That whole "War on Terror" thingy is pretty odd, if you ask me. As if "shock and awe" wasn't another form of terror, just a little more high-tech and expensive. "Top Priority: The Terror Within" explores issues that have sparked nationwide controversy such as the USA PATRIOT Act and illegal tactics improperly used against law-abiding Americans under the guise of "the war on terror". Julia Davis, a former federal officer with the Department of Homeland Security, discovered and reported a breach of national security at the largest and busiest land border crossing in the U.S. on 4th of July, 2004. When the DHS failed to act on her reports, she took her concerns to the FBI/JTTF. http://topprioritymovie.com/
Of all the military equipment that streamed into Iraq in the past decade, there is perhaps no item more iconic than the MRAP — the heavily armored truck that was rushed into the country as casualties from roadside bombings grew.
But with tens of thousands of MRAPs on hand and no assurance of much new funding to store and maintain the vehicles, the military is struggling to determine what to do with them.
The Obama administration has made clear that it no longer wants to conduct “stability operations” — the term used to describe the kind of war that the military has fought in Iraq and Afghanistan, blending military operations with diplomacy and peacekeeping. Instead, the administration is looking to a lighter, smaller and more technologically capable military to conduct specific missions.
In this context, the MRAP — or mine-resistant, ambush-protected vehicle — is something of a relic, bought specifically to protect soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan but far too bulky for a future characterized by drones, cyberwarfare, and intelligence and surveillance technology.
“Threats drive demand for military goods, but there’s so many different types of threats that it’s very unlikely that what worked in one war will be well suited for the next,” said Loren Thompson, a defense industry consultant.
The MRAP’s signature V-shaped undercarriage helped deflect the impact of blasts from improvised explosives and made the armored vehicle exactly what troops needed in Iraq. In 2007, the military began ordering almost 28,000 MRAPs, most of which went to Iraq, though some were designed for Afghanistan and its more challenging terrain.”
So, 10,000 vehicles designed to counter guerrilla threats such as rifle fire, rocket propelled grenades, and huge, buried charges of high explosives.
...But maybe THIS is the reason why they're being retired... and made available for US police forces:
American Mercenary did a short write-up on this:
Counter Vehicle Tactics
When your enemy is rolling around on the roads in armored vehicles your options to deal with that are limited.
1. Stick to terrain that the vehicles can't reach.
or
2. Blow up the vehicles with whatever you've got.
Really that is what it boils down to, and so let us discuss option 1.
If you force the enemy to dismount and come to you then what range you
decide to engage the enemy has more to do with terrain and opportunity
than tactics. Dismount to dismount tactics are well documented, and
here marksmanship is very important to allow maneuver.
To hit hard against a better equipped force you need explosives, or
something that provides the same "shock" and damage effect on your
enemy. Honestly the old RPG-7 is too small for this role anymore with
the anti-armor cages and nets on armored vehicles. We are talking
things like an anti tank recoilless rifle, a shoulder launched anti tank
missile, a command detonated anti vehicle mine, an anti tank grenade.
Here is an example of Iraqi Insurgents using the RKG-3 anti tank
grenade.
Seriously, watch the video again, pause around the basic description of the RKG-3, it's essentially a giant potato masher grenade with a shaped charge and a parachute:
Rutschnaja Kumulativna Granata-3
Total length : 357mm Diameter : 70mm Weight : 1.7kilo (RKG-3EM is 1.1kilo) Filling : 310gram T/H-50 or T/H-45/55 (RKG-3EM 390gram)
The latest Colorado massacre is but the most recent in a long line of
obvious "black operations" designed to cow, intimidate, terrorize and
condition the global human herd to a higher level of violent control. Ditto
for the probable Mossad operation, involving the slaughter of several
Israeli tourists, in the recent Bulgarian bus bombing.
Unfortunately, the sad reality is that the majority of human beings on the
planet at this time are so programmed, so mind controlled and so deep in
all encompassing denial that many of them couldn't find their own hind
parts with both hands, a map ... more »

Container gardening isn't only for savvy urban gardeners and folks with limited space to grow, it can also be for folks who want to maximize their yields in a controlled environment. Not only does growing potatoes in a barrel reduce the amount of weeding and exposure to pests and fungi, you don't even have to risk shovel-damage to the tender potatoes by digging them out of the ground when they're done, just tip the container over!
After extensive research to plan my own potatoes-in-a-barrel, I've boiled all of the recommendations down to 4 simple steps to a winning potato harvest.
1. Select and prepare a container
You'll need to pick out a container such as a 50-gallon trash barrel or one of those half whiskey barrel planters. Alternatively, you can buy used food-grade barrels or commercially-available potato planters. Just about any 2 to 3-foot tall container will work, but be sure to select a container that either already has holes in it, or is okay to cut holes in. Next you'll want to clean your container with a mild bleach solution to get out any of the nasties that have been lingering in there. If you don't want to use bleach, you can make a bleach alternative to use instead.
Good drainage is critical for the cultivation of healthy potatoes so you'll want to cut or drill a series of large drainage holes in the bottom and bottom sides of your container. Alternatively, you can cut out the bottom altogether and place it on a well-drained surface like your garden bed.
2. Choose a variety and plant potatoes
Seed potatoes can usually be found at nurseries early in the growing season, but you should only have to buy them once. If you can, “chit” or sprout your potatoes before planting them by setting them out in an egg carton, the side with the most buds facing up, and putting them in a cool light room out of direct sunlight to sprout. Putting the tubers in an open paper bag can have this same effect.
Fill in the bottom of your container with about 6 inches of loose planting mix and compost. You'll want to use a planting mix with a peat moss-like soil amendment like this product made from repurposed coconut husks, doing so will keep the soil from becoming too compacted and help it to store moisture for the roots. Next, add some seed potatoes on the layer of soil, making certain to leave plenty of space between each cube. You can use the whole potato but I like to cut the potatoes into 1 to 2-inch cubes for planting. Loosely backfill the potatoes with another 6 inches of your soil and compost mix and water to dampen soil. Keep the soil damp at all times but be careful not to overwater.
3. Add more soil
When they have about 6 to 8 inches of foliage, add another layer of your soil-compost mix covering about one-half to three-quarters of the visible stems and foliage. Repeat this process of allowing the sprouts to grow and then covering the sprouts and moistening the soil as the plants grow up toward the top of the barrel.
4. Harvest the potatoes
After about 10 weeks or until the plants flower and start to yellow, the potatoes should be ready to harvest. Carefully dig down with your hands to inspect the top-most layer. After you've confirmed your suspicions, dump the barrel out on a tarp and inspect your bounty.
Other tips to grow bushels of barrel potatoes
After the first harvest, keep a few potatoes to use as seed potatoes next year.
Aaron had just turned 19, and was no longer under her insurance. The medical bills have been incredibly high, and Ms. Rosas, who works as a fundraiser for various organizations, has struggled financially. The incident has changed her perspective on police. She recalled the Rodney King incident of the distant past. “I read about it, but it was so far away, and didn’t happen here. I started reading a lot of things about how many people had such an unfair shake with the law, and it’s unbelievable. It’s an epidemic, where the officers are taking the law into their own hands, and then they stick together.”

Police Plant Spotted Attempting To Incite A Riot At Anaheim Protests?
Monday, 30 July 2012 16:07 No Comments
Paranoia or conspiracy? OCWeekly attempts to root out a possible agent provocateur, seen in non-riot-instigating mode in the video below:
Facebook is currently abuzz with members of Kelly’s Army
who were at the Anaheim protest on Tuesday alleging that they caught a
police plant. We found video of the woman both in her pro-cop and
anti-cop phase! (Read more…)
According to onlookers, a blonde woman was shouting pro-police
slogans in front of City Hall, at one point flashing her wrist and
showing off a tattoo that seemed to be a badge number. But an hour
later, they claim the same woman was seen yelling anti-police slogans
and throwing water bottles at the police.

President Obama touched the third rail of guns here on Wednesday, pivoting off last week’s Colorado movie theater shootings to call for a “consensus around violence reduction” in the country.
With the last public event of a four-day trip that started with a visit to the Aurora, Colo., hospital where almost two dozen victims were brought after the shootings, Obama threw his weight behind measures to strengthen background checks at gun shows and other efforts to keep weapons out of the hands of mentally-ill people.
“These steps shouldn’t be controversial, they should be common sense,” Obama said during the National Urban League conference. …
“But I also believe that a lot of gun owners would agree that AK-47s belong in the hands of soldier and not in the hands of crooks. They belong on the battlefield of war, not on the streets of our cities,” he added. …
“There’s talk of new reforms. There’s talk of legislation. And too often those efforts are defeated by politics and by lobbying and eventually by the pull of our collective attention elsewhere. But what I said in the wake of Tucson is we’re going to stay on this persistently.”
Obama said he’d “continue to work with members of both parties and with religious groups and with civic organizations to arrive at a consensus around violence reduction.”
And with those comments, AK-47s will be backordered until the election.

Well, only proper answer to a gun ban is to BUILD YOUR OWN!
UPDATE: I just found out that the judge in this case has sealed the case because disclosure of the facts would be “contrary to public interests” and that the request to do that was made on Friday just hours after the event.
The motion, filed in Arapahoe County court, asks for the records in the case to be sealed, including search warrants, affidavits, orders and the “case file.”
The District Attorney’s affidavit says prosecutors are investigating first-degree murder charges against Holmes, but that disclosure of the court records would be “contrary to public interest” and “could jeopardize the ongoing investigation.” The Daily
UPDATE 2:The Washington Post has done a map of the scene and just like I pointed out, the gas mask is clearly past the corner as if the assailant was on his way to the road. See their photo mark-up at the end of the article. UPDATE 3: Got a mention in a thread at Above Top Secret. I like that site. Read the comment at the end of the article. UPDATE 4:Aurora Massacre: More Questions
——
As I was scanning through a number of heart breaking photos from the aftermath of the Dark Knight massacre in Aurora Co. this morning, I noticed something very interesting; actually a couple of interesting things stood out.Primarily I noticed that the gas mask was found a long way away from where James Holmes was arrested and the other equipment was found. I also think I found an image of a security camera mounted on the back of the theater pointing down toward where the car was parked and the theater exit was. And as luck would have it, that is the exact same location the gas mask was found as if the assailant traveled the length of the building and dropped the mask once he was out of the view of the camera.
I have done my best to compile photos and the layout of the scene at the back of the theater for your consideration.
——— The first was the fact that early reports had claimed the shooter was still wearing his equipment when the cops first found him next to his car and he was still carrying all of his weapons except for one Glock 40 which was found in his car. This is an important aspect of the case because how else would they have known he was the shooter amid all that chaos. Also interesting is the fact that they didn’t just shoot the guy. He was apparently still carrying an assault rifle and a shotgun and decked out in tactical armor… so how did he just end up surrendering “meekly” as some reports claim?
The answer is simple: he wasn’t carrying the guns and he wasn’t still wearing the armor. So, how did they know they had the right guy?
“Holmes was apprehended within minutes of the 12:39 a.m. shooting at his car behind the theater, where police found him in full riot gear and carrying three weapons, including an AR-15 assault rifle, which can hold upwards of 100 rounds, a Remington 12-gauge shotgun, and a .40 Glock handgun. A fourth handgun was found in the vehicle.” ABC News
But this report flies in the face of the evidence at the scene and the vast number of police photos taken.
From the above photo you can clearly see he had striped off his armor on the way to his vehicle and in fact, the AR-15 was found just inches outside the exit door, meaning he could not have still had it when the cops found him unless they let him walk back the 30 or so feet to the door to lay the weapon down there.
It’s important to understand the layout of the location where the assailant left the building to return to his car. Let’s put that into perspective right off the bat.
As you can see from the compilation of crime scene photos below, the assailant left the building from the door between the two sections and next to the utility area beside where he parked. He could not have found a parking space closer to that door if he tried. As you can see, his Ar-15 was found right beside the door where he apparently dropped it upon leaving the theater. The blood makes it clear that was the exit to the theater where the massacre took place.
So if he did indeed drop his primary weapon at the door when he left, how did the cops know he was the assailant? It’s possible he was still carrying the shotgun and wearing the body armor and the gas mask, but that seems to be contradicted by other photos with one VERY interesting piece of evidence…
Notice where the gas mask location is, at the end of the building. That’s VERY important…
When I first started researching this article, I was consumed by the question of locating the security cameras covering this business’s parking and access areas. I had wondered why there has been literally no discussion of the security camera footage from that night.
What I found may be more damning than I could have imagined: yes there are security cameras mounted on the building on the front and apparently on the back shooting down the length of the rear of the building and if someone were walking down that sidewalk after leaving that exit, then their face would be clearly visible on that camera because they would have been walking directly toward it.
So, if an assailant were to leave the theater via that exit and head in that direction, then obviously he would want to leave his mask on until he was out of the viewable area of the camera.
As it turns out, the gas mask seems to have been dropped directly under the camera itself.
But why head in that direction? Because it is the closest access to the main road right next to the theater and a waiting vehicle and escape. It wouldn’t do to try to blend in with the crowd because the police may detain witnesses and start asking questions they might not want to answer. Plus then there would be a record of the individual on site and that might not be good in the future. The best bet would be to get off property as soon as possible and that exit path provides the fastest way to do that.
Is it possible that James Holmes was set up? Think about this:
James Holmes goes out Tuesday night drinking and someone doses him. They do it early Wed morning so they have time in his apartment to set up those elaborate traps (how would James have known how to construct those anyway?)
They keep him drugged and off the radar till Thursday night when they go to the theater. They make sure to park in that spot, right next to the exit of the theater.
The assailant goes in, fakes the phone call, comes out, goes to the car where James is still drugged, gets the gear on, goes in and attacks the innocent civilians.
Then the assailant comes out the exit door, leans against it while dropping the gun and removing almost all of his gear with the exception of the mask.
He runs past the car dropping the gear next to it in a heap, opens the door with James inside, tosses the guns into the car, the shotgun has been there all along, and goes straight down the length of the building toward the corner, toward the camera, drops his mask directly under the camera, and heads off to the nearby street where a car is waiting (cruising slowly) to pick him up.
Holmes is reported to have been “meek” when arrested. This might also explain why he wasn’t shot by police… he was incapacitated, incoherent, or generally not a threat.
Holmes, who is being held under suicide watch in solitary confinement, remained in his murderous “Joker” persona after his arrival, a jailhouse worker told the Daily News.“He thinks he’s acting in a movie,”a prison employee told the Daily News.
There is no way of telling if this is actually what happened but we have to take all of the evidence, including the physical evidence into consideration and part of that evidence is the apparent lack of anyone talking about the security camera videos. Those cameras on the front of the building should show James Holmes entering the building at the very least so where are they?
And what other explanation is there for that gas mask to be located so far from the rest of the equipment and James and his car? Clearly the police didn’t carry it down there and drop it on the ground for the fun of it?
I am still searching for more pictures of the rear of that building and specifically anything that shows the roof section where I think that camera is.
While it is possible that Holmes did this, it is also possible that the same thing happened here that happened at the recent Kandahar Massacre where a man was drugged and set up for an atrocity he had nothing to do with. Considering the nature of the world we live in, I think it would be irresponsible for me not to report this information as I found it and to not question the “official story” of the “crazed lone gunman” that we see over and over again especially when unpopular landmark legislation is waiting in the wings. Billionaire New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is using this tragedy to push for stricter gun control laws. I wonder if he is one of the financial elites who have just been outed for hording 32 trillion dollars in off shore accounts? Can you imagine why someone like him would want to disarm the citizens of this country?
—– UPDATE 2: Washington Post map of Aurora crime scene. Also of note: at that site, they state that Holmes left the theater just as the film started around 12 and didn’t return til 12:35 as if he was deliberately waiting for the shootout scene. Why would he do that? Because the gunshots wouldn’t be heard in the other theaters running the late night showing of the same movie. Then he is out the door and the first 911 calls at 12:39. 90 seconds later they just happen to find James hanging out next to his car in the back and take him into custody. According to the Washington Post timeline, the shooting only took between 60 and 90 seconds that leaves plenty of time for an assailant to go out the back, ditch the gear, and run the length of the building before the cops were even called. The timeline is below the photo… Notice the Washington Post photo puts the gas mask even farther down the path to the nearby street than I did. Washington Post timeline of events:
Around midnight The screening began. Holmes allegedly approached an emergency exit to the right of the screen, propped open the door and geared up.
Around 12:35 a.m. Dressed in black SWAT gear, Holmes allegedly came back through the door, hurled two canisters of an unknown gas and opened fire on the audience. He allegedly walked up the aisle, firing as he went. The shots lasted 60-90 seconds. The bullets pierced the wall of Theater 8 next door.
12:39 a.m. Police began receiving emergency calls.
90 seconds later Officers arrived at the theater and almost immediately arrested Holmes, who was next to his white Hyundai outside a rear entrance to the theater.
UPDATE 3: Got a comment from Above Top Secret. Good site. Their readers will flush this out… they’re like 4Chan in that regard (hope they don’t hate 4Chan). For the record I am easily recruitable these days. But don’t they already have their own Scott Creighton? Ahh… you can never have too many Scott Creightons. Thanks ATS.

7/26 update: Wayne Madsen reveals Holmes' MKULTRA connections:
Wayne Madsen Report
July 23-24, 2012 -- Aurora massacre: several links between James Holmes and U.S. government research (Salk Institute involved in neurologically enhancing soldiers' abilities on battlefield...connections to DARPA)
James Holmes, the 24-year old suspect in the mass shooting of Batman "The Dark Knight Rises" movie goers in Aurora, Colorado that left 12 people dead and 58 injured, has had a number of links to U.S. government-funded research centers. Holmes's past association with government research projects has prompted police and federal law enforcement officials to order laboratories and schools with which Holmes has had a past association not to talk to the press about Holmes.
Holmes was one of six recipients of a National Institutes of Health Neuroscience Training Grant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Denver. Holme is a graduate of the University of California at Riverside with a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience. Although Holmes dropped out of the PhD neuroscience program at Anschutz in June, police evacuated two buildings at the Anschutz center after the massacre at the Aurora movie theater. Holmes reportedly gave a presentation at the Anschutz campus in May on Micro DNA Biomarkers in a class titled "Biological Basis of Psychiatric and Neurological Disorders."
Initial reports of Holmes having an accomplice in the theater shooting have been discounted by the Aurora police. However, no explanation has been given by police why the Anschutz campus buildings were evacuated after Holmes was already in custody in the Arapahoe County jail.
The Anschutz Medical Campus is on the recently de-commisioned site of the U.S. Army's Fitzsimons Army Medical Center and is named after Philip Anschutz, the billionaire Christian fundamentalist oil and railroad tycoon who also owns The Examiner newspaper chain and website and the neo-conservative Weekly Standard. The Anschutz Medical Campus was built by a $91 million grant from the Anschutz Foundation.
In 2006, at the age of 18, Holmes served as a research intern at the Salk Institute at the University of California at San Diego in La Jolla. It is noteworthy that for the previous two years before Holmes worked at the Salk Institute, the research center was partnered with the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Columbia University, University of California at San Francisco, University of Wisconsin at Madison, Wake Forest University, and the Mars Company (the manufacturers of Milky Way and Snickers bars) to prevent fatigue in combat troops through the enhanced use of epicatechina, a blood flow-increasing and blood vessel-dilating anti-oxidant flavanol found in cocoa and, particularly, in dark chocolate.
The research was part of a larger DARPA program known as the "Peak Soldier Performance Program," which involved creating brain-machine interfaces for battlefield use, including human-robotic bionics for legs, arms, and eyes. DARPA works closely with the Defense Science Office on projects that include the medical research community. Fitzsimons was at the forefront of DARPA research on the use of brain-connected "neuroprosthetic" limbs for soldiers amputated or paralyzed in combat.
According to his LinkedIn profile, James Holmes's father, Dr. Robert Holmes, who received a PhD in Statistics in 1981 from the University of California at Berkeley, worked for San Diego-based HNC Software, Inc. from 2000 to 2002. HNC, known as a "neural network" company, and DARPA, beginning in 1998, have worked on developing "cortronic neural networks," which would allow machines to interpret aural and visual stimuli to think like humans. The cortronic concept was developed by HNC Software's chief scientist and co-founder, Robert Hecht-Nielsen. HNC merged with the Minneapolis-based Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO), a computer analysis and decision-making company. Robert Holmes continues to work at FICO.
It has also emerged that Holmes, when he was 20, worked as a camp counselor at Camp Max Straus of the Jewish Big Brothers and Sister of Los Angeles. According to the Jewish Journal, among other tasks, Holmes helped to teach boys between the ages of 7 to 10 archery. In another unusual detail, the car Holmes used to drive to the Aurora movie theater had Tennessee plates. Holmes is originally from San Diego.
James Holmes is the grandson of Lt. Col. Robert Holmes, one of the first Turkish language graduates of the Army Language School, later the Defense Language Institute, in Monterey, California. Graduating from the Turkish language class in 1948, Holmes spent a career in the Army, which likely included more than a few intelligence-related assignments. Typically, U.S. military officers conversant in Turkish served with either the Defense Intelligence Agency or the Central Intelligence Agency at either the U.S. embassy in Ankara or the Consulate General in Istanbul, or both.
Terrence Sejnowski, the Francis Crick Professor at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies and the director of the Computational Neurobiology Laboratory, in an interview with Cognitive Science Online in 2008, had the following comment about recent studies of the human brain: "Alan Newell [cognitive psychology researcher at the intelligence community-linked RAND Corporation] once said that when AI [artificial intelligence] was founded not enough was known about the brain to be of any help and in the early 1980s, symbol processing was the only game in town. That has changed and we now know a lot about the brain, perhaps more than we need to know [emphasis added]."
More than we need to know!
The links between the younger and elder Holmes and U.S. government research on creating super-soldiers, human brain-machine interfaces, and human-like robots beg the question: "Was James Holmes engaged in a real-life Jason Bourne TREADSTONE project that broke down and resulted in deadly consequences in Aurora, Colorado?" In any event, if the Batman movies are now serving as a newer version of J.D. Salinger's "Catcher in the Rye" subliminal messaging triggering mechanism, -- Salinger's novel was of interest to a number of American political assassins -- keep in mind that August 10 is the opening date of The Bourne Legacy. It may be wise to skip that film in the theater for a while.

James Holmes Wrote And Made Mind Control Programs. After graduating in 2006, Holmes worked as a student intern at the Salk Institute of Biological Studies and Miramar College’s biotechnology summer boot camp, where “cream of the crop” students were given rudimentary laboratory projects.
For his part while at Salk, Holmes wrote in his resume that he designed a computer program to illustrate temporary perceptions of causality and programmed a flicker fusion utility. James Holmes Flicker Fusion Utility. Used in movies and game systems by every day people. Flicker fusion is used in mind control.
More Information on what James Holmes Worked On In 1991 a professor emeritus of history at California State University named Theodore Roszak published a novel entitled Flicker. Described as ‘A novel of suspense involving tangled conspiracies and dark obsessions in the mysterious film industry from the author of the highly acclaimed The Making of a Counterculture’ Flicker, a complex mystery set in Los Angeles in the 1970’s, centers around a film student Jonathan Gates and his obsession with a B horror film director Max Castle. This obsession eventually leads Jonathan to discover Castle’s use of subliminal messages, mind control, mood altering imagery secretly embedded into movies with the intent of terrifying the audience.
James Holmes also wrote papers on temporary perceptions of causality Temporary Perceptions Of Causality. Seems James Holmes was into mind control and even wrote a program for mind control.
The main stream news asked questions like did Mr Holmes ever have a girlfriend. We want to know what he studied and what he wrote. Plus programs Holmes made regarding mind control. Their we will find what has caused this terrible action and who is behind it. It’s very odd that a man who had no problems with law or anyone decided to call himself the Joker and die his hair red and murder people at a movie theater. James Holmes might be the victim of a study gone wrong or purposely made.
It’s startling to see psychiatrists explaining the James Holmes lived in a fantasy and was just plain crazy which can easily be explained by the work James Holmes did in flicker fusion.
The true story of how the discovery of flicker potentials, and scientific observations about strange patterns, organized hallucinations, and even the displacement of time derived from stroboscopic light, very nearly resulted in a Dream Machine in every suburban living room. William S. Burroughs said: “Flicker administered under large dosage and repeated later could well lead to overflow of brain areas … Anything that can be done chemically can be done in other ways.” Aldous Huxley called it “an aid to visionary experience.” Seems James Holmes was indeed part of a mind control system gone wrong or done on purpose. The United Nations treaty to ban weapons in the united States is due for a vote next week. Which would change the US second amendment for ever. Was James Holmes used to bring ridicule to people who owns guns and help pass the treaty to ban weapons in the USA. We now know fast and furious was used to blame the second amendment and to clamp down on gun laws in the united states.
One news reporter said the music James Holmes played the night of the murders was a trance music.

Wed Jul 25, 2012 12:57
174.233.192.103
In an earlier APFN article we asked many questions about the Black Knight shooting, like where did the shooter get US Army Tear Gas Grenades - from what US arsenal?
Now we find out even more information about this bizzare shooting in Aurora Colorado.
1) The University of Colorado held a special drill focused on a mass shooting in a theater in Aurora Colorado. Guess where the shooter went to college?
That is right. The Rocky Vista College of Osteopathetic Medicine had a special 2 hour class on how to treat Movie Theater victims after a mass shooting.
See: Intel Hub: Hallmarks of a False Flag: Colorado University held identical drill on same day as Aurora Theater Mass Shooting, Mind Control and Multiple Subjects.
2) The shooter is the son of of Robert Holmes, the senior lead scientist with the American Credit Score Company FICO.
Guess where his son went to school and where Robert Holmes lives?
Berkeley, California - home of Timothy Leary and the original LSD mind control experiments.
Robert Holmes is about to testify before Congress on the Banking Scandal called the "Libor Scam."
The manipulation of these credit rates has made the top 12 banks in the western world look very solid. The truth is about to surface.
$45 trillion given to these banks by Bush and Obama did not go to the banks - but about 92,000 of the Lucifarian Elites.
Please see: Colorado Massacre Linked to Historic Bank Fraud.
3) This Libor Scandal was exposed to the US Federal Reserve Bank of New York way back in 2008 and they covered it up. Apparently they also used their influence with the Operations Director of the CIA to kill all these people in a theater to distract Robert Holmes so he would not testify.
GOD calls this Murder.
4) The Shooter, James Holmes, walked out of the Colorado Theater armed and no Cop shot him. They calmly went over and arrested this maniac holding several loaded smoking guns and they cuffed him put him in the back of a Police Cruiser.
He shot 70 people, came out of a theater with loaded smoking guns and they calmly arrested him?
Set up.
He will be given a sentence in Club Med - just like John Hinckley (President Reagan shooting) and the Jet Blue "Pilot" (6 Foot 4 Inches) that went nuts in a plane he was too tall to stand up in.
James Holmes now sits in a padded cell and will remain until transferred to Club Med.
5) So here is what will happen to the others involved: Nothing.
The Deputy Director of the CIA, the second shooter, his University Professor, and those who set up the drill at his college will not be arrested.
Those who initiated these actions in the New York Federal Reserve Bank will also not be prosecuted.
They all will get off Scot Free and those 12 dead American's will be killed to protect these Banking Elites.

Intel Geeks: These actions taken by the individuals above are why your underground bases are crumbling. You do not have the guts to prosecute those involved - Cowards.
In the end, unless these actions are prosecuted, there will be no Glorious Russia, there will be no Golden China. It will be finished - Adama, Marduk, Mars, Earth.
Rothschild's, Roman Pope, Jesuit Scum - your evil has reached the thrown of the living GOD.
GOD Says: Enough. Let your system fall NOW.

"Let this be the hour when we draw swords together. Fell deeds awake. Now for wrath, now for ruin, and the red dawn. Forth, Eorlingas!" ~ Theoden, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)
Once again, I have mentioned before the meanings of Colorado (= red) and Aurora (= dawn).
Long before the movie was released on December 5, 2002, the book The Two Towers was published on November 11, 1954, as the second volume of J. R. R. Tolkien's novel series The Lord of the Rings. Much has been written on the prophetic nature of The Two Towers and its visual, visceral link to the twins towers of the World Trade Center and 9/11. No need to go over that again. I suppose we should feel, then, that finding "red dawn" within The Twin Towers is not overly surprising.
But there it is, nevertheless.
“A red sun rises. Blood has been spilled this night.”
~ J.R.R. Tolkien, The Two Towers (1954)
"It is a red dawn. Strange things await us by the eaves of the forest.
Good or evil, I do not know; but we are called. Awake!"
The name Aurora itself means 'dawn', while Colorado means 'red.' This has led several synch-watchers, most notably Loren Coleman, to revisit the notorious 1984 action film Red Dawn, which I've written briefly on before here. However the combination that Colorado and Aurora produces, red dawn, could just as easily be an allusion to the heliacal rising of Sirius as it is to the Milius film. When Sirius returned to visibility after a 70 day absence it appeared as red in the sky during the heliacal rising, thus producing a red dawn at the onset of the Dog Days.
As Visup hopefully also understands, it is not important to me if the expression is literally taken as an early morning, ruby first viewing of Sol (the offspring of Aurora)/the Sun, a synchrocinematic reference, or Sirius rising. What is more important, of course, is its metaphoric appearance in the context of our discussion here, of a "red dawn" being translated as an action resulting in major unknown cultural and societal change. Specifically and synchromystically, I have employed this definition here at Twilight Language:
"Red dawn event," a milestone manifestation of unfathomable future dimensions (July 24, 2012);
and
The Aurora, Colorado shooting appears to be a "red dawn," a milestone awakening event of which we can only guess what it might really mean in the near and distant future (July 22, 2012).
The latest James Holmes news is the discovery of a notebook that is “full of details" about how he was going "to kill people.”
Police and FBI agents were called to the University of Colorado Anschutz medical campus in Aurora on Monday morning after the psychiatrist, who is also a professor at the school, reported receiving a package believed to be from the suspect. Although that package turned out to be from someone else and harmless, a search of the Campus Services' mailroom turned up another package sent to the psychiatrist with Holmes’ name in the return address.
Dr. Lynne Fenton, Psychiatrist Of Aurora Shooting Suspect, Was Disciplined For Drug Prescriptions
Posted: 07/31/2012 9:52 am Updated: 07/31/2012 12:34 pm
Dr. Lynne Fenton, a psychiatrist with the University of Colorado, treated James Holmes before the Aurora movie theater shooting.
The psychiatrist who treated James Holmes was reprimanded by Colorado's medical board in 2005 for prescribing drugs to herself, her husband and an employee, according to WPTV.
The Colorado Medical Board of Examiners faulted Dr. Lynne Fenton for incomplete record keeping after prescribing Vicodin, Xanax, Lorazepam and Ambien in the late 1990s, the station said.
Reporters dug into Fenton's background after attorneys for the Aurora shooting suspect disclosed in court documents that Holmes was her patient.
The board found that Fenton wrote prescriptions for Lorazepam and Vicodin to an employee with headaches and anxiety. Another time, she provided Xanax for an employee before a flight and took the three tablets herself while her mom battled a terminal disease, according to NBC News. Her husband got an Ambien prescription from her to treat insomnia.
As part of the medical board's order, Fenton had to complete additional medical training and give her word that she wouldn't prescribe medications to herself or her family.
Holmes' lawyers want to obtain a notebook that he mailed to Fenton before he allegedly opened fire at a packed screening of "The Dark Knight Rises," killing 12 people and wounding 58 more. Reports about the journal are disputed, but the initial account claimed it included troubling sketches of a shooting.

10 Facts Revealing Conspiracy
Behind Aurora Shooters
From ATS
8-3-12
1. James Holmes had no job, was earning unemployment but was able to purchase close to 10k in weapons, explosives, and tactical equipment, and this all happened within 2 months. The chances that Holmes could afford to finance this on his own is highly unlikely. Someone helped finance this attack, follow the money and we will find the masterminds.
2. The testimony of 2 key eye witnesses totally contradicts the official story of there being one shooter, with no accomplice in the attack. One witness testified that the tear gas canisters came from both sides of the theatre, a second witness testified that before the movie began he saw someone sit down in the front row, and shortly after sitting down his phone rang and instead of walking into the main lobby to take the call, he walked over to the emergency exit to the right side of the theatre opened the door and looked to be signaling someone outside the theatre. Shortly after the shooter made entrance through the emergency exit and commenced his attack.
3. Evidence photos - Evidence photos have surfaced of a gas mask outside of the emergency exit of theatre 8, police reported that when they arrested the shooter in the white Hyundai outside of theatre 9 he was wearing a gas mask, that would make 2 gas masks that were recovered. Also photos show the AR-15 propped up against the wall opposite of the fire exit door of theatre 9, police radio communications reported that night that the rifle was found inside the theatre, and even if the the AR-15 was discarded outside the theatre do you think the gunman was going to take the time to set the weapon down ? The Hyundai - why was the window missing? I thought he put up no resistance as he was being taken into custody ?
4. Radio communications from the night of the attack -
*First report of suspects was two men fleeing the theatres both wearing back packs, what happened to these two suspects??
*Reports of three people dragging an unknown individual into a non descript vehicle and speeding off
*the majority of injured and witnesses were not given access to ambulances, they were to be transported by other vehicles to the high school. WHY?
* Police radio that one of the shooters may be wearing blue and plaid shirt
*Magazine and AR-15 dropped in theatre
5. Pool of eye witnesses - It was reported that the theatre had over 300 people in it, there have been less than 10 eye witnesses with a only a few taking most of the spotlight ie. Jennifer Seeger. The KEY eye witnesses seem to have very well rehearsed testimony but have not given much sense to whether there testimony is actually plausible - Jennifer Seeger has consistently given a description of the shooter, that miraculously matches James Holmes to a T, even though she has told reporters that she was face down in the aisle, and surrounded by tear gas/gas obstructing her view. Seeger also described the gas canisters down to the colour, personally I believe this was an impossibility in that scenario. She also mentioned that hot shell casings were hitting her in the forehead as the gunman was spraying the theatre, how is this possible? she was on her front was she not? Another point that should be noted is that for a event that involved 300 people, there has been a surprisingly low amount of postings on youtube, facebook, and Twitter. No one who was involved in this event is talking about it, beyond that small group of witnesses that have been talking to national media outlets.
6. Holmes booby trapped apartment - How are we to believe that a 24 yr old, former jewish camp counselor, gaming nerd, science rock star, Neuroscience PHD had the skill set to set up a system of explosive devices and booby traps that would have the FBI bewildered for almost two days?? How are we to believe that ?? There is no way this maze of death was the work of one neuroscience student. It's BS.
7. Rumours of Holmes's Neuroscience program being funded by DARPA - Neursoscience + DARPA + MKULTRA the perfect marriage
8. Anti-gun agenda - Didn't anyone notice how quick public officials were ready to talk to the media about antigun legislation ? Bloomberg publically called out Obama and Romney to do something about the lack of gun control in the US, excellent timing seeing as the UN has legislation on the table to ban small arms globally.
9. The fact that Holmes allegedly bought the guns legally, to me this is the biggest smoking gun that this attack is being used as sounding board for the anti gun/disarmament agenda, think about it...most intelligent people who were planning an attack like this would do everything they could to stay off of the radar, buying the guns legally doesn't allow one to do that. What they are trying to do is demonize the legal gun owner, saying hey Holmes wasn't a criminal he was a normal guy who went crazy, and due to his ability to legally buy these firearms he was able to pull off these attacks.
10. The roomates - The initial reports were than Holmes was living with two other people, but once people started asking who these roommates were, the story had changed to no roommates that he lived by himself. The roommate story had to change because everyone was asking the same thing, if Holmes had roommates where are they ? Are they in the apartment with all of those explosive materials? It makes no sense!!! I don't think there were any explosives in Holmes residence, I think that they were buying time to construct this BS story.
Anyway those are my 10, feel free to debunk or add your own commentary.

Drowning reported at West Okoboji Lake
OKOBOJI, Iowa (AP) — Authorities say someone has drowned at West Okoboji Lake in northwest Iowa.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office said officers responded to a report of a drowning a little after noon on Tuesday.
The office hasn’t released the victim’s name or any other details about the drowning.
On the morning of August 8th, the day after her body was reportedly discovered, the Dickson County Sheriff’s office issued a press release (cache) identifying Gallagher as the victim (although they misspelled her name) and providing a few additional details:
Victim identified in West Okoboji drowning
Published on Wednesday, 08 August 2012 06:30
On Tuesday, August 7, the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a drowning on West Lake Okoboji. An investigation found that Jennifer Galagher, age 46, from Denver, Colorado, had been swimming the previous night in West Lake. On Tuesday morning, Galagher was reported missing by family.
A short time later, a family member located Galagher underneath a nearby dock. Medical personnel responded and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Assisting the DCSO were:
Milford Fire/Rescue
Arnolds Park/Okoboji Dive Team
Lakes Regional Healthcare Ambulance
The incident remains under investigation by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office.
The AP then published another blurb based on this press release, which was reworked and/or republished by numerous local media outlets, primarily inIowa, where she was found dead, and in Denver,Colorado, where she lived. However, none of the short stories published in the local press at the time appear to have mentioned her connection to the then-highly-topical “Batman shooting”, or virtually any biographical information about her. The death of this national heroine does not appear to have been picked up at all by the major U.S. national media. [Note: If this is incorrect, please send in links to the relevant stories by e-mail.] DELAYED REVELATION
Yesterday, nine days after her body was found, an article was published by Ireland’s Herald which finally revealed some information about Gallagher and broke the story of her status as a UCH nurse and witness to the bloody aftermath of the carnage in Aurora.
This revelation has since been picked up and reported on by several other Irish sites, such as Ireland’s Independent.ie and the Irish-America IrishCentral.com, as well as the UK-based Belfast Telegraph. However, as of this writing there still do not appear to be any reports by the major U.S. national media.
Gallagher grew up in Ireland, but has reportedly lived in Denver since moving there for college in the 1990′s. CAUSE OF DEATH: THE ALLEGED DROWNING
To review: According to the initial press release by the Dickson County Sheriff’s office, Gallagher went swimming in West Lake Okoboji on the evening on Monday, August 6th, and didn’t come back. The next morning she was reported missing by her family members. “A short time later, a family member located Galagher [sic] underneath a nearby dock. Medical personnel responded and she was pronounced dead at the scene.”
Ireland’s Herald.ie, who, again, revealed the Gallagher/Batman shooting connection yesterday, apparently conducted an exclusive interview with Gallagher’s husband Greg Pinson today, and they have now published a second article based upon it. Mr. Pinson is a surgeon with Surgical Specialists of Colorado. According to his curriculum vitae posted to the firm’s website, he received his undergraduate degree from Yale in 1994, his Doctorate from GWU in 1998, and did his residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine through 2003. He is quoted by the Herald as having been married to Jenny for seven years. They have a five year old son, Jack.
Regarding the question of how Jenny died, the new Herald article says (cache):
Greg explained that the family had travelled [sic] to nearby Ohio [sic] for a holiday when Jenny tragically drowned.
He and Jack had gone to sleep when Jenny and her friend decided to take a boat out on to a lake.
“She wasn’t a very strong swimmer and I suppose she just wasn’t able to stay afloat.
“The hardest thing is I may never know what really happened to Jenny.”
Before analyzing this, let’s get a critical caveat out of the way: It is very difficult to discern the truth when dealing with second-hand media snippets like these, which are liable to contain misquotes, out of context quotes, misleading statements, and other misinformation. For example, the first Herald article incorrectly said that Gallagher drowned in “a lake close to her home”. The second article says that it was a lake in “nearby Ohio”. Besides the fact that Ohio is 1000+ miles from Denver, and thus not “nearby” at all, Gallagher was actually found in a lake in Iowa, which is also nowhere near Denver.
With that said, taken at face value, these two short accounts of Jenny Gallagher’s death (Sheriff’s Office and The Herald) seem to raise a number of questions:
1. Was she really not “a very strong swimmer”? Is her husband even correctly quoted on this matter by the Herald (who seem to have misquoted him elsewhere)? Jenny was 46 years old and a formidable athlete. She had been playing Gaelic football for over a decade, having competed in the North American finals in 2000. Recently, she and her teammates on the Denver Gaels ladies football team competed in a tournament at the Colorado Irish Festival, which they won, beating teams from San Fransisco and Dallas. A tribute published in the club’s newsletter says that “memories of trips with the Gaels” such as “surfing in Costa Rica” would not “have been so fond had Jenny not been there”.
2. Why, while vacationing out of state, did Jenny decide to take a boat out onto a lake, at night, after her husband and son had already gone to bed, especially if she “wasn’t a very strong swimmer”?
3. If she did decide to do that, wouldn’t she at least wear a life vest?
4. Who is this friend that was allegedly with her? Why is this friend not identified by name? Why has this friend not been mentioned in previous reports?
5. If she did drown at night while boating with a “friend”, why were police and rescue crews not notified until the following day? The original Sheriff’s office press release said that she was “reported missing by family” the following “morning”. The initial AP report put the time even later – “a little after noon” — and The Spencer Daily Reporter wrote on Aug 9th that, “Emergency crews recieved a 911 distress call at 12:45 p.m.” If a “friend” was out on the lake boating with Jenny and she disappeared in the water, wouldn’t this friend immediately rush to notify her husband and/or any other family member that may have been present, and wouldn’t they immediately alert rescue crews (assuming the friend hadn’t already)? Why did this apparently not happen?
6. If Jenny was out boating with a friend, disappeared in the water, and was later found drowned, why would her husband say, “The hardest thing is I may never know what really happened to Jenny”?
7. Who was the family member that located Jenny’s body under the dock? He or she apparently did so shortly after notifying authorities that she was “missing”, possibly even within minutes. The unnamed family member was apparently able to find her before professionally trained rescue crews. In fact, according to the Spencer Daily Reporter, this family member may have even “located” her before the crews could even begin searching: “Arnolds Park/Okoboji Fire Chief Christ Yungbluth said his department’s dive team did not have to conduct a search. … Resuce teams were on hand for nearly an hour but once they arrived at the scene, Galagher was pronounced dead.” West Okoboji Lake is approximately 3,847 acres in surface area. The Daily Reporter said that she was specifically found “in the area near Wheeler’s Beach just off of 1st Street in the city of West Okoboji.” THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE IS MUM; APPARENTLY GALLAGHER’S DEATH IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION
In an attempt to obtain answers to these questions and clarification about the facts surrounding Jenny Gallagher’s death, The End Run contacted the Dickson County Sheriff’s Office by phone this evening (Friday).
The woman who answered the phone was familiar with the case, but refused to answer any questions about Jennifer Gallagher’s death. This included a direct question as to whether or not Gallagher was boating with another individual that night as reported by the Herald. The woman referenced the August 8th press release posted to the Sheriff’s website, firmly stating that she could not provide any information besides what was contained in that report.
When asked if she could at least confirm whether or not the incident was (still) under investigation, she again referred me to the press release from nine days ago, which says, “The incident remains under investigation by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office”. CONCLUSION
Given the suspicious nature of the “Batman” shooting, Jenny’s (heroic) involvement in the rescue operation at the hospital, and the timing of her unnatural death, it is only logical for researchers who understand government black operations (and corresponding cover-ups) to treat it as a potential homicide, and seek further information that confirms or refutes this hypothesis. This does not mean that it was a homicide. Accidents happen. This may have been a heartbreaking example of one. However, the publicly-available information about this death is relatively thin at this point, and it contains significant apparent contradictions and problems. Further investigation is needed by the independent media.
According to accounts written by those who knew her, Jenny Gallagher was an amazing woman; a loving mother and wife, an excellent nurse, and a person whose personality and kindness brought joy into the lives of those around her. Regardless of the cause, her untimely death is a tragedy, and my condolences go out to the many friends and family who knew and loved her. Hopefully others who investigate her death feel the same, and hopefully her family can understand our desire to seek further information about what happened to her.
