TL: Why us?

Kerodin at III Percent Patriots - 8 minutes ago
*The Liberty Movement is being driven into a corner by both sides of the political structure: by the Democrats through open hostility toward the Constitution and by the Republicans for allowing it to go on unchallenged. Why is it our burden? Perhaps we should rethink our objectives and our methods.* The Fate of Liberty on Earth resides in the hands of a very small group of Americans alive today. If you wait for the Bad People to come to you, Liberty will die. If you refuse to cross the lines of Misdemeanors & Felonies, Liberty will die. If you refuse to put your ideals, gear and... more »

Secret Service Shuts Down Fast and Furious Protest Outside White House

Dutchman6 at Sipsey Street Irregulars - 1 hour ago
From Katie Pavlich. A group of young people protested against Operation Fast and Furious on the North Lawn of the White House this morning and were quickly shut down by the Secret Service due to a "suspicious package" forcing evacuation of the area. The package was later claimed by a tourist. More of the protesters' take from Campus Reform: *The Secret Service on Monday shutdown a student-protest calling for the firing of Attorney General Eric Holder saying they were acting on concerns over a 'a suspicious package' apparently left by a tourist on White House grounds. Secret Serv... more »

Video: Pregnant Woman Shot

FerFAL at SURVIVING IN ARGENTINA - 2 hours ago
This happened yesterday in Buenos Aires, Castelar. 10.07PM a young couple arrives home. The pregnant woman “keeps an eye” on things, while the husband parks the car in the garage. A criminals rushes in, struggles with the husband and shoots the pregnant woman. She’s in critical condition, the baby died today. What went wrong here? First of all, this is Argentina, ok? Its not a normal country. I’ve blogged about this more than enough I believe. In normal countries there is crime, but its not this bad. In Argentina, every morning, “sabes que salis, pero no sabes si volves” (you kn... more »

America's Founding Fathers and Creationism

Ironwill III at Resistor in the Rockies - 5 hours ago
With all the liberal and PC crap that is tearing down our nation, I thought it would be appropriate to reflect on the founding principles of this once great nation. Maybe we can steer her back on course if we know where we came from. From the ICR, presented here verbatim. America's Founding Fathers and Creationism by Henry Morris, Ph.D. * As the nation more »

Implosion or Count backward from 100...

Kerodin at III Percent Patriots - 6 hours ago
I have held for nearly two years of writing that the world is filled with very clever, very motivated people who will work every day to push an economic collapse into the future for their own personal gain. That the economy is going to crash and burn is imminent, but when? And when it happens, will we simply lock up overnight and wake to a world in flames, or will we reach Implosion-level data points in our markets by sneaking up on them? It is inarguable that today we are on an economic glide path that is in decline. But every time we hit a new milestone and feel that impact is c... more »

Am in Ohio cooking up more devilment for the Empire.

Dutchman6 at Sipsey Street Irregulars - 7 hours ago
The trip was exhausting, but I'm feeling better today. Am hobnobbing with my fellow Second Amendment wizards and cooking up more devilment for the Empire. More posts later today. (Note to blackbaggers: the house is still occupied so don't get your heads blown off while I'm gone. Or, do. Makes no difference to me.) more »

RC Sproul, Jr. on Voting and Infanticide

*It is unfair to draw too tight a comparison between abortion in America and the Holocaust in Nazi Germany. There are significant differences.* *..... * *It is an unfair comparison, unfair to the Nazis. We are far worse monsters. * ..... *"How much weight should our opposition carry? I have purposed in my heart that I would never vote for a man for any office that is not committed to using every power at his disposal to protect and defend every unborn child.* *Never.* *Ever.* *If every Christian would simply make that simple pledge, then we would win this battle. My Initiation into Rifle Competition- Part 1: Preparation

Rifleslinger at Art of the Rifle - 1 day ago
On 1/1/12 I stated some goals I want to accomplish during the course of the year. I did not state it in that article, but I have had a suspicion that engaging in some rifle competition would be one of the most effective ways of furthering my progress in my goals. I’ve made it well known that I will probably never be able to afford going to a big name shooting school. John Buol of the Firearm User Network has pointed out on many occasions that the cumulative effect of engaging in competition can be equal (maybe better) than a few days at a class. So when the opportunity to enter i... more »
