty much immune from prosecution ambush you on public roads for driving a few miles over the speed limit, or for some rust on your car if you’re in Pennsylvania, or whatever else they can get away with calling a “code infraction”.
All that is but the tip of the iceberg; local politicians, their cronies and their local rich patrons sew up the contracts for themselves, do their best to monopolize the economic flow in their communities through them.
If you have a problem you can talk to their code enforcers. Not peace officers or even cops-code enforcers. They write the codes. They will get you and yours one way or another and if you’re in the way well, maybe you’ll get pulled over for speeding or weaving, maybe they’ll smell alcohol on you or just plant drugs they copped from the street dealer padding their retirement fund. Same dealer that might’ve gotten someone you known hooked on crack or meth or heroin. Maybe got someone hooked on drugs that you once loved.
Worse, these local oath traitors are allowed to do all the above in exchange for advancing the agendas of others. Look up “agenda 21”(4) and if it crops up in your local government it means your local gangsters are subcontractors of far more evil people both in public office who want to take more from you and those Marxists in academia who want to continue a generations-long campaign of subverting the Land of the Free into the next Communist Paradise.
I mean, Obama’s president and he was brought up by communists, mentored by arch American communist Bill Ayers-leader of the 60’s Weather Underground terrorist organization… who turned from bombings to penetrating and taking over academia so as to churn out generations… of the same traitors who run your local, state, national governments(5). These traitors are backed by think tanks like the Ford Foundation, Rand, Carnegie Institute, Council on Foreign Relations. You should read what they write in their journals like Foreign Affairs, the Financial Times, you’d understand what they’re about. They in turn are funded by the ultra rich-monopoly men whose inbred psychotic families want absolute power, utter domination-as long as you breathe you are competition.. no, that’s not accurate; as long as you and I breathe we’re slated for extermination because they want the whole damn planet for themselves. At any rate, it is ultimately their agenda for the gradual breakdown of Our America that has brought us to this perilous state of affairs.
That’s pretty much the extant of the problem.
It is systemic. Therefore we must have systemic solutions. That means sweeping the entire government clean from top to bottom. Which means having local victories as well as state and national victories, yet there isn’t much glamour in winning local election… yet that’s where most of this country’s tyranny eminates from-had any pleasant experiences with your local city hall lately? Ever? What’s that enemy catch phrase? “Think Globally, act Locally?” Do likewise. (6)
Fight the enemy where they’re weakest-all these local elections only attract a few percentage points of voters, total. Believe it or not you have a model by which to achieve this: the GIs of Athens TN in 1946. Oath Keepers all they came back to a classic Boss Hogg political machine that made its money off rousting these heroes after they came home fighting Hitler and Tojo. Not having their treasonous criminal activity under color of law, the GIs formed a campaign ticket for EVERY OFFICE. They wanted to sweep THEIR government clean of those deluded criminals who thought themselves massah. They had to as they were over the top… about as bad as about every town in America today.
So they put together their campaign ticket, got their family and friends involved, held meetings, made speeches. And on election day, August 2, 1946, they won… after some notorious troubles the Cantrell political machine caused but being GIs they outmatched those thugs with revolvers. (7)
So, full campaign tickets to sweep local governments clean. Has to be that way-not single office seekers who even if they won would be all but useless with the rest of the gov. filled with crooks and traitors. Talk to people where they’re coming from not from where you’re coming from. You got where you’re at because at some point you had an epiphany about how our country really is, and you chose the proverbial red pill. A lot of people haven’t had enough in the way of political observation nor experience at the hands of the beast to that critical level you or I have, so you have to start with that little push to have that epiphany. Provided they take that proverbial red pill you can go from there-or get called a f*cking a**hole but them’s the breaks.(8)
And we of the Tea Party need a demonstrator model; a town where we can cash in all the CAFR funds long siphoned off and invest in slashing taxes and giving out most generous grants to local citizens… who arent’ the local Boss Hoggs… Americans really don’t have a clue by and large just how enslaved they are. Most really don’t. And to gain their vote, their support we need to show them just what Freedom really is.
So do you know what would help? Support from the state and national Tea Party candidates. If for nothing else to let the prospective voter know that the slate of Tea Party candidates they’re being asked to vote for aren’t alone in their assessment of the critical condition of our nation.
Reciprocity; we support a state or national candidate they must campaign locally for those Tea Party candidates seeking local office. Support from their campaign offices would go a long way toward alleviating the resource and experience shortfalls local candidates face against entrenched opposition… entrenched CORRUPT opposition-it’s not beyond a lot of them to plant drugs in your campaign office then have a snitch report said drugs for a SWAT raid.
So, reciprocity-the local candidates add the state and federal candidates into their campaign, just like the two headed national party we know as the Democrats and Republicans. They of course rely on the local level 1.)your apathy and despair, and 2.)contributions from their rich patrons. Well, it’s the same at the state and national level as well-but the beast is vulnerable at the local level! I’m telling you; if the Tea Party can concentrate their manpower and resources on a handful of towns with a particularly unctuous pack of criminals running it, defeat them in election, institute reforms and report the results far and wide the whole nation could be ours in but a few election cycles.
We of the Tea Party have arisen because of the repeated broken promises, the betrayals of those who promised reform, who promised to stop the deliberate destruction of our nation. It does us no good to hold those we raise up… or who at least claim Tea Party… to higher standards than we have the likes of Reagan, Gingrich, et al.
Reciprocity: these Tea Party celebrity candidates want to truly be part of the Second American Revolution they have to play ball and actively support genuine local candidates and build the Tea Party into the people-led political machine it has to be in order to win the political front of this Second American Revolution. We can and must do better from our national candidates.
If you don’t demand reciprocity from your national and state Tea Party candidates the local front will be lost before it starts. Without a grass roots base the state and national Tea Party efforts will be at the mercy of the same traitors with too much money that have penetrated every hierarchy based organization corrupted every candidate and chairman. We who have been in this struggle have seen it all before and seeing it repeat in certain organizations who rely too much on a few people giving orders, on celebrity candidates artificially raised to be the proverbial heroines on white horses.
Therefore, those that wave the Tea Party banner at the state and national level, they have to give support and guidance(the kind that wins elections)to local candidates. We cannot be the force necessary to win the Second American Revolution peacefully if we continue to permit ourselves to be hustled by well trained puppets who deliberately ignore the need for coat tails.
You remember that old political term? Coat tails are the lower level candidates that an office seeker going for higher office gets elected, and so far between Ron Paul and truthfully the current crop of Tea Party candidates and wannabes-no it’s not happening. Coat tails are how political machines are built and maintained. Coat tails will give the American People a real choice-continued slavery or a shot at true Freedom. Coat tails mean active support for local campaigns; providing advertising, logistical support, people on the phone, banners and advertising produced and speeches leveling the plain truth at the People. Because the American People have been lied and lulled and hypnotized to the point of national destruction.
Of course there’s one other requirement of reciprocity: respect. That means not imposing upon local Tea Party campaigns… not ideological baggage, nor any incompetent guidance. Certainly not anyone out to sabotage the campaign and the movement in general but it should be obvious that anyone who reveals themselves to be a traitor needs to be kicked to the curb. Hard. No elitists masquerading as populists either, we’ve had more than enough of two-faced career politicians! We have got to do better or we can either pick up the rifle or pack it in.

Metaphysicians tell us that an individual's DNA composition approximates one's consciousness, and vice versa: One's consciousness determines one's DNA structure. Attack one, you attack the other. Improve one and you improve the other.
Mainstream Doctors Fritz-Albert Popp and Bruce Lipton both tell us that our DNA appears to be the vital link between our physicality and spirituality.
Dr. Popp, founder of the International Institute of Biophysics, at Neuss, Germany, and Dr. Lipton, of the University of Wisconsin, both confirm that modern science now realizes and recognizes that our DNA structures directly reflect our consciousness.
This makes it possible for us to willfully activate what science formerly called "junk" DNA, by increasing our individual consciousnesses.
By activating dormant DNA, one would likely be able to perceive life beyond the five physical senses of sight, hearing, taste, touch, and smell; and one's world of spiritual intuition, discernment, judgment, and wisdom begin to develop.
The more we learn about the negative intentions of the dark forces of our world, the more we wake up spiritually, and the more our "junk" DNA activates, if we are not overcome with negativity or fear ourselves in the process of waking up.
Fear blocks any possible expansion of consciousness, which explains the constant and universal fear-mongering promoted by the private International Monetary/Banking Cartel's corporate media, all resulting in the severe stunting of our universal consciousness.
The Cartel's silent, soft-kill weapons of mass DNA destruction are all around us. Depleting uranium, chemtrails, street and pharmaceutical drugs, vaccines, genetically modified foods, fluoride, aspartame, psychotropics, and now naked body scanners are used against us for a very basic reason: To keep us from waking up to their crimes by damaging our DNA.
The Cartel's latest cloaked attacks against mankind are their so-called Backscatter X-ray Machines that expose the naked bodies of men, women and children at busy airport security portals all based on the flimsy ploy of simply one "crotch bomber" at Christmas time of '09 in Detroit. Now suddenly, these Backscatter machines will be showing up at over 125 US airports.
These virtual strip searches, in addition to damaging our DNA, will be setting the stage for the expansion of our world-wide cancer epidemic. Any amount of radiation is dangerous, as it is cumulative, and poses a serious threat to all living cells through which it passes, leaving behind a trail of destruction and genetic mutations.
The Backscatter doesn't actually emit X-rays, but little tested T-rays, or THz waves (terahertz waves), which is radiation that is positioned between microwaves and infrared rays on the electromagnetic spectrum.
Sound dangerous? It is. One would think that US taxpayers would object to their government spending so much of the people's money in order to inflict its citizens with cancer.
But no, the Monetary Cartel and their dark minions in "think-tanks" are clever.
Knowing that the majority of the American public cares not a whit about their personal privacy, but has huge concerns for their personal security, the dark overlords of the Cartel had their corporate media begin calling their cancer-dealing/death-dealing machines, "Naked Body Scanners."
This made what little public argument there has been against the Backscatter machines a "privacy issue," instead of a "cancer issue."
And the ploy has worked marvelously. Millions of Americans with no concerns about how their privacy is being violated still line up at full-body scanners, across the US, never knowing how those T-ray machines could eventually kill them.
At best, the issue of the dangers of full-body scanners at airports and other places has become controversial. Which means, the voices of governmental "authority" wins that Info-war, given that American who can't think for themselves always defer to governmental pronouncements as being the last word.
Boian Alexandrov, of the Center for Nonlinear Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory, however, has a very decided opinion regarding the dangers of T-rays: He tells us that T-rays tear apart human DNA.
Alexandrov, and his team at Los Alamos, say that although the forces that T-rays exert are small, their resonant effects can "unzip" DNA strands, tearing them apart, thus creating bubbles in the strands that significantly interfere with gene expression and DNA replication. And whatever that means, it doesn't sound good.
Moreover, it seems these T-ray scanners will be operated by non-healthcare, hourly wage-earners, not trained in radiation medicine or imaging. And who is to prevent massive radiation overdoses?
What protection will be offered to pregnant women, children, or our reproductive organs?
Also, whether you fly or not, the dark powers that have subjugated our federal government are intent on repeatedly lashing you with deadly radiation all for your own good, mind you.
Our government has bought hundreds of mobile Z Backscatter Vans (ZBVs) to hunt you down, so they can shoot you with deadly radiation.
These vans, that look innocuous enough, are carriers of radiation-death-machines that take no quarter, while they are driven through out our neighborhoods radiating pets, children, women, and men, alike, while they are in the privacy of their own homes.
These ZBVs also drive through city streets, irradiating other vehicles, and passengers, with strong enough radiation to penetrate steel and destroy the cells of human bodies, all on the flimsy pretense of protecting us from terrorists, who may be carrying bombs or drugs in their vehicles.
But who will protect us from the terrorists in our own government, who are so wantonly radiating us onto death?
It is truly amazing how much cruelty is afoot in our criminally insane world; however, the ruling financial oligarchs who are causing this growing lunacy are merely symptomatic of our collective spiritual state of being.
Until we develop more empathy for our fellow man, we'll continue to suffer at the hands of the criminally insane.
And, if you are like me, it's beginning to appear obvious that some power has far more interest in damaging our DNA, than keeping us safe from terrorists.

And the ploy has worked marvelously. Millions of Americans with no concerns about how their privacy is being violated still line up at full-body scanners, across the US, never knowing how those T-ray machines could eventually kill them.
At best, the issue of the dangers of full-body scanners at airports and other places has become controversial. Which means, the voices of governmental "authority" wins that Info-war, given that American who can't think for themselves always defer to governmental pronouncements as being the last word.
Boian Alexandrov, of the Center for Nonlinear Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory, however, has a very decided opinion regarding the dangers of T-rays: He tells us that T-rays tear apart human DNA.
Alexandrov, and his team at Los Alamos, say that although the forces that T-rays exert are small, their resonant effects can "unzip" DNA strands, tearing them apart, thus creating bubbles in the strands that significantly interfere with gene expression and DNA replication. And whatever that means, it doesn't sound good.
Moreover, it seems these T-ray scanners will be operated by non-healthcare, hourly wage-earners, not trained in radiation medicine or imaging. And who is to prevent massive radiation overdoses?
What protection will be offered to pregnant women, children, or our reproductive organs?
Also, whether you fly or not, the dark powers that have subjugated our federal government are intent on repeatedly lashing you with deadly radiation all for your own good, mind you.
Our government has bought hundreds of mobile Z Backscatter Vans (ZBVs) to hunt you down, so they can shoot you with deadly radiation.
These vans, that look innocuous enough, are carriers of radiation-death-machines that take no quarter, while they are driven through out our neighborhoods radiating pets, children, women, and men, alike, while they are in the privacy of their own homes.
These ZBVs also drive through city streets, irradiating other vehicles, and passengers, with strong enough radiation to penetrate steel and destroy the cells of human bodies, all on the flimsy pretense of protecting us from terrorists, who may be carrying bombs or drugs in their vehicles.
But who will protect us from the terrorists in our own government, who are so wantonly radiating us onto death?
It is truly amazing how much cruelty is afoot in our criminally insane world; however, the ruling financial oligarchs who are causing this growing lunacy are merely symptomatic of our collective spiritual state of being.
Until we develop more empathy for our fellow man, we'll continue to suffer at the hands of the criminally insane.
And, if you are like me, it's beginning to appear obvious that some power has far more interest in damaging our DNA, than keeping us safe from terrorists.

In just six months, the largest tax hikes in the history of America will take effect. They will hit families and small businesses in three great waves on January 1, 2011:

First Wave: Expiration of 2001 and 2003 Tax Relief
In 2001 and 2003, the GOP Congress enacted several tax cuts for investors, small business owners, and families. These will all expire on January 1, 2011:
Personal income tax rates will rise. The top income tax rate will rise from 35 to 39.6 percent (this is also the rate at which two-thirds of small business profits are taxed). The lowest rate will rise from 10 to 15 percent. All the rates in between will also rise. Itemized deductions and personal exemptions will again phase out, which has the same mathematical effect as higher marginal tax rates. The full list of marginal rate hikes is below:
- The 10% bracket rises to an expanded 15%
- The 25% bracket rises to 28%
- The 28% bracket rises to 31%
- The 33% bracket rises to 36%
- The 35% bracket rises to 39.6%
Higher taxes on marriage and family. The “marriage penalty” (narrower tax brackets for married couples) will return from the first dollar of income. The child tax credit will be cut in half from $1000 to $500 per child. The standard deduction will no longer be doubled for married couples relative to the single level. The dependent care and adoption tax credits will be cut.
The return of the Death Tax. This year, there is no death tax. For those dying on or after January 1 2011, there is a 55 percent top death tax rate on estates over $1 million. A person leaving behind two homes and a retirement account could easily pass along a death tax bill to their loved ones.
Higher tax rates on savers and investors. The capital gains tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 20 percent in 2011. The dividends tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 39.6 percent in 2011. These rates will rise another 3.8 percent in 2013.
Second Wave: Obamacare
There are over twenty new or higher taxes in Obamacare. Several will first go into effect on January 1, 2011. They include:
The Tanning Tax. This went into effect on July 1st of this year. It imposes a new, 10% excise tax on getting a tan at a tanning salon. There is no exemption for tanners making less than $250,000 per year.
The “Medicine Cabinet Tax” Thanks to Obamacare, Americans will no longer be able to use health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), or health reimbursement (HRA) pre-tax dollars to purchase non-prescription, over-the-counter medicines (except insulin).
The HSA Withdrawal Tax Hike. This provision of Obamacare increases the additional tax on non-medical early withdrawals from an HSA from 10 to 20 percent, disadvantaging them relative to IRAs and other tax-advantaged accounts, which remain at 10 percent.
Brand Name Drug Tax. Starting next year, there will be a multi-billion dollar tax assessment imposed on name-brand drug manufacturers. This tax, like all excise taxes, will raise the price of medicine, hurting everyone.
Economic Substance Doctrine. The IRS is now empowered to disallow perfectly-legal tax deductions and maneuvers merely because it judges that the deduction or action lacks “economic substance.” This is obviously an arbitrary empowerment of IRS agents.
Employer Reporting of Health Insurance Costs on a W-2. This will start for W-2s in the 2011 tax year. While not a tax increase in itself, it makes it very easy for Congress to tax employer-provided healthcare benefits later.
Third Wave: The Alternative Minimum Tax and Employer Tax Hikes
When Americans prepare to file their tax returns in January of 2011, they’ll be in for a nasty surprise—the AMT won’t be held harmless, and many tax relief provisions will have expired. These major items include:
The AMT will ensnare over 28 million families, up from 4 million last year. According to the left-leaning Tax Policy Center, Congress’ failure to index the AMT will lead to an explosion of AMT taxpaying families—rising from 4 million last year to 28.5 million. These families will have to calculate their tax burdens twice, and pay taxes at the higher level. The AMT was created in 1969 to ensnare a handful of taxpayers.
Small business expensing will be slashed and 50% expensing will disappear. Small businesses can normally expense (rather than slowly-deduct, or “depreciate”) equipment purchases up to $250,000. This will be cut all the way down to $25,000. Larger businesses can expense half of their purchases of equipment. In January of 2011, all of it will have to be “depreciated.”
Taxes will be raised on all types of businesses. There are literally scores of tax hikes on business that will take place. The biggest is the loss of the “research and experimentation tax credit,” but there are many, many others. Combining high marginal tax rates with the loss of this tax relief will cost jobs.
Tax Benefits for Education and Teaching Reduced. The deduction for tuition and fees will not be available. Tax credits for education will be limited. Teachers will no longer be able to deduct classroom expenses. Coverdell Education Savings Accounts will be cut. Employer-provided educational assistance is curtailed. The student loan interest deduction will be disallowed for hundreds of thousands of families.
Charitable Contributions from IRAs no longer allowed. Under current law, a retired person with an IRA can contribute up to $100,000 per year directly to a charity from their IRA. This contribution also counts toward an annual “required minimum distribution.” This ability will no longer be there.

It is one of the best videos I think I have ever seen in that it accurately conveys the true feelings and desires of the left. Everyone should watch it.

I have been checking on AWRM fairly regularly, just not posting since only one of my computers has the password stored to do it.
J4P is going through a series of trial delays which are of course normal in these types of situations.
On one hand, my original advice would have been to hunker down to make the fight as costly as possible for the opposition, keeping it mostly lawful, but definitely not being afraid to escalate if the opposition decides they are going to bend the rules to win.
Now the problem is that the prosecutor has been asking for a 20 year sentence and permanent sex offender status. That is effectively a life sentence, and with the "treatments" that Dyer is likely to get in custody, what comes out of prison after that time will be a zombie in the shell of what used to be Charles Dyer.
That puts is in the dilemma of even having to pretend to accept the legitimacy of putting him on trial for a false allegation that gives credibility to a legal system that uses false accusations as a tool to break people down and open up the possibility of adverse consequences in other arenas.
So as a policy statement for the Patriot Defense Fund, we will continue to monitor the situation and condemn any uncouth action taken against Dyer and his family. We will consider any human rights violations to be violations against the sanctity not only of our country, but the legal system which is obviously being prostituted as a weapon for use by special interest political groups who continue to sink to new depths in progressing their idea of a soft gloved police state.
At this time however, I can't promise support for retaliation against jury members for a verdict one way or another. Bullies and liars attempting to use them as a tool are a different matter.
As for inmate groups and their relationships to the patriot movement, my information is mainly coming from recently released federal prisoners, and a few in the Oregon system.
Skinheads - Neutral to positive. There are several members of stormfront who cross post on several militia and patriot related forums, just not here at AWRM very much, and definitely less than asserted by some of the watchdog people.
Aryan brotherhood- They are much smaller than a lot of people realize, mainly made up of "lifers" who focus on their own internal prison politics and when they do ever manage to get out, are primarily focused on trying to make large amounts of money quickly, which usually means fairly big scale robberies, horning into the dope business somewhere, or some sort of extortion. Lower level associates are not even direct members, as the original AB are something of an elitist group. Oddly enough, one of their original members and main heros has a distinctly Jewish name (Silverstein) and is respected throughout the prison culture for a high profile killing of a guard and an inmate or two who was acting on behalf of staff to threaten other inmates. He is currently doing life in isolation at a supermax.
Militant queers - used to be somewhat neutral, but thanks to gossipboy, probably hostile.
Nazi lowriders (somewhat undercover nazis who are not skinheads), negative but acting friendly then snitching. Militia status with them varies as a lot of the bikers associate with the Nazi lowriders if they are incarcerated.
Southsider chicanos - mostly negative, but not necessarily at war. They are the largest single faction in prisons in the western US. Most of the killings among them are rivals picking each other off for status, but when they all get pissed about something, all hell breaks loose. They have gotten genocidal against the blacks a few times in recent years, coordinating mass uprisings in the prisons along with attacks on blacks out in the free world.
Northsider Chicanos - have an alliance of sorts with the skinheads over various issues, which spills over to the militia types but is not a direct alliance for obvious reasons.
Mexican mafias - extremely varied. Political side leadership has tried to instigate problems for years but lower level families engaged in the various clandestine black market trades have been diplomatic.
Jewish mafias - varied,
Russian mafias - varied, diplomatic, consider the American militia types to be small time and not worth associating with.
Muslims - generally negative but diplomatic. By no means an alliance with American militias as asserted by that retarded publicity seeker named Sebastian Junger.
Italian mafias - varied.
Biker club associated factions, generally positive due to diplomatic efforts and connections on the outside between some militia leaders and high profile motorcycle clubs.
Cuban and Puerto Rican aligned groups and crime families - very negative. Seems they have a chip on their shoulder about everyone.
Black mafias (non muslim) fairly negative if aligned with the naacp. Also dangerous because they often have undue influence with prison staff, and sympathetic individuals fairly openly working at the jails and prisons supporting their activities. Other inmates often resent the privileges obviously given to black mafia associates.
Black gangs (crips, bloods) negative to diplomatic due to their minority status in the federal prison system now that it is crowded with people who don't speak English as a first language. They will have heavy influence with prison staff in areas where they represent a large minority, majority or where the neighborhood outside the prison has a black dominant community.

Mexican mafias - extremely varied. Political side leadership has tried to instigate problems for years but lower level families engaged in the various clandestine black market trades have been diplomatic.
Jewish mafias - varied,
Russian mafias - varied, diplomatic, consider the American militia types to be small time and not worth associating with.
Muslims - generally negative but diplomatic. By no means an alliance with American militias as asserted by that retarded publicity seeker named Sebastian Junger.
Italian mafias - varied.
Biker club associated factions, generally positive due to diplomatic efforts and connections on the outside between some militia leaders and high profile motorcycle clubs.
Cuban and Puerto Rican aligned groups and crime families - very negative. Seems they have a chip on their shoulder about everyone.
Black mafias (non muslim) fairly negative if aligned with the naacp. Also dangerous because they often have undue influence with prison staff, and sympathetic individuals fairly openly working at the jails and prisons supporting their activities. Other inmates often resent the privileges obviously given to black mafia associates.
Black gangs (crips, bloods) negative to diplomatic due to their minority status in the federal prison system now that it is crowded with people who don't speak English as a first language. They will have heavy influence with prison staff in areas where they represent a large minority, majority or where the neighborhood outside the prison has a black dominant community.
